Marquis has a reputation of being a lousy place to work with low pay and terrible paid time off. Only one week off a year. Not many of us like working there. Before Covid we were always understaffed and underpaid but Covid made it worse. All departments had so much more worked dumped on them but your expected to do all the work and cut your hours so they can make more money. Only one group got raises and they didn’t have much added work. My facility has a complete incompetent running it and everyone is quitting but they don’t get rid of him, makes no sense.
