Good people had an account here for 8 years now. i need the bank to be open on saturdays again because i have no time during the week after work. so i guess i will give 1 star because when i need the bank i cant do anything when they are closed. EDIT: i made it 5 stars now since they offered to help me and work with me for my specific needs. thank you so much for being awesome!

They are the best and most helpful financial institution that I have ever dealt with. They have protected me from several crooks trying to steal from me electronically. The covid shut down eliminated my job. NWPLUS gave me a $1000- credit line on my account when I was unemployed, they called me to help. Awesome.

This place has low ratings for a reason!!I have had a credit card with them for 8 years and never not paid my payments!! Ever!I do the responsible thing and haven’t been using it and just paying the payments and they just decided to close it! During COVID 19!!Now my credit will suffer from having credit union close my account and it will now also impact my score due to losing a 8 year long account.Credit scores are based on a number of things two of them are, 1st, length of account and 2nd. Account being opened. Had they asked me to use it Or lose it I would have used it. I have a decent size balance thought I was being responsible. I’m so upset!! It’s wrong!!

I have been going to this credit union for 15 years. The service is always impeccable! There is only one drawback and it isnt the fault of the employees, they arent open on the weekends.

The best experience Ive ever had in banking , I was with the same place for years. This specific branch has showed me there is a difference between customer service and truly caring and building relationships. As I stood there waiting for Colleen to be amazing and change my life. Every customer that walked in had a smile. Every employee greeted them with a smile in return and everyone left happier than they walked in. Thank you for this phenomenal experience!!! You know? reviews are a funny thing. Not sure what to think when theyre bad, not sure if you believe them when theyre good.This time! believe the bad! In the matter of a couple months, My wifes account was a mess. ( I say was, because she took her business elsewhere) Started with a major deposit that was missed by almost 8K.Second, Mobile deposits that said SUCCESS didnt show up anywhere!On both occasions, Not 1 email, phone call, smoke signal, nothing from the bank to indicate there was a problem. But when inquiring? they stood on the fact that we had made a mistake. How can you make a mistake by going through the drive through, making a deposit, then find out it was missed by 8000 dollars, And not to the good!.Customer service at a all time Low for what I can tell, Especially since there so many other choices for banking!Lesson learned, Double check Everything!!

This is a really good place to bank. Always courteous and helpful. The lobby is never crazy, parking is plentiful. Why give the bloated big banks your business? Credit unions are the way to go.This branch has won me over with all they have to offer.

I made my first deposit and the manager, Casey, miscounted a 50 as a 5 dollar bill. Said shed deal with it. Didnt call me back. Had to go into the office twice to even be kept up on the information. Never got me back the full amount. Head boss Debbi in Everett never called me back. Horrible customer service. No apology, no trust, just incompetence.

Crooks charged me $35 overdraft for a one dollar transaction, they never informed me that my account was overdrawn, not even when I was at the teller making a deposit. They charged me hundreds of dollars overdraft, thirty five dollars at a time, for each tiny transaction. If I did not have their overdraft protection then I would not have gone bankrupt

So, I needed to purchase some camera equipment, I deposited the necessary funds, I made arrangements with the Bank about the coming purchases and then proceeded to make my purchases. All of the orders were canceled by Amazon as they were declined payment. I spoke with 5 different barely-English speaking representatives at Amazon, then had to re-order all the items (which had gone up in price by $400.00!!!) When I complained of the price difference, they said it was not their error that the bank had declined payment, then they talked me through re-entering payment methods, adding my checking account I spoke with Nikki (who couldnt be more abrupt, non-helpful, or indifferent) at the NW Plus CU in Burlington Wa on two occasions.So, after ordering the items 3 times now, the price is $400.00 more than the original, I call Nikki to let her know that Im still trying to order these items (These are NOT fraudulent purchases) and she informs me that its VISAs fault and that I have until 5 pm to make my purchases... which are being processed at Amazon and I have no control over whether or not they get it done by 5pm...Let me guess, Im just a stupid customer because Im upset that Ive wasted at least 3 hours of my time, lost an additional $400.00, and I still dont have the items I need (and this process may need to start again if Amazon doesnt process my order by 5pm)!Well Nikki, as a customer of yours, heres how it should work:1. I deposit adequate funds2. I inform the bank of my larger than normal purchase amounts3. I order my merchandise4. The funds are withdrawn from my account5. Customer is happyIf something should go wrong:1. apologize for my inconvenience.2. tell me youd be happy to rectify the problem.3. Make it right.4. Customer is happy
