The whole service was horrible. All the negative reviews mention one common theme; Biases. They will treat you completely inappropriate when it comes to individualized patient care. They pretended they did not understand my needs as patient and made the whole experience difficult because I mentioned I did not want to buy my lenses directly from them.Money hungry much?Trust me. Take your billable somewhere else where they offer a better standard of care. This place is NOT It.0 out of 5 STARS.

If I could give them no stars I would because of the terrible experience I encountered. The intake specialist with the dark color hair was nasty and extremely unprofessional. She should not be the one greeting customers because of her attitude. The provider was unpleasant as well and did not listen to my needs. If you are looking for professionalism and a pleasant experience this is not the place.

Had a wonderful experience with their awesome staff, very friendly and swift. Stunning interiors and inviting atmosphere.

They took great care to fit me with the best contact lenses for my eyes, even if they were the highest power available.

Everyone was friendly, my glasses came back within two weeks and Im seeing so much better now.

RUDE and very unprofessionalDiscrimination against innocent Americans on Medicaid, people who want better in their life. Vision is very important for health, I am just trying to get healthy sonI can maintain a job without getting fired because I can’t see at all!!!! Yes I can understand workers frustrated and judging and profiling anyone who is on Medicaid. I pay taxes, I am out here trying to better my health before it is too late! I know a lot of lazy people out here abusing the Medicaid system and using Welfare as a career opportunity.. NOT in my case! This is short term Medicaid until I am well and hopefully get the care I need to find a job where I can work and actually be able to see because I am blind as a bat!! In all reality, white people are the minority. White people get no help to better themselves honestly with good intentions.

Very RUDE and unprofessional

Simply wonderful. The staff is kind and courteous, had me in an examination room minutes after walking in. Dr. Jackson is quite knowledgeable, explaining my current prescription and the options available. I am looking forward to going back for new glasses.

Most Thorough Eye Exam I have ever gotten was at Paddy Vision last year. I brought my 9 year old daughter in for an exam and I was impressed on how the Dr. explained each step to her answering all of her crazy questions with a smile. It’s obvious from our experience there that the staff are very dedicated to their roles and care about the patients they are serving.

My first visit to Patty Vision Center was last Friday and I returned today for a check up regarding my new contacts. I experienced nothing but a friendly staff from check in to eye exam to contact training. They were very accommodating to my hectic school schedule and extremely patient with me as I struggled to (repeatedly) apply contacts for the first time in my life. I left feeling like all of my questions were answered and feel confident that I am able to call if I later have further concerns.

Very impressed with Dr. Benfield and his staff at Patty Vision Center. My appointment was at their Burlington office and they were very friendly and welcoming. Wait time was minimal and the exam was very thorough. I purchased new glasses as well and that process was simple and easy. I would highly recommend Patty Vision Center to my friend and family.

So unbelievably the best customer service! I called in a pinch because I was in desperate need of contacts and they got me in and helped me! I will go to the from now on! Thank you!!!!!

We love Dr. Jackson! Me, my husband and our children all go to her and she is awesome. Great with kids too! The office is clean and the staff are all very friendly!

A customer for over 20 years.Things have changed so much.The front ladies are kind as always, however the doctor did not show the same level of service as expected. I received extremely poor quality lens and now must suffer until next year because of insurance. We will be moving our family to a different place. Sad

Patty Vision Center is terrific. Very personal care, and everyone has a good sense of humor; and I can honestly say I wouldnt be writing this review if I hadnt gone there, because I wouldnt be able to see the words on the screen. Thanks, Patty Vision!!

I was seen at Patty vision in Burlington NC for quite a few years, a year and more ago I decided it was time for a change and made an appointment at UNC Kittner Eye Center, I was asked by the Dr. if I knew I have Fuchs Corneal Dystrophy, I said no. Curious I called Patty Vision and asked if they were aware that I have the disease and they confirmed yes, I asked why I was not told?? There was another incident involving the Dr. writing the wrong prescription for glasses, I took the glasses of which I had ordered off line from Zenni optical to Patty Vision and complained of the issue they took the glasses and tested them to verify they were correct according to the prescription the their Dr. had written , they confirmed it was correct, the Dr. would not give me a refund in an attempt to take responsibility for his mistake. Some of the new staff isnt to ppl friendly to Medicaid patients

Ive never been to an eye doctor before. Something came up with my eyes last week and they became very red, itchy, and swollen. I was sure I had pink eye after reading online. I made an appointment with patty vision in Burlington. I had to pay a $50 copay since its a specialist. The doc told me I didnt have pink eye and that it was just stage 4 allergen. He prescribed me a steroid drop and sent me on my way. The next morning I woke up to my eyes even more swollen and irriated. I called back and they instructed me to stay on the drops another day and it they werent any better to call back. Well they didnt get better so I called back the next morning and they told me to come back in. This time I seen a different eye doctor who told me she believes it WAS pink eye and prescribed me a different drop with antibiotics. When I checked out they requested another $50 copay. I told them that wasnt right because I was there for the same thing (bc I wasnt diagnosed correctly and they should have got it right the first time). She replied saying thats how doctors work. So to me they didnt care about my eye and that I had to suffer bc I had been using the wrong drops...instead they were worried about putting money in their pocket. If I ever have to go back to an eye specialist I wont be going there. I hate to give a bad review but that was very wrong.

Twice I brought my glasses back to have the lenses fitted correctly and still the prescription isnt correct.

Overpriced. And act like the customer is not important
