It took me almost a month to get an appointment here and I was never notified about a cancellation or schedule change. Upon arriving to the facility, the doors were all locked even though the lights were on inside and a car was parked outside of the building at the back entrance. Nobody was answering knocks or the 4 person que I was stuck in after calling. I requested a callback and days later still no callback. I will never go back here.
