I went in with my 2 boys to all gets haircuts. Tracy cut my hair and did amazing!! She took her time and probably the best haircut I have ever had at a great clips. Zae did my youngest hair and also did wonderful. Taylor did my oldest child and cut both of his ears! We all got our haircuts at the same time so he didnt show me what had happened until we got outside.

Misty was absolutely wonderful! So sweet and understood exactly what I was wanting!! I checked in online and didnt have to wait at all! Strolled in the door, put my stuff down, and was taken right back to a shampooing bowl. I couldnt be happier with my experience!

Horrible service, the woman spent more time chatting with another stylist than cutting my hair. There are entire patches of hair that were missed and eventually I have up trying to tell her to go get the stuff she missed, I shouldn’t have to teach her how to cut hair. There are some spots that are twice as long as the rest because this has to be the least thorough and most rushed haircut I’ve ever gotten.

Your experience here really just depends on which stylist you get. Id say there are like 3 stylists at this location who have true skill and care about customer service. If you dont end up getting one of these, its highly likely that youll get someone whos in a hurry to get you out of the chair, oh, and has the demeanor of a junkyard dog. So its really a roll of the dice when you walk in. But I have to say Ive had more good experiences than bad. Leaving out of there with gaps in my head like I did today causes me to rant and rave like this. Maybe next time Ill get that great cut that will make me come back and change this to five stars.

I went in about 10 minutes before closing I was not aware of what time it was, but when I came in I asked a lady if they still have to do a hair cut and this lady was not polite to answered on a nice way I was not able to get her name I believe she had a bad day or something.

Today was my Second time Getting my hair cut here. The first time I asked for a Fade and the girl did a horrible job on edging me out. So give it another shot and used another girl and this time even worse. I didn’t notice how bad it was till I got home and my hair wasn’t we. I’m going to have to get a real barber to fix my hair. The only reason I tried there again today is because all the other barber shops are closed on Mondays. This is the only day I have off. Next time I’ll just take a day off work for now on and go to a real barbershop!!

Brittany did a wonderful job cutting my 8 year old sons hair. When we first got there he wanted nothing to do with getting a haircut. His mood changed halfway through the cut and on our way out to the parking lot he said They really do do great clips there! and he wants to go back there and have her cut it again next time!

I got my haircut here 3 days ago. And was looking at it today and realized my hair is many different lengths and there seems to be a place where the lady didn’t cut and it’s longer than the rest of my hair. I have a short hair cut shaved on the sides and the top is eye length. I do not recommend getting a haircut at this location.

My wife and I came in there to get her hair washed and cut. My wife is battling stage 4 cancer and going through Chemotherapy so her hair is coming out. The staff there was so nice. Thank you for being so caring and thoughtful.

I took my 6 year old son to get his hair cut. The lady that cut his hair was very nice and very professional. Since my son has a double crown she gave me some good advice on how to cut his hair. I will definitely go again.

I have mixed feeling ....The employees are so nice, customer service is out standing, but on the other hand I don’t feel the hair cut I received reflects that.... it’s horrid... I asked for a trim and long layers... in the chair I did not notice the flaws. When I got home and started looking at it more I noticed one section was soooo much longer then the others... and on the middle is shorter then the sides.... I will post the picture so you can see.... when I called back to let them know they were nothing but nice but I would not recommend going here if your looking for something more then a trim.

Always pretty fast service. If you order through the app ahead of time not only are drinks 1/2 price but usually less then a five min wait once you check in.

I lo e how great my hair looks and feels. And the lady who did it was amazing. She helped me decide on what would work better for my face shape and rather to later it or not. Will definitely be using this one from now on.

Good clips. Nothing to write home about, but Ive never had a truly bad cut here, on the other hand the good cuts come intermittently. I go here regularly. If you have a coupon the price is really, really good. I might rate 4 stars given the price, but stylists turn over quickly so you never know who youll get or how good they are.

