Brought my wife a gift card for this shop. She loved the service and friendly staff. Everyone was welcoming. Price was good. Better than most places. The SKILL and CARE they put into their service was OUTSTANDING!!! My wife will definitely go back for their cheaper than normal follow ups!! To be honest, if anyone said differently than that person has some issues they need to resolve themselves and not take it out on others!! WELL WORTH IT!!!

Great service and I love going to Hanna. Shes the best. Shes been doing my lashes since 2017. My lashes always come out flawless and Im always getting compliments afterwards. My lashes typically last about 3-4 weeks and its easy to book your appointment online.

I first got eyelash extensions for a wedding. Wow! Why did I wait so long? The extensions look great. I’ve received many many compliments from people asking me if they are my real eyelashes because they look so realistic. Hannah is amazing and sweet!

I have been going to Glow Beauty Lounge for many, many years. Hannah does my eyelashes and I have never been disappointed. She does EXCELLENT work! I go every two weeks for a fill in on dramatic lashes and her work is perfection! I also love the fact that she is fast! 45-60 minutes in and out! I highly recommend this place for any spa service!!!

I am very disappointed with my service today. I asked for dramatic full set. My lashes turned out horrible. The technician, Kelly, glued the new eyelashes to my bottom lashes, unacceptable, they were supposed to be dark black, not in the least and very dense it texture and not full.Not only was I not given a discount, not even offered one, but then after running my card, for $175, which is what I approved for, I checked my account and they somehow changed the price to $185…, I am livid. Will NEVER recommend and will seek action for forging my receipt!! Theft and seeking restitution!

I absolutely love Ms. Hannah. I am a very picky person, so Im sure I get on her nerves sometimes, but shes very observant and works hard to make sure that her clients are beyond just satisfied. Also, her lashes are of “Great” quality and they look so natural.

Received an email about a promotion specifically for the 19th and booked an appointment. I received my confirmation via text the same day. As I was driving to my appointment both my boyfriend and I called the salon about 10 or more times trying to make sure that it was ok for me to come since we were running a few minutes behind. Noone answered and when we arrived the woman that was there stated she canceled my appointment the day before and that she only took her own customers on Sundays. Why send a promotion for this Sunday if you dont take people on Sunday? I received my confirmation via text I would expect the cancellation via text as well. I stopped coming to this location last year due to their inability to book appointments with appropriate time for what Im asking for. I will never be back and I suggest anyone who makes an appointment triple checks before they waste their time. I live 45 minutes away, this was a waste of an afternoon.Yes, we were 15 minutes late, which as an owner of a salon I know can be an issue. Which is why we called multiple times to try to confirm and ultimately decided to show up in case it wasnt a problem so that you didnt just have an empty booked time. My boyfriend did not read me the email you sent. He simply confirmed you had my correct email address. I will attach the texted confirmation that will show your simple booking system is flawed since it never canceled my appointment.

When I got the the building it was locked and a note on the door saying to call the number. I have Multiple Sclerosis and I’m unable to drive so I had to stand outside in the cold for 15 minutes. I received a voicemail stating that my appointment was at 4:15 not 4 and it didn’t bother them one bit to leave a disabled client outside in cold for so long. I explained exactly what I was looking for and even scheduled the more expensive extensions to make sure they were what I wanted. When she finished I was very disappointed and told her they were nothing like I expected. My lashes look better with my normal mascara than they do with $175 of extensions. She tried to tell me she couldn’t do more because of my lashes. I stopped at another salon on my way home and was told there was no reason for her to not of added more. They offered me a complimentary removable of these lashes this weekend. I was so excited to finally treat myself and I’m so disappointed and angry how much I spent for such poor service.I need to update this because of the ridiculous dishonesty from this company please please go to my Yelp review or my review on Facebook so you can see the screenshots of my entire communication with this establishment and to show you how they treat there clients. No matter how many times I told her I will be unavailable and the reasons why she is still posting dishonest comments...NEVER GO HERE!

I was very satisfied with the service and the products. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly.

So I had my first lift and tint the other day, my eye was scraped with a brush and product ended up in my eye twice..it burned, Im never going back here.

I am taking the time to write a review based on my experience since now I have the down time. I have been going to glow beauty lounge for about 5 years now. I ran into a few issues in the past but the owner fixed it. I got my lashes filled by MAI the end of January. The next day my eye became very itchy I called glow and let them know and they just brushed me off. That whole week my eye started to itch really bad and then swell up. I called the kaiser nurse line and they told me to use warm compress and take an anti inflammatory to see if it works. I waited a week and it didnt get better. Next I got a referral to my eye doctor which checked out my eye and said the person I have an eye infection with blepharitis. She even took a picture and zoomed in and you could see the extension where the infection started. It was poking into the skin and not attached only to the lash as it should be. I was glad I only has a copay of $20 but I still missed work, I still couldnt see, It was painful for 3 weeks. I needed eye drops, antibiotics, eye packs etc. It was a nightmare. All the while I kept calling them and they did not care to refund me, fix the problem at all. They still have not resolved the issue and continue to avoid me by thinking the problem will go away.

