Dr. Totten is the best! She takes the time to do a thorough examination, answers any questions and concerns, and even remembers details from previous visits without consulting charts. Ive been very pleased with the service from all the staff as well.

This was my first visit to Nice Eye Care. Staff is super friendly and Drs care and bedside was impeccable. They answered all questions and with this being my first visit built a nice (no pun intended) baseline on where my eye care stands as of the first visit. Explanations of actions taken were answered when I asked; they are very detailed and on top of their game. There was a great selection of frames to choose from, and everyone was courteous and helpful in picking out my new glasses. While my eyes were dialating, the downtime was filled in between procedures to allow me to pick my frames which minimized office time post appointment. They were also still very careful around Covid and took appropriate precautions where needed. I look forward to working with them going forward.

As expected, since I have been a patient of Dr. Nice since the mid-90s, I had a very good experience today getting my eyes examined. It was thorough and everybody that worked with me, especially Dr. Nice make me feel totally confident that I was in good hands. And I want to add that Donna is a woman who knows her job. She is excellent at helping to choose and fit frames. It is a lovely office with impressive equipment, and in this covid era, scrupulously clean. Great work everyone!

They are very personable and thorough.... Have an enlarged blood vessel, been there for years, Dr told me the cause. Quack job up north neglected to say anything about it.... A little pricey but well worth the visit.

Not pleased at all. I wont be back.It was apparent that their main objective is to sell you glasses whether you need them or not.So, I paid over $550 plus what insurance paid for two pairs of glasses that are worthless because I can see better without them.When I made an appointment to be re-evaluated because I suspected that the prescription was not right they took the glasses to the back and came back 10 minutes later saying that they cleaned them. No new eye test. It was obvious that they were not interested in finding out if the lenses needed to be replaced.Update: went somewhere else and they gave me the right prescription. Let me know how much it would cost based on different options which Nice didnt do. Heck, they didnt even let me know of different options except for the ones that cost more.

This place is the best they give great customer service and are taking the necessary steps during this crazy pandemic to make you feel safe, I would highly recommend Nice Eye Care for all of your eye care needs, great staff as well and I love getting reminders about my appointments they call and text me to make sure I dont forget which is great as well and my glasses came in earlier than I was told they would arrive, only took like 2 minutes to pick up and I was on my way.

Dr Totten was very attentive and answered all of my questions . She kept me well informed throughout the examination process. Very pleased with my visit.

My son saw Dr. Totten, we liked her and will continue to see her. The eyewear department however was unpleasant from start to finish. They were pushy, rude, and frames are very expensive. We ended up buying glasses through them even though we were annoyed with them because they were in our network. When we went to pick the glasses up, they met us in the parking lot and didn’t take the time to make sure they fit properly. A time later I called to see if we had insurance on the glasses because we need to replace them. The women I talked to in the eyewear department was incredibly rude, acting as if I was stupid for even asking. Very disappointed.

Dr. Nice was fantastic at explaining the process to me and performing the eye exam. I was very comfortable the entire time. Very thorough! Explained everything he did in an understandable way, took his time, and when my 5 month old started crying the sweet ladies from the front desk took the time to walk her around and calm her down so the exam could be finished.They’ve also been super thorough and kind helping my fiance with his vision after getting pepper sprayed at work. Taking every measure to help him see again and help everyone understand whats going on with his eyes.10/10 recommend!

I went to my first visit with Dr. Keith Nice and was very impressed from the minute I walked in. The staff are all very friendly, and I was taken back to the first room almost immediately. Soon after I entered the examination room, Dr. Nice was in within about 5 mins! I have NEVER seen the eye doctor that quickly! I was impressed at how much time was taken to insure I was receiving the right prescription. Dr Nice even took pictures of my eyes, after been dilated, and showed the pictures to me and explained everything and the type of things they look for. I chose NICE Eye Care bc of all the great reviews that I read and Im so glad I did. From making the appointment to filling out the paperwork to the exam was an easy & wonderful experience.
