Yesterday (1/4/20) I originally went into The Refinery Skin Clinic just to look into and potentially buy the OBAGI line for acne. Let me just start by saying this was the absolute best experience I have ever had! I called first to see if they even carried the skin care line. I was greeted very warmly over the phone (rare) and told to stop on by. Once I got there the lovely receptionist not only gave me details about the product but actually had the aesthetician (Megan) come out and take a look at my face. Since she had a block in her schedule she actually invited my back to her spa area. She gave me her honest opinion and expertise. She recommended I could try to diamond glow facial but did not push the service like I feel other companies do. Megan was a true expert and I really appreciated her empathy since dealing with facial acne can be humiliating and frustrating. I felt so safe and welcomed I actually got the diamond glow on the spot and WOW! Best facial I have ever received. Not only did my face have a new identity right after, I woke up this morning and it still feels great. I can’t tell you how happy these ladies have made me. I will definitely be going back in a few weeks! Treat yourself or a loved one to a trip to this skin clinic, you won’t be disappointed! Thank you Megan:)

I came here about a month ago and while I was used to getting lash lifts at a different place, the drive was getting long and I needed something closer and in town. Yet, I was not completely satisfied with the service as it barely lasted two weeks (lash lifts are supposed to last 5-8 weeks) and did not get the service described on the website. The women who did them was so kind though, which is why I am not rating this 1 star.

Michelle (Michele?) I didnt look how she spells it, but shes amazing. shes a true artist on your face. she did my first time lip fillers and Ive never been more happy. she creates a peaceful environment too when your nervous.

Both Rebecca & Kylie I loved so much I followed them from the Contour Clinic where they were previously employed. Rebecca had opened her own clinic, The Refinery Skin Clinic, and I had to continue to be her customer, as well as Kylies. Both are extremely professional, honest, and they truly care about their clients. I also have never, ever felt like I was being taken advantage off in regards to money, in fact, there have times Ive been told I dont need something, when easily my money could have been taken. They truly want what is best, and to make the best version of yourself, not an overdone fake version. I always know when I ask about something, both Rebecca and Kylie are speaking from a perspective that comes from years of experience, and from also wanting you to have the best results. That type of honesty and care is hard to find in this business. I highly recommend Kylie for your skin care, and Rebecca for botox, and fillers.

Great first experience at the skin refinery! I highly recommend anyone to go here, I’ve been to a few other medspas before and this by far was my favorite. I saw Rebecca and she was amazing! She educated me about the services that I didn’t know about and everyone else was extremely friendly and nice. I can’t wait to go back in two weeks for another service!

My husband and I had a 60 minute relaxing massage. Jenna did my husbands massage and she was attentive and listened to what he requested and catered to that. I had Tony and he has amazing hands. Just enough pressure to relieve the stress and muscle soreness I was experiencing. I would recommend either one of these therapists to friends and family.

All the girls are simply amazing and very knowledgeable about the latest skin care techniques and products. The atmosphere is very warm and inviting and the girls treat you like one of their own, not just another number. I can’t wait to go back!

I went to this clinic for a last minute facial. I had been here before when it was ambiance spa and loved it. This is more of a medical clinic. Friendly staff and beautiful place. I was looking more for just a fun spa day facial, but this was more medical for actual skin problems. I ended up getting a blading session. This basically included get my face shaved then cleansed and moisturized. Overall it was ok. I was looking more for the pampering I had received before, but I get that this is under new ownership. I was a bit disappointed to find when I got home that I had two small cuts with dried blood on my face. So not too thrilled to pay 50 dollars to have my face shaved and accidentally cut (I didnt need a shaving, Im not overly hairy, just went along with what she suggested). The eyebrow waxing was great. So if you really want good skin care come here, but if you are looking for a fun spa day find a different spa. Not a bad experience other than the cuts, but not really what I was looking for.

Rebecca,Terry,Jenna and Diane are amazing at what they do. All are well educated and know what u need. There is not anyone at this clinic that I would not go to at this point. All are friendly and know their area of expertise. So happy I was recommended to this place!! I’m send more this way too.

Outstanding experience!! Personalized, thoughtful service that made me feel relaxed, cared for and at ease. Im currently nursing so needed to pump between services. The Refinery team blocked off time between appointments, offered me a beautiful treatment room for pumping, and used extra pillows during my massage to make sure I was comfortable. Exceptional experience - highly recommend!

Upscale and affordable. Tracy was friendly right when i walked in the door. She didn’t try to sell me any packages or additional products. I loved her vibe and she took her time focusing on my problem areas. I did notice after my treatment, my face became darker than usually. The silkpeel performed caused hyper pigmentation.

Rebecca is an unbelievable injector, I am new to these things and went to 2 others before I found her. If youve ever considered fillers or botox, but were unsure, go see her first. Hands down the best spa Ive ever been to! Very clean, welcoming and upscale. I had a random red bump appear on my cheek and was planning to go to a dermatologist, until I learned the next available appointment was 6 weeks out. I called the Refinery Clinic and Rebecca was able to book me the SAME day! I went in and met with Tracey. She was SO knowledgable about skin and gave me a really thorough consult which made me feel comfortable about the procedure. She was able to get rid of the bump with no pain, and I was thrilled to have that spot off my face. I highly recommend you treat yourself and book a service with them, you wont regret it! Love this place! Went there yesterday for the first time and as soon as I walked in I was impressed by the upscale decor and overall calming feel to the clinic. Rebecca and Tracey are very thorough in explaining the various services and treatments offered! Rebecca did a fantastic job with my botox injections and I cant wait to go back tomorrow night for their educational speaking event where they will be talking about Kybella and what this treatment is and how it can help people reduce the look of a double chin. Rebecca and Tracy have outdone themselves with this beautiful sanctuary to relax and when you leave you feel even more beautiful.