Ive never gotten my hair cut here before due to the negative things i have heard, but after their 6.99 haircut special I could not beat it!!! The woman was so sweet, I told her exactly what I wanted and she did just that!! We talked the whole time she cut my hair, I truly enjoyed my experience there. She also threw in a few suggestions for my hairstyle and I said Sure, why not!! And WOW. I love my haircut, it feels much better, she gave me a new found confidence and I will continue to go back to her !

They were so friendly and helpful. We had my two year old grandsons hair cut and they allowed me to hold him so he would be comforted while they did his hair. And my cut was exactly what I wanted. And believe it or not they cut all four of our hair in no time. It was an amazing experience with both grandbabies, their mom, and my sister.

Its great that they are honoring veterans, and offer a free haircut without obligation. Of course its customary to offer a gratuity when a public servant treats you well. I think its pretty cheesy when someone gets something for free or deeply discounted, and doesnt tip.

I had been going to this location for the past 20 years and for the past year & a half, I asked for Tiffany ever since the first time she had cut my hair. However, with each passing, her services along with her demeanor got worse and worse. Nonetheless, I still retained her for her skills, which I would tweak w/ some constructive criticism from time-to-time, all the while ignoring everything else. However, during my last visit, she messed up badly! Instead of taking responsibility for her mistake, she turned it back on me for not properly communicating my instructions to her. She told me that I hadnt found the right haircut and that I am more than welcome to try somebody else. I was taken aback by the comment and found it strange for her to say that, since I wouldnt be asking for her if I hadnt found my haircut. Obviously, I saw some potential in her and wanted to retain the consistency of my haircut by critiquing her work constructively w/ some minor tweaks in between. However, despite tipping her throughout (which is not necessary), she lacked the manners/courtesy of affording me proper consideration. Instead of owning up to her mistake, she blamed me for the mishap (which I still paid and tipped for). Maybe, hair-cutting is not her thing and she should stick to art.This is probably the last time I will ever come to this location, let alone great clips! They cant follow directions very well. If they happen to mess up, theyll place blame on to the customer, instead of taking responsibility. There isnt a standard haircut for everyone, so you are very well at the mercy and whim of whoever cuts your hair and however they interpret your instructions.Beware to anyone who goes, youve been warned!

My kids did not like their hair cuts... was much shorter than they wanted. its like she wasnt listening fully to what he wanted. and was rushing through the cuts. wont be back to this particular location

Went in to get an established undercut touched up/trimmed. ALL she had to do was follow the lines that were already there. (See Photo 1)Nope.1. My V shape was made round.2. The offset lines in the design were gone.3. The lines she did do were jagged, sloppy, crooked, and varied in width.4. My scalp was irritated.5. She made a point to tell me that they dont do complicated designs there, but that mine was super easy. Well yes, it WAS.My hair is butchered. I will not be able to wear my hair up to show the undercut for weeks until this grows in and I can have it repaired by someone who actually knows what theyre doing. (See Photo 2)This is not the first screw-up Ive encountered at this location, but you can bet itll be the last. I wouldnt set foot back in there again for anything. Save yourself the fury. Go elsewhere. These people are clueless and clearly dont give a rats hindquarters about it.

Normally the cuts are decent. ZEA does a surperb job always. But today I was rather shocked. I called to see if Zea was working today AND tomorrow. And I think a woman by the name of Delaney answered the phone and answered yes to today but then quickly hung up without asking if there was anything she could help me with. Kinda rude.

While I understand the 6.99 special is a quick haircut sort of deal. I have been feeling really down and wanted to get some long layers in my hair to make me feel better I even got a shampoo (which was nice) to try and help myself de stress. I showed the lady the exact style of layers that I wanted and she proceeded with the cut. I did not have the heart to tell her how much i despised my haircut because there were NO layers and when straightened and styled it still looked flat as a board. I now am having to go out of my way to pay another stylist. And I am mortified because i told her not to take more than an inch off of the length and she took 2. The cut was uneven and horrific. I still tipped her and went on about my day because i understand that they were busy and did not want to make a scene. Moral of the story 12.99 just turned to $40.00 remember you get what you pay for. (The lady cutting my hair was nice she just didnt know what she was doing.)
