I had an excellent pain free experience getting a large filling. Dr. Patel and the staff were kind and caring. Dr. Patel takes the utmost care to assure your comfort. I didnt even feel the injection. I highly recommend Dr. Patel and the staff at Midwest Dental for all your dental needs.

Havent met Dr. Pieper yet but I had a good appointment with Dr. Patel last year and met Dr.Dutz yesterday. The people at Midwest Dental are great for my mouth and a pleasure to talk with. Oh, excuse ME, I forgot the Dental Hygienists; They are GREAT! My favorite retired but I have not been disappointed with the experience since then. Good tooth care and good conversation; how could I complain. Oh, the staff up front has ALWAYS been great; didnt want to leave them out either.

Ive always received excellent service at Midwest Dental. However, if you require me to wear a mask upon entry and once again as Im departing, I expect you to also require the UPS delivery man to wear one upon entry as he proceeds through the entire waiting room while making a delivery.

The staff at Midwest were very nice and very thorough. The hygienist was exceptional nice and did a very good job cleaning my teeth. The dentist was also exceptionally nice and gave me a thorough examination.

Everybody is real nice they seem to know their jobs its been good experiences.

Only good for teeth cleaning. If you’re in pain or need a tooth extracted go elsewhere because all they will do here is bring you in charge for a visit and x rays then send you to Peoria.

I noticed a small cavity in one of my sons molars. Midwest scheduled my son for 10 minutes before closing time. Looked in his mouth said he had a cavity. Then they simply said they could not help him and he would have to go to a pediatric dentist and billed me $77. Would not refer me to anyone local. Found a great place in town on the corner that took care of this simple procedure in about 30minutes. Will not be back to Midwest.

All of the staff were so nice. I was greeted warmly, and treated very well during my exam. They were understanding and accommodating to my needs and discussed my treatment options with me.

This business recently changed from Canton Dental, (Gregory L. Derry, DDS, LTD) to Midwest Dental, Canton. I went there for years and liked my dentist and dental hygienist but their new business office is a nightmare. December 19, 2017 at checkout I gave the woman my credit card. She overcharged me $209.40 and I pointed it out. She said she would give me a credit on my account for that amount.March 21, 2018 I returned and saw the hygienist for a quick cleaning. I asked the business office about getting refunded on my credit card the balance I had left. She told me the woman that can do refunds was on another phone having a personal crisis so couldn’t help me at that time. She got off the phone in about 15 minutes then walked off into a side room. The woman at the counter then took my credit card info and said she would have her call me when she became available. Well they never called me back, so I called them 6 days later. After being put on hold I was told by a confused woman that refunds would have to be done by another office up north and it could take a long time. She was confused about the amount I would get refunded.As of now I don’t know if I will ever get the balance they owe me. Anyway I canceled my future appointment. I do not need the stress from their business office that is either incompetent or just doesn’t care. Beware if you go there. I’m done with this business.

I was a patient of Dr. Vitt when he had his office on the square in Canton. When he moved to his new office in The Canton Dental Professional Dental Building, I went with him. He retired long ago, but Im still a patient there. It has been around fifty years now and I am still a very satisfied customer. I would recommend them to any one needing dental work.

I cannot praise Dr. Patel and his staff enough for the professionalism, patience and gentleness they showed when this dental chicken showed up in their chair. My fears are the result of horrid experiences as a child and have kept me regularly visiting any dentist since then. My fear was so great that I would be one breath away from literally passing out just sitting in the waiting room.Recently I needed a filling which is my worst nightmare.Long story short, I ended up in Dr. Patels dental chair and the whole experience from start to finish was compassionate, empathic, and tailored to minimize my fears. Dr. Patel worked to make sure that not only was my anxiety acknowledged but put forth extreme effort to reduce it. Amazingly from start to finish I was comfortable and pain free.For those of you who are also dental chickens you know the depth of my endorsement of Dr. Patel and his staff when I say that I made an appointment to follow up with him before I even left the building after my filling.
