I recently visited for a yearly eye exam. I discovered they had been acquired, which typically means changes and of course red flags.However, my exam was great as was expected. And, I ended up looking for new glasses which I wasnt planning on. Susan was very accommodating and helpful even though it was closing time on a Friday!I felt guilty and offered to come back but she put my mind at ease and didnt rush me. Acquisitions are tough, particularly for those who work at the acquired company and often worry about their job - been there!However, as long as the people I interact with and the services are good (and prices dont go through the roof ;-) ), it wont affect my decision to return.

Long time customer, seen a few doctors based on availability. All are great. However, this last time was my best experience. Both Nigo and Neila were super resourceful and a delight to work with! I got a wonderful pair of glasses that I’m super content with. Thank you Nigo and Nelia. Love my Chanels!

I recently visited MyEyeDr. (Insight Optical) after failing the NH DMV eye exam for my license renewal. I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Soll and was able to get a same day appointment. The appointment was scheduled online about 30 minutes prior to the appointment time. About 5 minutes after scheduling the appointment online, the office called to take care of the preliminary check-in and insurance information. Their responsiveness was outstanding.I arrived at the appointment and was immediately taken through the suite of testing machines in advance of seeing the doctor. I havent been to an eye doctor in many years and was impressed by the technology in their office.Once the machine testing was completed. I was examined by Dr. Soll. She was very efficient moving through the exam. In the end, she determined, legally, that I met the requirements to drive without correction, but gave me a prescription for eyewear if I wanted to see better. I decided, at that time, mostly due to time constraints to postpone getting any sort of eyewear.A few weeks later, I decided it would be a good idea to get some corrective lenses, especially for night time driving, and went back to get some glasses at this location. When I returned to get some glasses, I was seen almost immediately.Now, Im a fairly basic person that isnt real interested in designer this or that. The first frame I tried on was very basic which was perfect for me. I was offered a couple other options (more designer) but decided to stick with the basic frames.Going through the process of finalizing the glasses and seeing what pricing looked like with different lens treatments, the fitter recognized it was more cost effective to use their special glasses pricing rather than run it through my insurance. The fitter was solely interested in what I needed/wanted and while made suggestions on lens treatments and bifocals, etc, didnt really push it. I appreciate this tremendously. She made me aware of all the options, but didnt pressure me for anything. While I have decent insurance, I was glad I didnt need to use it in case I needed it at a later date.Once the order for the glasses was submitted, I was given a timeframe to expect when my glasses would be ready. It turned out they beat that schedule.As it turns out, I really do see much better with the glasses I purchased, Based on my overall experience thus far, Im planning to go back to get another pair and may even consider some of the options previously offered.If you need an eye exam or any sort of corrective lenses, I highly recommend this location.

I dont normally write reviews but I had to after experiencing amazing service provided by Nigo and the staff. I was visiting from out of town for a friends wedding and unfortunately broke my glasses. After visiting multiple places because they didnt bother trying to fix it, I finally tried Insight Optical. To my surprise, they took care of everything and didnt take any money when i offered to pay!!! If i lived here, i would only go to this place. Highly recommend! Thanks again Nigo!

Verdict: Great Dr, facility is well kept, exams and technology are good, but take your business past the exam elsewhere.The good: This place has as great selection , the eye exam and technology are top notch and they take most insurances. The Dr is great and super knowledgeable, Ive been a customer here for years.The bad: Since the transition to MyEyeDr the front office is a complete dumpster fire. They do not answer the phone often, they wont respond to voicemails left on the automated system, and if your actually manage to get someone on the phone they take a message that goes in the same pile as the voicemails, no response to 3+ messages over 2 months! Their contact selection is great but the markup for the same product at other optical shops is almost 2x.Honestly they need to replace the front office with people who understand how to run a business, dont blame the current state of the world for your own business issues, everyone is in the same boat.

Expensive and incredibly poor customer service. I dont typically leave many reviews, but after multiple years of being a client, a recent experience has shown me that Insight Optical is only interested in getting more of your money. Much better options in the area. Save yourself some time, cash, and frustration by looking elsewhere.

