This was the first and last time we will go to this place.Look at the hair cut of son on the picture. His hair was unevenly cut all over. If you want to get professional service go somewhere else.

Great environment for kids who arent scared of haircuts. My 2yo hated it, my 5yo loved it. $21 for a regular cut

They are always super friendly and accommodating of my less than enthused son.The prices are average for what Id expect.The only suggestion Id make is change up the little video that they play. It holds my sons attention for about three seconds while he figures out what it is then its back to looking around the room. Which by the way is awesome and very kid friendly. Many little props and things to look at to make it as fun as it can be.I would recommend to anyone with young kids.

We went to get my baby’s first haircut and the experience was wonderful! The lady was really kind, sweet and careful. They ask you to wait on the car until your time is on (which as a parent I appreciate it nowadays...). We’ll be coming every time my baby needs a haircut, highly recommended!!!

Makes such a difference going somewhere they specialize in children! Got my 3 year old in quickly and very organized, clean and safe. Kept my son occupied so he sat still comfortably and I love the cut. Will definitely go again!

Had my lil ones for their first haircut here … for us in India it’s called ‘Mundan’done here … great job by the hairdresser to keep her patience with the lil ones moving around

We took my 12 month old to get a hair cut and saw Jill. She was amazing! My son doesnt enjoy getting his haircut so as we expected he did cry. But Jill was quick and did a great job on his cut! I was self conscious about him crying in a public place but she made me feel relaxed and like it was no big deal! Jill made an effort to make my son feel comfortable too by showing him her tools, playing a video for him and giving him a toy. I will definitely go back and see Jill!

Did a great job cutting the kids hair. But for some reason we all had to wear masks, get out temps checked, and use hand sanitizer. Had to wait in our cars. Thought that all ended a couple months ago. They are still in full blown pandemic mode while the rest of the country isnt. Probably wont go back until they catch up and lift the restrictions. It was very confusing for the kids. It kind if made them nervous thinking the virus was coming back. I dont know. It was just weird.

Alynn was amazing!! My daughter wanted a no brush haircut which translated into her choosing a pixie cut. The last place we went didnt do this and within a month she was asking for a haircut again. So off we went to SnipIts in Burlington MA. I showed Alynn what My daughter chose and within minutes her scissors were snipping away. Giving my little girl the haircut she wanted!

My 2 year old son was refused a haircut because he wouldn’t wear a mask. Was never informed on the phone he needed one. He turned 2 a week ago and when he was 20 months old he didn’t need a mask.. I don’t know any 2 year olds that don’t rip off a mask. Especially if they just turned 2. They were not understanding at all. Rude. Both the stylist and receptionist. Blunt.. rude and informed me I can’t follow directions because I had to bring my second child with me because I was alone and could get childcare. When all they said we could not have another parent come to the appointment.It’s hard enough to have a child during a pandemic but being made like I’m a bad parent because my 2 year old won’t wear a mask is not something I need. I have never felt so embarrassed and felt such mom shame in my life. This place should be ashamed at themselves for making any parent feel the way I felt leaving that place.

Kris was amazing! My son is 2 years old, so haircuts aren’t always a favorite. We have had her in the past but started going to the N. Andover location because it was a little closer for us. Today we went to Burlington because N. Andover is still closed and I am so glad we did! My son was so relax and comfortable with her, she did such great job with him! She kept him involved, entertained and laughing while still giving him a great haircut! We will definitely be taking the extra time to go to the Burlington location to see Kris again! After trying numerous places for our son we found Jillian in Burlington. Shes professional, kind, efficient, & talented. Our son would be hysterical every haircut until we met her. She does an amazing job making his hair look perfect! We have chosen different styles at times and she nails it every time. She has so much patience. Shes quick and does a great job.

They have a good system to keep everything clean and prevent potential exposure to COVID. The stylists are quick and good at working with kids, and at the end the kids get to choose a prize. Due to their COVID protocol, its important to call for an appointment and be on time though as they dont have flexibility in their schedule.

I have autistic son and they work with his needs. They are always helpful and friendly

Jill was excellent with my baby! They are experts in doing a quick job so the child is not irritated. We all know kids do not have patience when it comes to sitting still. The other coworkers were very friendly too.

Great place To bring your child for their first haircut. They give you a snapshot and a lock of hair in a card as part of the cut. It was themed really nice for children and my child had a great time.

