My experience starting from my consultation and ending with my pre-opt appointments I received nothing but the best care. Dr. Chris and his staff really care for there patients, I never at one point felt like they just wanted my money and be done with me. I’m 3 weeks post opt and healing wonderfully but no complications and no regrets. I want to thank Dani and Melissa for assisting with an a small issue regarding my employer, hands down I recommend Dr. Chris facility. ❤️

My experience was great. Every team member was nice, welcoming, professional and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable and cared for from the moment I scheduled, was picked up at airport, my time at the recovery house and day of my appointment. Nicole is the go-to for injectables! Since finding her and Arijai I wouldnt go anywhere else. She fixed filler that were done at a different place and gave me amazing results with other facial fillers. You can tell the expertise and care by the amount of time and precision she takes to make sure the best results. The membership program is a great way to save, but they are worth every penny.

8 months still the same outcome of this mis diagnosis in my stomach. Still haven’t received any communication with this facility.

I had an appointment to get lip filler with Nicole. This was my first time ever getting filler and I had a lot of questions and reservations. Nicole took her time answering every single question and did not make me feel stupid for asking. Nicole did not downplay any risks associated with the service, nor did she attempt to up-sale any other service to me that I did not need. I felt very comfortable and informed about the procedure. The result — I am in love. My results look natural but enhanced. I had no bruising whatsoever and swelling lasted for only 3 days. I had pretty full lips before but Nicole balanced my top lip with my bottom and added some pout. I couldn’t be more happier and confident in the result and will definitely return to her when I need more filler in the future!! Even my boyfriend loves it and said it doesn’t look overdone. I get compliments from others and nobody else knows I got filler. Thanks Nicole.

So this was my first time getting lip fillers and Botox in the forehead I had some inspiration photos from Pinterest and Nicole is the amazingly talented gal that I saw and she did exactly what I wanted, my forehead looks great and she also got my lips absolutely perfect!!! Dr. Balgobin is simply the G.O.A.T , hands down. He is a real life Superhero. I chose Dr. Balgobin , after following his work for years. I had Liposuction, BBL and J-Plasma skin tightening to the abdomen. I trusted he would do an amazing job and I was not disappointed. I’m only one month post op , I look and feel amazing, I couldn’t be happier!! You only get one chance of getting your surgery and results right! Dr. Balgobin is beyond the best!!

After researching this facility and Dr. for years, I finally used my life savings to market and aid in my careers of entertainment AND HAVE BEEN completely let down. I do not look like what he or the company ARIJAI AESTHETICS advertise on their social media platform (I LOOK WORST) and Hes highly over priced.They told me they would follow up with me after surgery never did until I started to see pockets of fluid build up, I had to reach out to a nurse Cindy, who mis diagnosed me stating I didnt have a seroma on both side of my stomach (I DID). I had to go to the ER and get 50 ccs drained out of the left side. I still had fluid in my lower abdomen and on the top right as you can see. When it came time to reschedule my surgery they kept knit picking at every thing more than they did the first time. Even as far as trying to get me to give them blood samples to see if I was pregnant. Making me pay for covid testes over and over again. To turn around and not care about me as a previous client. I sought out help in my home state and it would cost $11,000 in reconstructive surgery. Which is so unfair.FAST FORWARDING to today I still havent had the issue resolved, and I didnt get any gigs from my talent showcase. If you are thinking about this surgeon, my advice to you is DON’T. There are many better surgeons out there with a much better team and respect towards clients.First, I stayed at the recovery house where the nurse kept calling me by the wrong name for my entire stay, even after realizing that she was saying the incorrect name, she continued. Talk about hospitality.Second, on the social media consent form i approved for my photos to be on Snapchat, but I did NOT approve Instagram.The surgical team says that they will respect your decision but during my post-op visit Dr. BBL asked me AGAIN if he could post my photos on Instagram while I was crying from the pain of having my bandages removed for the first time. Read the room?The nurses told me to email my post op photos. Thus, I emailed my follow up photos about a week ago and the arijai email replied—asking me once again if they could post my photos. By this point, I was fed up and decided to just not respond and I see today that my post-op pictures have been uploaded to Instagram without my consent!!! This was the final straw for me. I paid $12,000 for allegedly a better surgeon, but this is beyond unprofessional and unethical.Finally, during my recovery my nipples were leaking liquid and I was very concerned, so I emailed two of their surgical nurses. One nurse told me that it had nothing to do with the surgery and I should go see a gynecologist. The second nurse told me that it was completely normal after surgery.Apparently you can’t even get consistent medical advice from these people. The care you receive does not match the amount you pay with Dr. BBL