Dr. Feifke is an excellent optometrist, keeps learning, improving his practice and adding exam equipment that allows for comprehensive examinations.His staff is knowledgeable, and the selection of frames is quite good.I had left this office since it is a little far from my home. After a few disappointing years at another optometrist, Im happy to be back to Insight Optical.

I have really appreciated the changes at Insight Optical to keep us all safe during this pandemic.In particular I want to say how much I have appreciated the sensitivity and compassion the staff has shown for my concerns.I went to the office with a pair of glasses that appeared to be cracking from the four corners of the lens. The technician immediately recognized this as a manufacturing defect and advocated to get the glasses fixed for free despite the fact that it was a few months past the year’s Manufacturing warranty. I had the glasses back in a week, repaired and looking like new.The staff is so professional and I really appreciate the excellent service especially at this stressful time. I wish I could give a 10 star review!!! I just went as a new patient and had my exam with Dr. Feifke.I loved and appreciated the temperature check, hand sanitization and all the steps taken by the office to ensure health and safety for their patients and their staff. They were extremely thorough throughout all parts of my exam and for trying on new glasses.I waited less than 2 mins to get in and start my eye exam. I did not even have to wait to see Dr. Feifke. He was incredibly friendly and made the exam very easy and quick.I then went to the optical center to get a new pair of glasses. They cleaned every pair of glasses before and after trying on. They let me try on as many pairs as I wanted, and they knew all the details about every pair and made awesome recommendations.Ordering my glasses and contacts was very easy. Unfortunately, my contacts came and the box was already opened and a whole box of contacts was missing. They remedied this SO fast, I was slightly in disbelief. I got the replacement box within a few days of calling the office.When I went to pick up my glasses, it was so quick and they followed all the same procedures as my exam date from a health and safety standpoint - AMAZING. They fixed my glasses and made sure they fit my face right, and I was on my way!HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

This was my second time going to Insight, each time I was made to feel like a longtime friend. The staff has always been very understanding and helpful and though I was seen by a different doctor this time, her expertise and professionalism was as I received on my first visit a little over two years ago. The complete eye test was comfortable, no eye dilation was needed. I left knowing my eyes are in good shape and with my new prescriptions for regular eyeglasses and one for use when I am on my computer. Ill go back again.

I have been dealing with Insight Optical since 1991. As far as Im concerned, it doesnt get any better than this. You get the most thorough and acurate eye exam using the latest state of the art equipment. The frames selection is extensive and the staff is very knowledgeable and professional.

I recently had a eye injury. I waited a few hours to call, it was close to 5PM on a Friday evening. The doctor canceled his after hours appointment to see me. It turned out I needed antibiotics, and needed to see him Saturday and Monday which he did before appointments started, or during his lunch hour since he was completely booked! Great experience and eye care, as always.

They are a first rate operation, always courteous and helpful, with excellent Doctors. Ive never had to wait more than 5 minutes for an appointment and they have done an excellent help me with my glasses selection.The last time I was there, I saw Dr. Russo and she was very friendly and did a great job during the examination, patiently explaining all my questions and making me feel very comfortable.

I see Dr. Feifke for many years and always have the pleasant experience. Great soft intelligent knowledgeable doctor, helpful stuff nice atmosphere. Dont remember the doctor would be running late. I went in to get my glasses adjusted. Instead I was met with a rude employee who would not listen to what I needed to be adjusted. She decided that she knew best what to do. When I told her it still didn’t feel right she told me it was the best it was going to get. I left with my glasses feeling worse than when I went it.

The entire experience from the front desk, the eye tests , seeing the doctor to picking out the perfect lens is enjoyable because of the positive upbeat attitudes of the staff.Dr. Russo is very polite, caring and knowledgeable. I also had the please of seeing Dr. Feifke for an urgent appointment. He took his time and actually called two different hospitals to speak with a provider before he sent me.

