Dr. Ekadi is both patient & understanding. She takes the time to listen to both your symptoms & any issues you are having. She gets the testing ordered that you may need & follows up with you. Or she refers you to the specialist you may need. And her staff are very friendly. She has been my Dr since 2009 & I have changed my insurance just to keep her as my PCP. I recommend her all the time to anyone looking for a PCP.

I love this doctor .i am troubled with billing. And not. Being told what test cost before they are done. I dont understand i need to have my insurance recertified but the test.

I hate surveys and do not want to participate in any of them.

Dr. Ekadi has great “bedside manner,” and the staff is usually friendly. However, the wait time is deplorable. They have notices that your appointment will be rescheduled if you’re 15 minutes + late, but even if you arrive on time or earlier, you sit in the lobby for 40 minutes! The nurse will then take your vitals and put you in a room to wait another 40 minutes. This is a ridiculous waste of time! They should really work on scheduling!

Dr Ekadi and her staff are always thorough, getting to the problem to just a quick fix. Staff is always friendly and caring... Willing to listen. The Dr is a excellent physician, goes by the rules regulated by state and FDA, like it or not.. Conseincious, I love my Dr.

First time new patient, very satisfied with all testing and procedures (except blood testing, I am not a fan) otherwise the staff is awesome always checking on you to make sure you are comfortable , I give this office A+

Dr Ekadi and the Nurse Practitioner, Sarah, are great. Dr Ekadi has worked on wait time and it really shows amazing improvement. I cannot say enough positive things about this team. They take the time to find out issues and answer any questions you may ask without the feeling of rushing.

I called for a new patient appt. Possible ear infection/swimmers ear. Was told of their new patient process which requires that they gather all my patient information run it through my insurance to get approved. Once approved, approx 24 hours later, I would be scheduled to see the nurse not the doctor to run tests. Then I would be scheduled with the doctor. When I confirmed I would be charged for each doctor visit I politely said no thank you. You are clearly concerned with money not patient care.

Dr. Ekadi and her staff were kind and thorough. She listened before prescribing or treating.
