This place is awesome!!! I have come here twice now for Juvederm fillers. Highly recommend Amy! She is so amazing. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly on my first visit as it was my first time getting any kind of fillers. My results were beautiful! Amy has a very gentle hand and I was left with virtually NO bruising and NO pain! My friends who’ve also had this procedure done were shocked at how little my lips bruised after my first visit. Went back for my second round yesterday, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! And this time, absolutely NO bruising! Amy is outstanding! I am so happy and confident all thanks to her! The front desk staff is also wonderful and make the appointment process very smooth and easy! I was in and out within 15 minutes! Cant say enough good things about Dermani and Amy!

I love dermani med spa in Buford! I’ve been coming here since July and I’ve enjoyed all my experiences so far. I’ve gotten 3 microneedling sessions done here and it’s very reasonably priced if you get the skin rejuvenation membership. So far I’m really happy with my results and I look forward to the final look once I’m done. I really like Abby for the microneedling! I also received my first lip filler here. I saw Amy and I was super nervous going into it but she did a good job at reassuring me and taking her time. I hardly got any bruising and my swelling is minimal.

Called to try and get dermaplaning done today was told there’s no appointments but if you go to book online there’s about 4 or more for today. I do not have the wrong business. You can’t find me in your system because I was a first time customer. But nice try. And yes I’m aware scheduling should be the same. So you might want to ask your receptionist why she is lying to customers and turning them away.

Website was easy to navigate, scheduled an appointment and received all necessary instructions without ever picking up the phone.

The laser hair removal at Dermani was relatively painless. Ive had it done at another place several years ago and I was expecting it to hurt like it did back then. It was, at most, mildly uncomfortable a few times. But nothing terrible. I had a medium size area done. I was finished in less than 20 minutes, including checkout. Abby was great! She answered my questions and is very knowledgeable. You cant beat the price either. I definitely recommend getting a membership.

They’re quick and I’m always in and out in ten minutes for a small section. Staff is always friendly and polite.

I made a phone call to this establishment yesterday to ask questions since I have lupus and it effects my skin. I was told that I could come in for a free consultation, I again said I simply had questions and if I could talk to someone over the phone but was told in-person would be best so I said fine.Once I arrived, I filled out my medical information and took notice that there was no medical question related to lupus neither was it a space for me to note it on the form. Once called to the back, I brought this issue up with Abi since it was the reason for my visit. I informed her of my lupus diagnosis and showed her the problem areas on my skin. She then informed me that she would not be able to do any services for me today. I then replied that I had no desire to get any services done today, I merely had questions as Ive done some research but its conflicting information online. She then excused herself to ask questions of a nurse practitioner and medical director. She then came back and again explained that maybe microdermabrasion would work, but it would be risks. I said that I didnt even think I could get that done and Abi stated that she would give me a call with more information once she had a chance to speak more with the nurse practitioner since she was with a client. I was a little upset that I wasted time to leave my home and made an appointment with someone who couldnt answer my questions. On the initial call, I stated the reason for my visit and was clueless as to why I was assigned Abi if the person I needed to talk to was the nurse practitioner. But it didnt end there.Heres where things went left for me.Abbi calls me back two hours later and asks me if I have seen a dermatologist. She then proceeds to ask me that if a dermatologist has declined me services and referred me there. It was rude to assume that, when it wasnt the case. Ive been to the same location in the past for a chemical peel and had a good result, but that was before my lupus diagnosis. So when I had skin issues to arise again, my first thought was of them so I came in and did the responsible thing, which was to notify them of my medical issues but instead they changed the narrative on a whim as if Im some liability.I would not recommend Dermani Medspa to anyone in the future and of course I will go see a licensed board dermatologist instead of them. Its okay if you couldnt assist me, but its rude and in poor taste to waste my time or assume that I was denied services and would come to you instead. Furthermore, what board certified dermatologist would recommend an esthetician? Do better please.

I had my first facial with Leah and it was amazing!!! My skin feels so soft and supple. Leah was amazing, she talked me through and explained everything she was doing. I immediately scheduled another appointment. The office was super clean and relaxing. Everyone was so helpful and professional. Totally impressed with the whole experience.

Im so glad I found Dermani Spa of Buford! Everyone is super sweet, helpful and they have taught me a lot about my aging skin. I love that they offer a monthly program as well. This is great for people who want to continue to go and it kind of forces you to focus on yourself. A lot of women dont take the time to pamper themselves, This is my excuse!

Very friendly staff, fair pricing, easy to get appointments, runs on time, clean facility, and of course great results. I was concerned that they would try and sell me on other procedures and products but I was so wrong. They were supportive of my interests, why I was visiting, and didnt criticize my body in any way. This is very important when visiting a facility with a portfolio like theirs. Im so pleased with them. The website pricing was a little confusing and appeared higher than the true cost so call them to get a better idea of costs when considering having a procedure done here.

I have never had a bad experience here. Personally the best part about this place for me is that they are not going to do a procedure that they really do not think that you need. The “upselling” pressure is non-existant. I am always very hesitant to have things done to my face due to a bad wax experience years ago and the scars it left but I no longer worry when I make appointments here. Kelly keeps you in reality as far as what to try and what is just not needed based on what you discuss during consultation. If you notice the outcome of a treatment wasn’t what you hoped, all you have to do is speak up (in a calm, civil manner of course; you’ll find it’s taken care of right away. It’s hard to find people to trust with YOUR FACE lol, I trust these ladies more than I would myself. If they give you advice, take it.