Best customer service and nicest people I’ve ever experienced in a doctors office, honestly can’t say enough nice things about their team, Ann especially !!!! I had a rather poor experience with a separate office for an eye exam to check my prescription and was informed the tests they performed, without my knowledge, drained all my benefits (again not insight optical). They seemed extremely up-sell oriented and I didn’t purchase a new pair of glasses I needed because I just didn’t trust them or their prices based on my coverage or just how they operated as a whole.A close friend recommended insight optical and they went way above and beyond helping me every step of the way! They reached out to my insurance and explained I was taken advantage of at a different practice where they strong-handed unnecessary tests and exams while charging my insurance for everything you can imagine. Their team (Ann specifically helped me through everything) went WAY out of their way and role of responsibilities to help me get my insurance benefits back as well as taking care of me with an amazing price on a pair of amazing glasses! I ended up paying about 1/3rd the price from the other office, and yes the other office was also in network. Even though I was taken for a ride, finding this office made it all worth it.I learned a great deal from my initial experience with the office that took advantage of my insurance but moving forward I know and can tell I can trust in-sight optical to be transparent clear and more than helpful, without a doubt they will be my eye care provider moving forward and strongly recommend their services to anyone in need. These are people you can trust and are sure you fully understand coverage and payments unlike other practices that use a wide range of insurance terms to confuse there customers. Go in and talk to them, you’ll know these are people you can trust!

Been going here for many, many years. The diagnostic equipment is state of the art. Dr. Feifke is incredibly pleasant, detailed, and a wealth of knowledge. Their frame selection is excellent. I never walk out of there without buying at least one pair.

Be careful with a lady whose name sounds like Teresa. One leg of my frame was replaced a week ago. When I got the glasses, the two legs are obviously unbalanced. I tried them on and felt uncomfortable, but Teresa kept saying they just replaced a leg, there was nothing wrong and refused to do any adjustment. Her impatience was apparent. She just wanted to wrap up this pair and let me go. I left just to not deal with her anymore. I wouldnt have written this review if it was the first time. Unfortunately 3 or 4 years ago, it was this lady too who handled my glasses. She didnt listen carefully about my feedback, didnt help and just wanted to move on to her next thing. I had to specifically ask for another doctors help.It was quite disappointing to see Teresa with that attitude again last week. Its very unfortunate for Insight Optical as my other experiences are nice.

The pre exam was the most comprehensive exam I have ever had,and that was before seeing the Dr. I was then seen by Derek Feifke,O.D. who took the time to explain the results of every test and then went through a thorough exam of my eyes. I was very happy with the end results of these test. I would recommend Insight Optical to anyone who is looking for a vision specialist. Ive been a patient of Dr. Feifke since 2007 after receiving PRK surgery. Every time I visit Insight Optical I am always impressed by the expertise of Dr. Feifke, state-of-the-art equipment and the quality of care I receive. I have to say out of all the medical professionals Ive had over the years I would put Dr. Derek Feifke in the top 1% and certainly the best eye doctor. His exams are the most thorough eye exams you can possibly have. If you really want the best eye care you need to be a patient at Insight Optical.

At one time or another, every member of my family has seen either Dr. Feifke, Dr. Blackie or Dr. Russo. We have been seeing Dr. Feifke for as long as I can remember, before his associates joined the practice, and trust him implicitly. Dr. Feifke has gone as far as to see my husband when he had an emergency situation. The doctors are respectful, knowledgable and caring. Each one explains both the process and the result of the exam carefully and in plain English. When my son went in for his eye exam this week, Dr. Blackie came out to tell me the result (though my son is a young adult). I would not consider going elsewhere. Even my grown son, who lives out of state, still sees Dr. Feifke. Unlike some posters, we have had positive experiences when purchasing eyewear, but we sometimes go elsewhere for our eyeglasses due to frame choices. That is not a problem.

This practice is consistently superior on every level.

After hearing and reading good things about this place, I decided to go there to check out some frames. Though my eye doctor sits elsewhere, I wanted to check out their variety. Walking in, the place looked really nice with really good brands and styles. The issue however was with the people they had on the floor. Seemed no one was available to help me and the more people came in, the more confused the personnel on the floor were. After finally getting help, the person told me to get my prescription (I had it in my car) and upon returning, the guy started helping someone else and later told me he had to leave and someone else will help me. That other person never got to me and I wandered around for another 20min until I got fed up and left. Just because this establishment carries luxury brand frames doesnt mean they can treat their customers like crap. Will never come back nor recommend other to go here.
