What a great experience and joy, everytime I step foot into this Crossfit gym. The coaches certainly are professional and extremely knowledgeable when training their members.This gym is a judge free gym with all types of experience levels that participate here, even the newbies like myself that have NEVER stepped foot into a crossfit gym before.I was nervous my first day but the Owners and Coaches are so attentive that they made me feel not only welcomed but made me feel immediately like I was family. I love it!I would recommend this crossfit gym to anyone, any age (yes even kids can join.) Its certainly affordable and worth it. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Would not recommend, coaches paid no attention to me as a new member.

I have always been curious of CrossFit but never jumped in. I finally jumped in at 313 and couldn’t be happier.The coaches at 313 meet you were you are at while helping you become better. In my short time there I have seen ppl who haven’t been in the gym in 30 yrs to ppl experienced in CF. No matter your experience or level of fitness you will leave CF313 better then when you arrived.

I think you guys are doing a wonderful job! I have not tried the place myself but I see your runners pass by my place of work (Liquid Stone Concrete) and it is inspiring! Different ages, different sizes and everyone is pushing themselves! Keep it up ;)-TW

This crossfit gym is a blessing. I have a long way to go on my fitness journey but they have really made my first month welcoming. Im doing things I never thought I could accomplish a month prior. The owners/coaches have great attitudes towards all skill levels and it makes you feel comfortable working out at your own level. They coach you through everything and really encourage your goals. Not only is the gym clean and organized but they offer numerous times to workout around your schedule. Further the other members of the gym are equally heartfelt in encouraging your goals, its a real family environment. I suggest everyone try them out!
