Katie at this location is amazing! Ask for her and she’ll take good care of you, very impressed with her attention to detail and she’s super fun, great personality. Purchased a Groupon for cool sculpting and now I’ll be a regular! Every two weeks and it’s working!!

A few months ago I bought a package of 6 treatments of lipo, cavitation, and therma. Kind of expensive, so disappointed that it did not work at all for me, and some of the machines didn’t work well, I complained two times at the front desk, but the lady there didn’t really care…..Save your money and your time.

Please pass on this service. better to spend it on a service that works

The one star is for the owner. If I could do negative stars, I would. The technicians & staff were very nice. I moved back to MN from Burbank CA, and I find it extremely difficult to find establishments that I like here. I tried to book in Minnetonka. They were booked out for months, so I went to Burnsville. After my first appt (down in the basement) I decided it wasnt really for me. However, I was trying to be polite. I had already purchased 4 Groupons and asked if I could book them together next time (because I didnt even want to drive back there) the owner took me back into her office and proceeded to tell me that I cannot book my appts - (back to back for 2 different procedures) & if I knew how far Burnsville was, then she didnt feel bad for me... etc. She continued to scold me in a very unprofessional way & then finished our conversation with, Well, honestly I dont make any money on you when you purchase from Groupon/Living Social. I cannot accommodate you because (I dont care about your time) basically & you are not spending enough money for me to make money. (Mind you I already spent HUNDREDS of dollars) Well, maybe you should NOT promote yourself on Groupon/Living Social then? When you find somewhere you like, thats when you spend lots of money. I didnt like your location at all! Her approach was VERY distasteful. I will NEVER be coming back. I will take my business and my money elsewhere!*UPDATE*So what you got out of all that was the word basement? And your condescending response is maybe you have the wrong business? BELIEVE ME when I say I knew EXACTLY where I was and what company I gave my money to. Do you think your customers are complete idiots? It felt like a basement. You are probably the person who talked to me this way. Nice try with your response. Again, VERY VERY distasteful. You empower women by telling them maybe you dont know what youre talking about? And Sounds like this experience was TOUGH for you? What an ARROGANT thing to say. It wasnt tough for anyone. It was awful.

I went to my first appointment this week. I had the best experience ever, the place is beautiful. Lorie is wonderful at the front desk, I had a great experience with the staff. It was a great appointment. I have more sessions to come and I am looking forward to see the result. I highly recommend Ciao Bella Sculpting, they make you welcome and comfortable.

Wow! I had such a wonderful experience here. The entire staff were so friendly, welcoming, and personable. I went for a derma lift facial treatment. It was quite soothing and done in a relaxing atmosphere. Katie did a fantastic job. She was very thorough and the immediate results are the proof! I have already booked my next THREE appointments. Highly recommended!