The worst place, why ? because they have no costumers services, the haircut they did to my son was terrible. when they where taking the temperature they had no idea about safety measure. they touch my face with their hands and the thermometer, which is supposed to be touchless laser

The services are good and the staff are well trained obviously and know how to deal and manage to cut a toddler’s hair even if he’s throwing a tantrum. However, the place itself is over stimulating for little ones, with all the screens and toys and bright lights and colors. I had my son has a haircut here twice, his hair turned out perfect but the experience was a disaster, he cried every time we stepped inside. No one’s fault, but this is not the right place for me unfortunately.

My nephew who has ADHD and sensory disorder will not go anywhere else to get his hair cut. The staff is great! The price is not bad at all for the great service received! Amy has cut his hair every time we have been in and she does a great job! How she does it? I don’t know because he does not sit still for a second! Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Today was our first visit to Snip-its and unfortunately we will not be returning. Because this location is franchised owned they seem to have a whole different policy. By that I mean their so called pricing info on their website (or should I say Snip its corporate website) has a whole different pricing at this location. For example: on their website shows they had a first haircut package. In this location, they dont offer it. On their website they had a $12 off coupon for a first time customer per family. In this location, they only give you $5.99 discount. Oh and you apparently can not book appointments unless youre a VIP client. And by being a VIP client youd have to pay an annual fee of $25. Yes an annually fee to book an appointment! Sorry but I wouldnt pay a company in order for me to book an appointment. Its absurd! Our hair stylist was however really nice and did an okay job on my kids hair. Not worth our money!

This is a great place for kids to get their hair cut. There are lots of distractions and the staff is usually friendly. They dont make appointments, however, so you take a gamble on waiting when you walk in. Sometimes the wait is almost an hour and (trust me) not worth it. But Ive been very happy with the result when we do stay.

The best place for kids haircuts weve found in the area. Minus one star because they dont take reservations unless you pay a premium, and there is usually a significant wait in the weekends. Seems like allowing people to call in ahead of time will just save everyones time...

I was not pleased with this place in Burlington, MA. I took my 3 year old son there for the first time. He was behaving pretty well during his haircut However, i told the hairdresser how to cut it his hair and that i wanted super short. As she was cutting his hair, i told her again i wanted shorter than that and she said that she has still a lot more to cut. Once she was done, his hair was still wet. They do not even blow dry your hair to blow the cut hair off of you. He is a boy with a short hair, how much does it take to blow dry his hair? The hair that was cut was all over him and his head. I felt rushed to pay and get out of there so that thy can see other customers. Once his hair was dry i saw that it was still longer than i wanted and that it was much longer at the back than the front of his head. I will never go to this place again.

Great place for baby and toddler haircuts. Lines are long if you miss arriving before doors open, especially Saturdays. If you can alter nap schedules and go in early afternoons on weekends that is your next best bet. Weekdays after school waits are under 30 minutes.

The stylist did great with my daughters cut and styling her hair after ( French braid with sparkles) however I was disappointed this location didnt offer the first hair cut package as advertised on their website. The interior could use some updating as well.

I have only ever taken my son to Snip-its to get his haircuts since he turned 1 because he won’t stay still so I figured taking him to a kid friendly hair place was the best thing to do. We’ve only gone a few times but every time is awesome. The woman who cut his hair was super nice and listened to what I said, I didn’t catch her name but she’s a younger woman with shoulder length blonde hair. She was super helpful! Not to mention my daughter had a tantrum but she paid it no mind and still gave her and my son a little prize at the end. Thank you, Snip-its!

Absolutely amazing! Ive been to another location and to other salons with my 2yo and its always a nightmare. This time, our first time at the burlington snip its, we had a successful and somewhat calm experience! Bubbles and lollies to distract him, and a calm and understanding stylist meant my son now has a great haircut and experience! Will be going here from now on.

First time we went the haircut for my son was great! The second time, the woman cutting his hair did not listen to what I asked and kept chopping away at his hair when all I asked for was a cleanup. She also made lots of scratches which made his neck red. Im going to try again one more time and this will determine wether or not we return.

They are great with kids, and it is worth the money to get professionals that make hair cuts fun for your child. We took our son next door to the Subway after for a nice lunch too.

Two of our kiddos are very sensitive and particular, and this is the only place they will tolerate and even enjoy going to for hair cuts!

They have all these weird characters and videos to distract kids when they are cutting their hair - my son did fine but was more confused by them than anything. The haircut did not come out good though - very choppy (and he didnt squirm around, so that wasnt the issue). I wont be going back.

My one year old son got a haircut there a few weeks ago. He heard the first snip and started crying and squirming. So the hairstylist just started grabbing chucks of hair and cutting it so fast just to get it over with. His hair came out AWEFUL. its all in even and to short. Ive been looking at him everyday with regret in my eyes. Never going back!
