Great pool for aqua classes m-f.

I loved water aerobics. The instructors are both so great, and the ladies (and gentlemen) in the class are the sweetest people. They really took me in and made me feel so welcome.

Great gym...... Features include lots of work out equipment a pool and a Smoothie Bar best time to go swimming without a lot of people there is 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. After 2:30 there is a bunch of classes in the pool. Classes in at about 7:30 after that before we Face the empty again till 10:00 p.m. Monday - Thursday and Friday - Sunday they close at 8 p.m.. the facility will chair accessible and if anything was to go wrong there is an ER about 50 feet away from the main entrance.

Love their pool. Warm enough. Like the water aerobics class. The seniors in that group are friendly.

I love my Physical Therapy and my Physical Therapist Amy is so caring and helpful. Everyone is kind and compassionate always helpful to everyone.