I recently had my lashes done by Vickie and have bilateral corneal abrasions from the glue apparently getting in both eyes. I have never been to Glow and will not be returning because of this. And to make matters worse, I had them done for my birthday but instead Im walking around with eye drops and ointment. The lashes look awesome though

I had a wonderful first experience at Glow Beauty Lounge and cannot wait to return. The ambiance is incredibly relaxing and the decor is beautiful. I was running late for my appointment and the staff told me not to worry that it wasnt an issue and I shouldnt speed to get there! That alone impressed me significantly and sets Glow apart from other spas. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and cant wait to go back this week! Very relaxed atmosphere. I get massages here every 3-4 weeks and love their punctuality and level of customer service. Hannah and Dahlia keep the place looking great and the mood light. They space their appointments so the place never feels to crowded.

I get facials frequently and I have to say that my facial with Hanna was the best facial I have ever had. She was very professional, polite, and detailed. She customized the facial and was very thorough. Highly highly recommend a facial with her!

Mary is great for lashes! I have a newborn and have not been the most timely so I called and let Hannah at the front desk know about my timing because I did not want to be late for Mary again. I told her originally that I could be there in 45 min but she pushed for 30 mins. Called back and said no according to Google maps it will be 45 mins. Then I unfortunately had to call back again and tell her I would be there for sure by 6 pm and she said Well are you still at home? You said traffic but you are still home. Then she proceeded to say Well if I say OK to 6 pm you will probably be here at 6:30. I tried to let that slide and ask what time they closed because it says 8 pm so I was confused...long story short guess Mary had to leave by 7 PM. I would of been happy to schedule my appointment for another day but Hannahs smart & rude comments were uncalled for and I will not be going back. No matter what the circumstances, a client/customer should not be spoken to in such a way. I apologized and all for the time mix up and was willing to schedule a different day but unfortunately the lack of respect/understanding will lead me to another lash specialist. Mary is very good at what she does and did not have any clients for the rest of the day anyways so such treatment from the receptionist was uncalled for.

This place is incredible very professional, and Kim is an amazing massage therapist and reflexologist. I felt like I was walking on air for days I will definitely return. I have also referred some people to them.

Do not waste your time and money going here for services. There are much better places to go with welcoming staff and pleasant environments.

I had a wonderful experience at Glow Beauty Lounge! I bought a Groupon for a half hour reflexology foot massage and a half hour back massage. It was very inexpensive and Kayla was a wonderful masseuse!

Very nice massage from coupon i bought lastweek .i book an appointment and get one hour foot massage by the young lady .she is very nice to me .during the massage she also give me some knowledge about massage for the health . I will try to come every week if I can .i will bring my friend here also .

Beware of the latest Groupon. It says you can get a $75 gift card for a full set of mink eyelash extensions for $9.00 but what it does not say is that you will still have to pay $75 towards having it done. There are currently better deals on Groupon for this service. If its too good to be true, it is.

Just got my first set of eyelash extensions and Im in love! Hanna is amazing !

Bought the 60min foot reflexology with my niece. After 25 minutes on my feet the lady tells me to turn onto my stomach. She is now sitting on top of my butt straddling me massaging my shoulders. I thought it was a little odd, but had never been here so I thought it was a part of the service. There was a little boy running in and out of the room where we were being massaged talking to the lady massaging me and she kept yelling at him. I also bought 2 60 min full body massages, 1 swedish and 1 deep tissue for $60 a pc. I adked the lady at the front desk about the reflexology and she told me for the on I purchased they only do the feet and legs. I told her how the massage went and she said, Oh Im sorry they shouldnt have done it like that, but it felt good Im sure so that is all tgat matters. Couldnt cancel my full body after 24 hours or I would be charged on my card they had on file so I went in hoping the next massage would be better. During the massage he tells me deep tissue is more expensive, but I requested Swedish and told him that. He whispered in my ear about 6-7 times, I do deep tissue for free for you, but keep it secret ok. Afterwards I went out front and talked to the lady about the issue and she was unimpressed with my concerns and trying to charge my niece extra for her massage and I put a stop to tgat immediately. The people who massaged us were waiting up front for us to give them a tip. I will not be back.

Last week we went a couple massage by kayla and kevin they are amzaing .am a teacher so my body was so stressed and tight .they massage so good after one hour i feel so relaxed .will come back again :) :)