Amy is amazing and her commitment to honesty is appreciated. She knows her product and will be the first to tell you what you need and more importantly when you DONT need something. Best after care instructions I have ever received. I love my results.

I finally put aside my machismo and decided to indulge in some self-care as part of my New Years resolution. Although I had been reluctant to try getting a chemical peel, I finally caved in and decided to give it a try. I almost canceled my appointment due to misconceptions (mostly internal), and fears about the whole procedure. I have to thank Dannah for providing a comfortable, judgment-free environment, as well as a great session. Also, Cullen (hopefully I got his name right) at the front desk was extremely helpful, courteous, and friendly. I definitely look forward to my next session!

There is not enough I can say about my experience at the Buford location! The overall energy when I walked in was so welcoming and felt like the staff was genuinely happy to have me there. First I would like to say how friendly and fun the girls at the front were, as a business owner myself, I must say they are exactly who you want representing your company and greeting your clients. Its been a week since my appointment with Suzanne who did an excellent job with my botox. I have been to several different places throughout the years but have finally found my new home! Suzanne was extremely knowledgable and did a better job than any previous provider I’ve seen at other med spas. Ouch! I love my technician, Abby, but the service I got from the receptionist was very unfortunate. Ive been using their services for about 6 months now. I had an appointment set for today, which they had to cancel due to family emergency. No worries. I called to reschedule, no answer, so I left a message that the same time the following week will be fine. Well, I just noticed my credit card was charged $20, which is not the usual amount I pay, so I assumed it might be a no show fee. Again, no worries... Im sure its an automatic system thing that could easily happen! So, I politely call to confirm what I thought had happened and to make sure the requested reschedule time is available. I told the receptionist the details of the situation, and she very tersely said shes not the usual receptionist but shed have them take it off. Anything else!? Uh... (my reply) well maybe I should also confirm the appt for next week, especially since your system thinks I no showed on an appt. It seemed I was such a bother to her, so I asked, again very politely, maybe I should handle this with another receptionist? Long story short... she finally got the appointment changed, but NO confirmation that the no-show fee had been removed, no Im sorry this happened, no Im sorry for the inconvenience... no courtesy! This customer, ME, has a little bit of a situation, which was your fault AND was described in full at the beginning of the phone call, so lets handle the situation from start to finish, leaving the customer saying, Thank you very much! DERMANI, dont let someone whos NOT trained in basic customer service 101 answer your phone! This one went sideways!!

Buford Location: Office is really nice and the receptionist was great...However the service I received from AURORA was poor. I went along with her suggestion to get microdermabrasion and a chemical peel. I never peeled and the product felt like dirt sitting on my face. I called the office to explain the situation to her and emailed her pictures. She stated that she will review the pictures and get back to me. She schedule another peel which was roughly two weeks later and stated it has the potential to cause damage so why as the “professional” would you make such a suggestion. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and scheduled the appointment but she NEVER called me back so I called and cancelled the appointment. DO NOT SCHEDULE with AURORA. For the record my appointment was NOT with her but she was the one available.

I am going to be honest. I am 53 but look young. However, I never really had an upper lip and now I am getting those little lines above it. So, I decided to get a filler. I made an appointment that same day with Suzanne.Since I didnt want huge lips, it was suggested to use Juvederm Vobella which gives lips a little plump but it is mostly to take care of the lines. I was told it would take 3-4 weeks to see the final results. It is now 4 weeks.You can see the Juvederm above the lip... like it is not part of the lip and it really didnt take out the lines. I should see a plumper top lip and some of the lines erased. What I see is a lump of Juvederm above the lip that did not blend nor shape the lip.If I use a lip liner you cannot put the liner above the lip where the Juvederm is. You would look like a clown because the Juvederm is not part of the lip. I shouldnt see a differentiation between my top lip and the Juvederm. I should see a nice smooth top lip with some plump.I added a picture so you can see the lump of Juvederm sitting above the lip but the lip is still small. I really do not think it is supposed to look like this. There should not be a separate lump above my lip.It was also injected into my bottom lip as well to even things out. The bottom lip looks okay.Update: I did not use my real name for review but they figured out who I was and called. I will return the call and update further.6/24/2019 update: First and foremost, Suzanne and Dermani Medspa will do whatever they need to do to make sure the customer is satisfied. Lip fillers are a tricky business and the results for each person are different.Suzanne stayed past her last appointment to see me and discuss my concerns and we came up with a game plan. I had some more filler put in my lips and I will follow up with her in 2 weeks to see if the desired outcome was achieved. We discussed other things that can be done if I do not get the look I want this time. Sometimes, it is trial and error when it comes to lip fillers and an older person. I am extremely happy with how I was treated. I was concerned she would think I was crazy and it is hard for someone not in the business (me) who has researched the heck out of lip fillers (the internet is not always your friend) to convey what I was concerned about and what I thought my lips would look like with someone who is. I think we are both on the same page now. I look forward to going back in 2 weeks and will update how things went.

I can not express my gratitude to Dannah at Dermani Medspa. Two years ago, I visited my extended family in Bogota, Colombia thinking my childhood Hispanic bloodline would still protect me from the sun. WRONG I burnt my nose so bad it left a scare, and I figured there was nothing I could do but apply creams and SPF every day. Then I meet Cullen Allen and Dannah at Dermani Medspa that introduced me to IPL Photofacial treatment. The results even made my mom cry. The machine did its fantastic part, but the staff made it magical. Thank you to everyone at Dermani Medspa for making the endless jokes at Christmas with the name Rudolph.
