We love Green Tangerine and have been coming here for years. Janida is amazing- she’s an artist with hair. My whole family comes here. Teen for a cut and colour streak, another teen for glamorous long locks cut, my mom to have her hair cut and blow dried - myself for the same. The space is airy, fresh and bright. The hair wash chairs are super comfortable and have a massage setting. The waiting area has magazines and beverages. They also carry a great selection of products and will recommend only what is right for you.

Very clean place and nice people. However, my hair color did not come out the way I wanted it.

Great service. Great techs. A HUGE downside you cant tip on your CC. Which means Im done going there. To venmo your tech is nuts.

They lure you in with incorrect pricing - I was told my appointment for my 10 year old daughter would be $60 when I called to schedule. The receptionist even put me on hold to confirm the price. Well, when I went to check out they charged me $235!! I am so upset at this and will NEVER return to this salon. Their excuse was that they have new receptionists that dont know what their doing yet. Its too bad because her stylist was really good and hair came out nice but would never had paid that $$$ for a childs hair service (or mine for that matter). So disgusted.

The worst customer service ever!! Inhumanity at its best. I didn’t cancel my appointment and they charged me $190 for the hairdresser time!! My daughter was in the ER that day and the least of my concerns was to cancel! I am a regular there and the manager, Mandy, the coldest/heartless individual on earth, didn’t want to cancel the charge despite explaining more than once my circumstances. In addition, they charged a card that they were never authorized to keep on file and said “it’s not our problem if you don’t check our website and read about our cancellation policy”! I was never told that 1- they’ll keep a card on file (my husband’s by the way)and 2- that they will charge me $190 for services I never asked for. They suggested that I come back and use the services booked and I should be very happy about that, usually they don’t offer to people to come back! Do they really think that I want to go back there? EVER?!I understand that it’s a business but a reimbursement of some of the $190 would have been the least thing to do! When I suggested that she said at this point it’s all about business and next time you should read our social media pages!!Besides this major incident, whenever I would go there, hairdressers will never be on time and will try to push you to by the Manager’s “amazing hair are products that she spent a long time inventing” don’t fall for that they are really not exceptional!Be careful!

My husband and 4 years old were waiting for me on the parking lot where this establishment is and he thought it would be a good a idea to get my son a haircut; it says on the description hair salon but once he was there they told him that they don’t cut kid’s hair even though there were 3 girls standing without clients. We understand that some people don’t prefer cut hair on kids but just they way they presented it sounds very hard and harsh ; besides my son is one of the calmest person I know when getting a haircut. Bummer, because it I was going to meet them there and also get a haircut and check them out, now I won’t even try them.

Do not recommend they were 1.5 hours past my haircut time and were non apologetic about it and then as I was close to the end of the day rushing to finish my hair and the job done was not worth the hefty price tags. I would save your money and go some place else. I had a not so great balayage done

Love these people! Been going for years. Ashley is amazing with my hair. I do red/blonde balayage and love it every time. All the people there are super nice. Definitely recommend.

The girls are so sweet and polite. I have never waited long and I usually call for an appointment on short notice and they always accommodate me. The aestheticians are great. The Burlington and Peabody locations are exceptional.

Great services but expensive.

Got a deep tissue massage with Maureen and 10/10 would recommend to a friend. Not only was it a fantastic massage, but she was extremely friendly and made the entire experience enjoyable. I have had my share of massages, but am not a frequent massage goer; however, I will absolutely be going back on a regular basis now. (I never write reviews online, but this really felt necessary) Also, the booking website is faulty and will almost always say no appointments available, but there are. Just give them a call.

This review is for EYELASH extensions only.Yes, GT does eyelash extensions. $149 for Classic synthetic lashes, and $199 for the Volume look (also synthetic). Nails and Co. down the aisle also does them for around the same price, but I believe their lashes are mink.Anyways, I was told I could not get extensions due to the fact that I was pregnant and had some eczema near my eyelids. I was told to get a doctors note, and then come back and sign a waiver. I had no issues with signing the waiver but I was really disappointed that I couldnt decide if the process was safe enough for me. (I believe it was, how much of the eyelash glue could possibly be absorbed by my system and then the baby?). Im pretty sure spending 2 hours in a fume-y nail salon was probably worse (which I did do the next day).Anyways, the eyelashes could have been great, but I will never know. I had to glue on strips myself for my baby bump photo shoot and for my shower, and surprise, surprise they did not look as good. Boo on GT for turning a willing customer away.

I went in today for a brow appointment. The manager and I were chatting about storm when I told her I had no power, she immediately offered me a complimentary wash and blow dry.I was so appreciative and taken by such a nice random act of kindness.

Just had the perfect salon experience at Green Tangerine! I made a last-minute appointment and asked for a drastic hair change (donating over 10). Ashley was my stylist and she was amazing. She listened to me and incorporated what I wanted into a look that would work on me. She was efficient, she gave great instructions on how to style it again at home, and she was just a great person! Everyone else in the salon is wonderful too - cheerful, pleasant and helpful, it was a great experience. Really made my day!