Dr. Balgobin and his staff are phenomenal and I’m so glad I chose him for my procedures. I loved Arijai Aesthetics so much that I went for multiple procedures and now I have the body of my dreams!!!! I wanted a doctor that was more ‘aggressive’ when it came to lipo. Dr. B was aggressive enough to give me the beautiful hourglass shape I’ve always wanted. But thorough and mindful, so I didn’t end up looking overdone, or not done enough.I don’t live close to Minnesota, so I had to travel from far away to get there, but it was sooooo worth the journeys! I stayed in the recovery home and I couldn’t have asked for better care. Ms. Edna made AMAZING meals and took care of everyone in the house. She made sure we did everything we needed to do to have the best healing experience possible. Lipo and fat transfer are painful and the healing isn’t fun, but Dr. B and his fantastic staff made the process much more bearable and the results are marvelous!I owe Dr. Balgobin and his amazing squad of experts alllllll the credit for the several compliments I receive on a daily basis. My body is truly a magnificent site now and I am so grateful for Dr. Balgobin and team. I recommend them to every single person who talks to me about plastic surgery. Seriously.

First off this place is beautiful and the staff is amazing...and very beautiful.. makes u feel so comfortable and at ease about your beauty concerns.. I have had botox with nicole a few times now.. i just love how professional and amazing she is. The placement is the best Ive had. Recently decided to have filler put in my lips and again she was a perfectionist and i love them.. Ive had so many compliments and inquiries already and its been less than a week.. hands down a wonderful injector..i look 10 years younger and feel amazing.. i highly recommend her. I will definitely send all my friends this way and i know they will love this place as much as i do..

I had the worst phone consult ever with this doctor. He was so short and rude. I’m sure he’s overwhelmed with all the phone consults on top of OR procedures but I was really excited about the consult and his demeanor ruined it. I will be taking my business and $$$$$ elsewhere. Back to the drawing board for me. I can’t imagine his in person bedside manner. I’m a nurse and treat all my patients with respect and show my caring regardless if I’m exhausted. I’m super disappointed.

Great experience from beginning to end, even post op. I was very nervous from the beginning and the staff and Dr were able to calm me down and make me feel secure. The recovery house is highly recommended, if you are lucky enough to have Edna and all of her cooking, you are blessed, though I am sure every staff member is awesome. I can’t say enough good things and my results have been more than satisfactory.

Followed this plastic surgeon on instagram for MONTHS obsessing over his work. Finally saved up enough for a BBL and when I finally got my consultation call the experience was extremely uncomfortable and awkward. He didn’t even ask me how I was doing or if i had any questions. I had to ask if i was allowed to ask questions once he paused for an extensive amount of time. He was short in EVERY SINGLE answer he gave me and was monotonous the whole time. I called with such excitement about finally being able to schedule an appointment but quickly realized after just one minute on the phone that he did NOT care about me.

Nicole did a great job with my facial fillers! I did extensive research for months prior and already had an idea what would be best for me beforehand. My goal was to add volume to hollow tear troughs and minimize appearance of dark circles. When I went to my consultation, Nicole recommended exactly what I already had in mind! I knew then I could trust her with my face. She’s very honest, gentle and comforting. I highly recommend her.My treatments: Voluma to structure cheekbone and Restylane L for my tear trough filler. 25 units of Botox in forehead for frown lines.

Nicole was AMAZING I got lip filler and I never thought I could fix my small lips and they turned out more then I could ever ask for!! Will never go anyone else!

Found Arijai Aesthetic though Instagram page under dr.bbl from a friend.Watching Dr.Bagobin for three and half years or so. I finally booked my appointment for Feb 3 .Right after my Son’s 1st Birthday & I turned 41.I did a Lipo 360 +arms & BBl with Recovery house + Jplasma skin tightening technique. But I had to qualify first with blood test & Dr history. So they know your healthy before surgery and I did .I was traveling from California. Got picked up by care taker Tamika (who your going to love) from airport in a very nice Mercedes SUV on the second of February. Went straight to recovery house. Witch is a 6 bedroom 5000sq house . That is well taken care of . Sanitation at its highest. My room was spacious and comfortable. Had a welcoming chocolate and folder on my pillow, right when I walked in. Folder had information on my next steps before surgery day . Witch was the next Day . Also had supporting words of comfort . Everything is very well thought out. Caring for your wellbeing and not just your pockets. I never felt like a number . I can’t tell you how nice everyone was in the office the next day. Prepping for surgery was a breeze. Meeting Dr.B was amazing. You can sense the genuineness and the passion he has for his work. You just know you in good hands.They make sure your mentally ready , witch I was . Very much so.Waking up after surgery feeling some pain but that’s to be expected. You just had major surgery duh . My nurse Edna helped me with my meds & though the next 5 days of my healing. She’s God sent and a beautiful soul . Listen to hear and trust your in good hands . You can feel the love in her care , conversation & cooking .Having other ladies in the house with me really helped mentally get though the days . We laughed together and gave Supporting words of encouragement.It was truly a life changing experience in so many ways then one.

