Dr. He is fantastic! She takes a thorough history and always reviews symptoms and updates with each visit. Shell carefully go through your problem areas and apply skillful acupuncture. I also received cupping therapy, which I found to be odd the first couple times, but then saw a significant improvement in my mobility and pressure/tightness after subsequent sessions. Shes also very responsive via email/phone and will take the time to answer all your questions.

Dr. He is a very nice person she is very responsible and very careful. I visit her for my irregular period and dysmenorrhea. After two or three visit my condition get much better and I actually had non painful period after treatment. Before the visit I was little concerned about acupuncture which is putting needle into my skin, but Dr. He is very skilled acupuncturist I do not feel much at all when the needle goes in. We started to see Dr. He in April 2019 because of our daughter’s Alopecia. I was heartbroken seeing her lost all of her beautiful hair within two months. We saw many pediatricians, dermatologists, allergists, immunologists, etc. All of them suggested various forms of steroid treatments and gave us little confidence that our daughter would fully recover. Dr. He is very professional and genuinely cares for her patients. I came to her a few months ago with a pretty bad sleep problem. Not only did I sleep better after each acupuncture treatment and by using the Chinese herb medicine she prescribed, I also benefited so much from her advices on daily diet and activity that will help improve my health. When I need to travel and stay overnight at different places in different time zones, Dr. He always kindly reminds me what to bring with me and things to pay attention to. On my first visit, Dr He treated a chronic lower back pain which i’ve had since the late 90’s. To my utter amazement the pain is no longer there. It’s been two weeks now. I can scarcely believe it . However it’s a wonderful thing to be pain free in that area. I’d forgotten what it was like.I’ve had a couple years of previous acupuncture with another practitioner. He was great. Howeverthe bar is now set higher. I never thought I could be free from around 19 years of the stabbing back pain related to a car accident.I’m grateful to have found an unexpected source of healing. My friend was recommending me to see Dr. He for my allergy. I have been to Sutter Health to look at it but it does not help me fully recover. The rushes just comes and goes. I slipped after came out of the shower and my left foot got injured. It was swelling so badly that I could barely stand on it. I went to the ER and the X-Ray did not find any fracture; the doctor sent me home then without any treatment. I went to see Dr. He on the fourth day, after she performed acupuncture on my foot, the swelling went down immediately, and I was able to walk slowly soon.
