Dr. Potluri has been a great Dr.so far,as well as her staff

Doctor Potluri is a great doctor she listen to you with out pushing you out of her office she give you attention concerning what going on with you she kind and considerate Thank God for a doctor like her

Dr Potluri is an excellent oncologist. She truly cares about her patients. Her care extends to the whole body and complete health. She has been my doctor for several years for iron infusions. Several months ago I received a call from her staff in regards to a $500 balance. I was told that if I didnt pay this bill that I could no longer receive the iron infusions.I have never had my health held at ransome. I was upset and disappointed at the lack of customer service. Is my life only worth that? I have chronic anemia and without the infusions I am at great risk of a heart attack or worse. I appreciate Dr Potluri and have never had a problem with her staff before.I refuse to take risks with my health.I have changed to another oncologist solely due to this incident. I am writing this review so that perhaps this situation does not present itself again. I would appreciate Dr. Potluri explaining to her staff the need for courtesy and respect that all patients are worthy of.

I only give 1 star because you HAVE to give a star to write a review. This doctors office will NOT even see a patient if they DO NOT have insurance. Even if you will pay cash upfront - they have a NO SELF PAY policy and only will provide medical care to people with insurance. This is shameful, appalling and downright prejudicial to those who cannot afford medical insurance or those who do not have access to medical insurance. It should be known where this physicians priorities are in being a care provider, the almighty dollar is more important than patient care.

I have had a great experience with Dr. Potluri and her staff. Even when my insurance lapsed and didnt know when I would get it back I was still seen with no hesitation

Dr. Potluri was unable to accurately dose chemotherapy for my father. He was given large amounts of chemo and as a result he was dead about 2 weeks later. Dr. Potluri did not assess the patient in conjunction with diagnosis to provide for the optimal treatment.

I find Dr. Potluri an excellent, caring physician.
