Dr. Josh was incredibly friendly and informative throughout my consultation. First, he showed me around the office, then asked some questions about my habits/daily activity, followed by some xrays. Right off the bat he helped me recognize certain things about my posture. He was very informative about how the spine functions and what exactly he does to help provide back pain relief. The entire process was overall very professional.

Worst groupon experience ever. If you plan to buy on Groupon dont buy. You will never get massages as advertised. Dr Josh dosent wear a mask inside or any sanitization. After the chiropractic session Dr Josh tried to upsell more sessions to me but as they dont have insurance I didnt buy. I was told that I will recieve call etc I never recieved anything. He didnt seem interested as I told about insurance.

I bought a Groupon for maybe 50 bux to get x-rays, an adjustment, and a 60min massage. I havent gotten the massage yet, but I did get x-rays which Dr. Josh went over with me as well as a really great adjustment and I would have been happy with my purchase if it stopped there. He obviously wanted me to schedule more visits at the usual price, thats the whole point of the Groupon set up, but he wasnt pushy or anything. Just in the context of my xray and my adjustment.He definitely knows what he is doing, and is a nice guy. There was Christian light rock playing both times I went, which Id replaced with something more secular. Haha, but it was fine. The place is nice and clean, the equipment is a little dated, but totally good.Anywho, if I need a chiropractor again, Ill go back to Dr. Josh. And if anyone asks me if I know a good chiropractor Ill say, if you dont mind pretty bad music, Dr. Josh is a good value. Haha.

Dr. Josh and his staff are amazing! My husband & I began seeing Dr. Josh during my second trimester of pregnancy. I had extreme back and neck pain and my husband has scoliosis. We always left the office feeling 10x better. He even gave our daughter her first adjustment at just one week old! He’s very knowledgeable and thorough. We highly recommend.

It was only an hour but she got so much done in that time, and I felt a ton of relief! Best Massage Ever - cant wait for my next one (book in advance, shes a busy lady).Im just a few weeks into my therapy with Doctor Josh, and although the set up is very different than Im used to (open forum) Im getting used to it, I do feel that my lower back issues are healing, and I appreciate Dr. Josh taking the time to explain all that he detected from my crazy spine. I signed up for the package, as I needed to make a commitment to back health, and this will keep me accountable. The office is very nice, Dr. Josh and staff are incredible kind and helpful. I am able to get out of my contract if needed, so no trouble there (grateful). I love the music playing when I arrive and the flexibility! Hopeful this will be a great experience.

Dr. Josh is so professional and so trustble with what his doing. I had several Lumber problems in May, that time I could not walk and sit, pain was 24/7. I decided to see him twice/week. Just two months later, 90% of my issues were gotten fixed.I highly recommend him if you need a Chiropractor.

I had been dealing with chronic body pains for a year and went to multiple specialists, acupuncture, physical therapy, another chiropractor, and nothing worked. I was recommended Dr. Josh from another chiropractor in Texas and was blown away by the amount of detail put into the consultation! Dr. Josh explained my xrays in detail and gave me a timeline of the treatment plan with reasonable payment options.After my first week of adjustments I felt amazing! I wasn’t able to eat without indigestion for about a year and after 3 treatments I was able to eat full meals and process all my food without any problems. They dont adhere to Covid-19 guidelines. Chiropractor and patient standing in the middle of the lobby talking without masks on. I walked in, needed to pass between them, pointed to my mask and the Chiropractor said, what? Then scowled as I walked by... extremely unprofessional.

He asked advance payments for whole year which doesn’t make sense. Over $3,580. FOR DISCOUNT??? Who pay the medical bill before treatment starts? He could estimate numbers of visits, but NO WAY to he knows specific numbers of treatment will be needed before process!! I went there because he was in-network of my insurance and he said he doesn’t deal with insurance so I have to pay him directly in advance!!!??? What if I don’t need treatment any more before reaching last visit that I paid? Will he give me refund? I found it out that he has to send MNR to the insurance and IT IS ILLEGAL TO ASK ADVANCE PAYMENT!!

