Very efficient front office, always a good start. Scheduling was painless. The appointment was on time. He was thorough, did not seem rushed at all, answered all my questions, was clear about his findings and recommendations, and ultimately the visit was reassuring. And bonus: the treatment worked! Would highly recommend, and have already sent family and friends.

We absolutely love Brenda! My daughter had terrible acne and her face is clear now and beautiful! I see her myself and so does my husband and father. She is very knowledgeable and makes us all feel comfortable. The rest of the staff have been very good to us as well! I would highly recommend her!!

My husband and I have been going to Brenda Sandridge for many years. She is through and sincerely cares about the health of our skin as well as health. When she left her position in Winston Salem to join Alamance Dermatology I was deeply saddened. After much consideration we decided it was in our best interest to drive the hour give or take a few depending on traffic, to continue our care with Brenda. We also had an opportunity to interact with Dr. Dasher for care! Also great experience. The staff and Doctors there have been nothing but appreciative of following. I wouldn’t go anywhere else !! EVER

I will never go back to Alamance Dermatology. They may not know this but you can hear whats being said outside room doors. I paid 80 dollars for them to tell me what I already knew and told them when I set up the appointment. If they couldnt treat my condition I should have been told that when I made the appointment. Plus it is very unprofessional for a doctor to say oh my god really! Outside of a patients door.

Dr. Isenstein was efficient and helpful and wanted to get to know me. She noticed issues that I did not bring up or notice myself. I would recommend her.

The doctors are extremely nice! However, I would not recommend for African American skincare. They barely looked at my skin and gave a laundry list of things to use. I was left confused and trying to figure out exactly what to use on my skin.

Appointment was at 12:30, at 12:50 I asked if Dr. Brenda was running behind. I was told that she was not. At 1:05 I was finally called back. I proceeded to sit the the room until 1:30 at which time I decided that was enough. When I left we informed the office to make sure they do not bill my insurance. If I had arrived at 1:30 they would have most likely charged me for a missed appointment. The arrogance to think her time is more important than a patients is dispicable. What is your excuse?

I needed a dermatologist to look at and take care of a bothersome wart on the bottom of my daughter’s foot, never been here before, but I thought I would give it a try. Everything was going pretty smoothly until we meet Brenda, their PA, she kept telling my daughter, who was 14 at the tine, that she could freeze the wart off, but it was going to really HURT. I kept telling my daughter that I have had things frozen off and it is not bad at all. Brenda the PA, would but in and say, YES it will hurt. She had my daughter in tears and I kept trying to console her, with Brenda being the back up person saying out loud, iT WIll HURT! I thought I was in the twilight zone, my daughter was crying her eyes out by then and Ms. Brenda could have cared less. I asked if I could see another physician or P.A. It has been a while so I can’t remember the physician that came in. I explained what went on and he said, Well, IT Will HURT! Right in front of my daughter. I then, knew this was a crazy place that I would never return to in my life. I have not in all my lifetime experienced this kind of treatment. I was about to cry out of anger, embarrassment, and lack of initial treatment for my daughter, who was hobbling around because of this wart on her foot. We left without any treatment being done and had to pay a co-pay. The receptionist. was acting pretty nice a first, then she and the other, I guess you call a physician helper or something, turned into devil trolls. I would NEVER go or recommend this place to a living soul! I don’t know if Brenda, PA, was going through menopause or a hangover, but the physician was just as bad and a pure D—- Face. This place needs to be shut down!!!!

I love Alamance Dermatology! I went because of acne, saw Brenda Sandridge PA. I was impressed with her knowledge of acne and treatment of acne. After 6 months of acutane, I am completely acne free! My before and after photos are impressive. The whole staff is wonderful, and the nurses were great and friendly. The only negative thing is sometimes you have to wait a little while, however they are also very understanding if you are running behind as well (this happened to me once, I was 15 mins late to my appointment) and they STILL saw me! This would have never happened at my old dermatology office. So, it works both ways, I don’t mind waiting for a provider who is knowledgeable and treats patients with as much care and concern as Brenda does! I highly recommend Alamance Dermatology and Brenda!

We have been going to Dr Dasher for over 10 years. My son has suffered with severe eczema since he was 6 months old. Last year when Dupixent was about to be approved for kids under 18, Dr D and Tricia worked with me hand in hand to get my son Dupixent as soon as possible. Recently we had to switch insurance companies and there Tricia was again to help me find his Dupixent. My daughter sees Brenda so when my son couldn’t see Dr D Brenda stepped right in and even gave me her personal number so that i could get in touch with her if their were any changes. My daughter loves Brenda because she tries to keep her mind off what Brenda is doing so it doesn’t hurt as much. From the front desk, to Michelle, to Amy and Tricia and then Dr D and Brenda they have all been a Godsend to my family! And might i add my son now has a new life thanks to Dupixent

Was not pleased here and Im very easy to please--needless to say, the doctor GOOGLED my symptoms in front of me on his iPad just to proceed to tell me that it was nothing that he could personally do! I could have been told that over the phone when I called about the issue, yet I still had to pay over $100 just for an office visit where NOTHING was done! Needless to say, I will be filing a formal complaint over how this practice performs business.

I cannot say enough good things about Alamance Dermatology and specifically Dr. Sanridge. I had been to 2 doctors before her about my skin and none of them could figure out what was wrong. Dr. Sanridge took literally one look at my skin and knew what was wrong, and more importantly how to fix it. 5 months later, my skin has NEVER looked so good and I am so thankful for have found Dr. Sanridge and this office. Highly, highly recommend!

Worst experience I have ever had at a medical office of any kind. I felt extremely uncomfortable with all of the staff and not welcome whatsoever- even the receptionists were condescending. I am never coming back.