The consult with DrB was easy and just like talking to a friend , I decided to go with him . The moment I was in communication with staff I knew that Chosing Dr. B and Arijai was the best decision I could have made. The care and attention put into making sure my labs were done was appreciated , all of the Staff , Melissa and Dani were professional at all times . I was no longer nervous after speaking with them. I’ve heard many Miami horror stories about money hungry doctors that have cattle calls of women waiting for surgery. I had individual attention on surgery day, the Miami cattle call, was far from my experience.The Recovery house was immaculate, the rooms were clean , feminine and technology up to date ,you really can travel there with your purse and the clothes off of your back, they has EVERYTHING AND I MEAN EVERYTHING that you needed, so when they tell you to travel light TRAVEL LIGHT. The recovery house staff MARY and EDNA were caring , attentive and took great care of us. It was like having family there with you , the food was AMAZIIINNNGGG, MARY made the fastest meals but they tasted like she spent hours in the kitchen lol!! EDNA was like the caring motherly drill sergeant that was preparing us for War , she was on us about taking our Iron , the importance of nutrients and making sure we learned what was needed for self care because after all like she said, when we got home we would have to do it our self. Now she was also a GREAT COOK, MM MMM!!! Dr Balgobin did an amazing job, even I’m shocked how I look at 4 weeks post op compared to my pictures on the table, he was professional, personable and found out we had some connection to the state I live in. So yes he actually has a conversation with you while prepping you for surgery. Arijai is a classy establishment, all of the staff , men and woman are beautiful, the office is nice and I would recommend anyone to Arijai . I’m recovering nicely , ZERO complications, just follow the instructions and don’t take short cuts and you will be just fine .

I haven’t received my liposuction surgery yet but Natasha has been so helpful! I became frustrated with the process, (no fault of arijai aesthetics) but Natasha has been patient, understanding, and very knowledgeable. I can’t wait for my surgery!

Dr.BBL is the best hands down he is not a doctor he is a artist who can make you feel really guy good about your body I was so thankful I didnt waste my 6500$ on some surgeon I would have regretted I decided to save extra and spend more but the results are really worth my time and my money the healing processes is rough not fun but your going to be feeling yourself and look like a boss feel like a Kardashian when you are fully well.Tha is 100% great team

One star experience! It’s like you have to beg them to take your $30k (CASH) ! I think these social media, television stars began to view their popularity more important than customer service!Vanessa is rude and the worst. Sent my submission online 3 times and they kept saying they couldn’t find it or something was wrong without going into detail. Then Vanessa asks are you from Australia! WTH!! No I’m from Illinois.And I am supposed to trust the facility with my life? They can’t even answer the phone or get the information correct.There are too many amazing Doctors, ACTUAL PLATIC SURGERY BOARD CERTIFIED, in the US to deal with this lack of professionalism. “Urban” business at its best I guess.It’s unfortunate!

Spoke with dr. BBL today. He is for the safety of his patients. I was not eligible for the procedure because my BMI is above standards but he was honest and was looking out for my safety! Great doctor. Good man! Looking out for your well being. He is not there just for the money, he cares about his patients. He will do the procedure when youre at your healthiest to give you the best; most desirable results. Once i lose the weight i would not trust anyone else to do my procedure. Thank you dr. BBL for your honesty and your commitment to doing whats right! Five stars.

I had such a great experience with Dr. Balgobin and his team! From the very beginning when I consulted with him until this day. I booked my surgery eight months out in order to save money and pay cash. I couldn’t wait until surgery day. I stayed at the Recovery House and the wonderful staff (Dom and Tamika) took great care of me. The day of surgery, I went in and the staff was extremely friendly and made sure they answered any questions I had. I met with Dr. Balgobin and he is the most humblest and kind doctor I’ve met. I agreed to Snapchat and Instagram and asked him to give a shout out and he made my case so awesome lol. Anyway, on to the operating room I go. The anesthesiologist was great and I also had a skin treatment done by Andrea which was wonderful. When I woke up, the nurse was right next to me making sure I was okay. I felt as if I went to sleep and took a five minute nap and it was all done! Dr. B was there to let me know everything went well. I am an out of state patient and they have checked on me to make sure everything is good and ask if I have any questions. I highly recommend going here. I would do it all over again if I had to! By the way, I had Lipo 360 and my results are amazing!!!

Bottom line, as short as I can make this.I saved for 4 years to have $15,000 worth of procedures. I had a lot of professional respect for Dr. Balgobin. I get to the point of payment and securing the date and the staff was so incredibly rude. I reached out to Dr.B he asked if I was ok because I wasnt making sense. Well I wasnt, I was upset.At which point I decided my chump change would go somewhere else. I would give a 1 star because it was a one star experience. But I cant stand people who give one star reviews.

I suffer from breakouts and bad scarring, but thanks to Carly at Arijai my skin is doing much better! Highly recommend the silk peels, such a great way to clean your skin!