I have tried numerous treatments for my low back pain (L5-S1) disc herniation. Nothing helped until I started getting adjusted at 100%.Within 2 weeks, my pain was gone. No more stabbing pain, numbness, nothing. Dr. Josh and his team are wonderful. Steph and Tamara are always so sweet and friendly! I always look forward to the positive atmosphere when I go in. Dr. Josh does work like a salesman like a previous review noted on Yelp. We bought the Groupon as well, as we were curious on chiropractic treatment. First, as the “alignment measurements” were taken by the front desk lady, I felt as if she misaligned on purpose, I didn’t see much of a difference as she was referring too. Second, as me and my husband both left different adjustment appointments, we felt pressured into buying the “package” upfront all so we didn’t have to pay every time on our way out the door. That seemed more scammy and sales like then treating a patient in need. Third, when I was shown my x-rays and “misalignment due to childbirth” Dr. Josh was speechless and hesitant when I said I had a c-section... Massages were booked up for a month or more when we scheduled. Not professional and accommodating if it’s supposed to aid in chiropractic wellness. I had to cancel/try to reschedule my massage due to a death in the family. I was told they don’t normally reschedule, but I could try calling the following week to see what was available a month from then. My husband decided not to attend his massage after this. Lastly, we both feel like our backs have been messed up since the “adjustment.”

I visited this chiropractor for the first time today. Very professional and kind staff that is focused on making the patient comfortable and ensuring understanding of the entire process. I very much appreciated being given a tour of the office, then having a my assessment done , measurements an xray films. Everything was explained very thoroughly. Dr Josh really took his time explaining the philosophy behind chiropractic and the purpose of the adjustment and really clearly outlined a plan moving forward. I would highlly recommend this office and this team.

I went to Dr. Josh for numbness and tingling in my arm when I would move a certain way. Well after only a couple adjustments it was fixed. As a side benifits I noticed my sinus troubles also went away. Fast forward 1yr. My big toe had a aching pain in the joint that kept getting worse so I went to my primary care physician and she said you have arthritis and will need to live with it. Im 44 and did not like that answer. So I told Dr. Josh about my toe and now its pain free.

If youre thinking of buying the groupon... dont. This isnt your typical groupon experience where you get to try a new place out. Its an agressive sales scheme to scare you into thinking you need long term treatment.EDIT: Someone should update the Groupon description to explicitly state that customers will be expected to come in two separate times. Ive never been expected to hand out my SSN or insurance to any of the other occasional massages Ive been to--only at doctors offices where I am a long term patient. If I were looking for long term treatment, Id be going through my insurance website anyway, NOT through a discount website.First off, the hours that hes available for the massage groupon are impossible for the average M-F 9-5 working person. I tried to make an appointment on my day off and Dr Josh stated that I had to make two appointments; one for an exam and one for the massage itself. Although I explained my working hours, he refused to try and fit both in one day.Since my groupon was already past the 3-day window for a refund, I gave it to a relative and was also asked to make two separate appointments. Josh also asked her to fill out some forms in advance, which asked for her social security number and insurance information. My relative, who works in the healthcare industry, found this very suspicious and off-putting. The filtered yelp reviews only further reinforce our suspicions of the place.

Power turned on! During my first visit, Dr. Josh gave a very thorough examination of my spine, shoulders, and neck. Hes big on the educational piece; I learned about how much of a persons pain can originate from their spine. On the flipside, pain is not always a good indicator for injury; so its worth getting your films done. After my first adjustment I already started to feel relief from my lower back.Ive been a patient for over 2 years now. I go in for adjustments once a week, resulting in higher energy and less pain throughout my day. I am highly active, always signing up for the Tough Mudders and other OCR events. My ongoing treatment has helped me excel and avoid injury. Highly recommended.
