My first time here, I decided to take advantage of a new client special. I was able to book same day online with no issues. My stylist Donna was so sweet, I had a great time chatting with her. She understood exactly what I was looking for and was very thorough in the whole process. I showed her a photo for reference and she nailed it exactly. I have been going to Delaria salon for many years. I have gone to Nolyn each time! I never left their disappointed No one does great hair color, highlights, haircuts, Im sure she does more but this is what I have her do every time. Shes awesome!!

Warm friendly atmosphere, very accommodating with expert and professional services. All COVID protocols are followed, each chair and station is disinfected After each use. I go to Louie, he is a master stylist and in my opinion the best there is.

I have been to a lot of salons, in a lot of price ranges, in my long life. This is is my favorite for the warm, friendly atmosphere, exceptional hair services from Danielle, and value. The staff all go out of their way to accommodate clients when you need that appointment. And you leave looking your best, always. They are rock stars.

Dellaria Salon in the Burlington Mall is doing great to make their customers feel safe. I’ve been twice in the past 12 weeks and they are constantly cleaning, all wear masks and they only have a minimum amount of hairdressers working at one time to keep social distance.

Thank you to John for the amazing job he did. I felt very welcomed with open arms and enjoyed every minute of being pampered today. I so needed this time to relax and let John do his magic!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I was a walk in at the Burlington Mall location 20 years ago and Im still a happy client. When you find a business where the owner is present and remembers your name and your stylist does exactly what you want its a win win. The salon is always clean. the stylists are always ahead of the trends and the price point is better than good. Congrats to Luigi and his fabulous staff on another year growing strong.

My stylist was very nice and did a great job. However, I had severe sticker shock at the price. Had my roots done - one process, and didnt get a haircut - and was blown dry after...bill was $119 before tip! So unbelievable that I called salon today to make sure I wasnt overcharged. Wont be back unless I want to pay twice the going rate at independent salons.

Love the blowouts here. They offer blow out packages and the staff are always very friendly and welcoming. One thing I like is they are on time for your appointment and get you out on time also.

Poor customer service. The stylist was very rude. She told me your hair is frizzy and thick. She charged me with the extra money. I paid $45 for a regular blowout. It was my first time in here and I will never return to this place.

My stylist was very nice, she made my roots and cut a little, although the color she put on my hair hasn’t completely covered my gray hair, I have to do again. But for me it was a very unpleasant experience to see how dirty te salón was. For me the hygiene is very important, in this salón some of the facilities looked very disgusting, while I was there I only thought if the brushes were equally dirty. I just wanted to run ! I will not come back.

She doesnt know that she can put cutomers off forever from visting the salon again.Payment - 1/5You cannot add tip using your credit card. That can be done using only some approved debit cards and the transaction once done cannot be cancelled. You have to tip in cash which is nowhere mentioned on their site nor does the customer is informed even on their first visit. Not every stylist accepts the first visit referral coupon. (NOTE: This is the information that the lady at the reception desk gave after the haircut while doing the payment. Now if any of this is not true then Dellaria should check the info being passed to the customers).All in all the haircut was great but everything else didnt meet my expectations.

I have been a client at Dellarias now called D spa for 20 years. Sonja who has been my stylist for my entire experience dedication to quality, education and the newest product and techniques are the cornerstone for Dspa success. All the stylist are so very dedicated to quality and customer satisfaction. They are always having classes that can be taken by staff. I would have to say the biggest compliment that can be paid to this company is that with very few exceptions the staff has remained the same for all the years I have been there. Pathetic staff, dont know how to take an appointment. My husband took an appointment on behalf of me , they said they can book me at 4:20 and then they said no to me coz it was mens voice they thought its my husband. Now we have 5 min for you. Staff really needs to be educate on how to take N appointment.

What I got was not anything that remotely looked like what I asked for. I went in just to get my hair pinned back with light wave it was pretty much the complete opposite. Then with it costing almost $60 for something I was not happy with it all and took 10 minutes and the woman at the front was not very friendly either. It is overpriced and I won’t be going back

Great hair cut! I arrived at the salon and the stylist took me on time. She offered me coffee or water, which I thought was very nice. Then we had a quick consultation before washing my hair. The most important thing was that jessica listened to what I wanted, took her time and did a great job.I would highly recommend jessica for your new spring dooo!!

Nearly everything is great here, except it can get too hot. The staff is great and the prices are fantastic !

If you are blonde (or any color really...) you have to see Kerry O! She made my dull, brassy blonde into a bright, pale blonde- exactly what I was looking for!

Amal & John Michael are fabulous! They are pros so they are great on time and I always leave happy! I love when stylists are knowledgeable and give their professional opinions on color and blending, cut, etc! I like being able to ask what do you think and fully trust their informative suggestions. The prices are reasonable, no more than other salons, and they dont try to sell you products or anything extra. Amal also does my eyebrows as well and shes a genius! She advised me to let them grow out and come back so I waited weeks (so difficult to not touch) and went back to her and she worked her magic and now they look just how I wanted them! I will never go anywhere but Dspa for my hair and waxing needs!! Thank you Amal and JM for everything!!

I called ahead of time to get my eyebrows done. I told her that I was allergic to wax and that I needed to have them plucked when I got there. Shes the first person who ever gave me a hard time about it. I ended up leaving because she was rude and Ill never go back to this place.