Iliana is the best. I have been seeing her for the past 2.5 years and have done different spa services with her, and she truly will take care of you. The spa has good atmosphere. Prices are reasonable, too.

Kate was GREAT! Im always nervous to change salons when I move but Kate completely took away any nerves I had. She spent a lot of time figuring out the exact color that I wanted, especially because I was unsure myself. She recommended perfect products for my hair situation and took care to explain exactly how to use them. The cut was great as well. Cut, blowdry, and cutting after again to be sure everything was perfect. Really very, very pleased. So glad to have a new stylist in this area!

I went to the same stylist for over 35 years, when she retired I went to Green Tangerine and have been very pleased with every hair cut. Sara is pleasant and has a positive attitude and listens to what you want. She can also help you if you want to try any of the many products they have. I would recommend a trip to Burlingtons Green Tangerine and ask for SARA.

Excellent staff, both massage and facial were fantastic, they did a great job with my moms hair as well. one thing is that they did not mention the extra charges surrounding the hair cut/ coloring which were added on during the service, it would be good to let you know the price of the service you are suggesting that the customer add in as well.

I used to have my eyebrows waxed here regularly. The esthicians were professional but I had my favorite. Then my skin had second degree burns after every waxing.

I have been going to Green Tangerine for 8+ years. I tend to go to the same stylist and esthetician each visit and I love them. Great service, the listen to you and I always feel great when I leave the salon. The few times I have had to go to different service provides due to schedule conflicts; I have had great service and never disappointed.

Horrible! I wouldnt recommend this place for getting a gel polish done!! The corners of my nails are not polished evenly! Some of my nails have streaks where the polish is darker in some spots and lighter in other spots!! I also have polish under my nails and on my skin!After the polish was cured the girl started to file my nails....which I declined because this would have scratched off the polish!! I have no clue why she was trying to file after polishing! The service was awful! I wont be going back!SUCH A WASTE OF MY MONEY AND TIME!!

I went in for a Wash, Cut, and Style with Janida A. because a friend from work recommended this salon. I hadn’t cut or colored my hair in like two years (terrible, I know) because I was growing out my natural hair color. My hair is thin and straight and fine, so not the easiest to work with... but Janida took the time to find out what I like/don’t like, and explained what types of cuts were flattering to my hair type and face shape. She was really helpful and patient and easy-going and made the experience fun. Not only that- but what a total transformation! I love my new haircut and will be recommending her to everyone I know!! 💖💖💖

Great service and reasonable pricing

Overall a decent experience. Disappointed with Marissa who did a tidally acceptable blow dry but charged me an extra $10 for “cutting into her next clients time”. This was after she thanked me for waiting (because she was running 10-15 mins behind) and after I told them on the phone when I booked that my blow dry takes 1 hour. I get a blow dry once a week because I have thick hair. I always tip 30% because I know my hair is thick and I appreciate a good blow dry. I get bummed when someone tries to price gauge me. When I spoke up about it the girl at the desk said “oh..well we won’t charge you the $10 next time”. Unfortunately there won’t be a next time. Totally decent blow dry but nothing extraordinary, and poor service with the extra charge.

Marissa is beyond amazing! Knowing I had an important event she came in on her night off to do my color - came out perfect! Couldn’t be happier!!

If you like spending $350 and 3+ hours in the salon to have the wrong color appliedfor the SECOND time in 6 months, then make an appointment at the Foxboro location. Otherwise, stay away and buy yourself a Kate Spade bag instead. 😡

The worst customer service ever! So a year ago I went here to get my hair done for a wedding. It cost me $36 for my hair to be washed, blow dried, curled and pulled to the side. I was psyched! So I had a wedding this past weekend and told 2 of my friends to come with me to green tangerine to get our hair done. The 3 of us got partial updos. One of my friends has long hair, it was not washed or blow dried; but curled with a braid pulling it back to one side back. Cost her $26. My other friend got her medium length hair washed, blow dried, curled with 2 twists pulling it partially up. Cost her $88. I did not get my hair washed or blow dried, and my hair is the length of a bob. I got it curled with a braid pulling it up on one side. It took her LITERATELY 10 minutes to do. And it cost me $88.When I called to find out why it was so pricey and why there was a difference in the price, I was told that my friend that got charged $26 was rung in wrong and the price for myself and my other friend was what a partial updo costs (with or without a wash and blow dry). I was floored. And she said that a partial updo and a full updo is the same price. What?!?? So I could have had my hair pulled completely up and it would have taken the girl an hour to do....for the same price?? I have had my hair done many times before and never had to pay this amount for the work that was done. My friend gets her hair colored and cut for the same price. The 3 of us were out of there in 45 minutes total. I asked the woman on the phone why when I was in there a year ago it only cost me $36 and I had more services done that day. She told me that the girl was probably feeling nice. What!?!?!?!? So you are telling me that you guys were feeling mean today!! What should have been done is she should have offered my friend and I a gift certificate to come back and get another service done at the spa/salon. Or reimburse us for a small amount. I would have even paid $50 for the partial updo that took all of 10 minutes to do. However, now I will NEVER EVER EVER be back and would definitely not recommend this salon to anyone.Very disappointing.
