They are very rude and unprofessional .I got gel polish on my nails and it went all on my skin on the side the lady tried to file it and did not work she just left it .I came back in like 10 min some other lady fixed it but they were rude .The nail polish is chipping of and its the 2 nd day .My nails look awful and they are very thick even after I told them .I will not go there again.The nails look out grown already the 2 nd day .

This place is truly in my top 3 absolute best pedicure experiences! I visited for the first time today. Based upon the positive Google reviews I scheduled an appointment online. Upon arrival, I was acknowledged and warmly greeted and asked politely to sign in. My assigned technician (Alexis) was available and started my service on time. She took her time, was very detailed, and professional. You ever been to a nail salon and felt like you were inconveniencing the staff just by showing up? Well, this is not that. In fact it’s on the complete opposite end of the spectrum.The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. I received a paraffin wax, sugar scrub, and mask as part of my services which only heightened the experience. This place was receiving a passing grade already from me at that point. But to top it all off, I received the most immaculate paint job I think I’ve ever gotten: complete brush strokes, all sides/corners covered at EVERY coat. She even took the time to clean up any stray polish from the nail bed with acetone and a brush. This my new forever nail salon.Prior to this, I was driving over an hour to East Atlanta for nail services. Those days are now over - found the best nail salon in the metro area right here in my backyard.Please give it a try - you won’t be disappointed.

I came here a day before my birthday expecting to have an amazing service but no, the lady that did my nails was rushing on my nails, didn’t even do the massage on my feet When I paid $25 for sugar scrubs and massage, my nails were horrible and I told her to refix it nicely , she got very mad , and her and all the employees as well, and They all were very rude and disrespectful and had such a disgusting attitude, I have never in my life dealt with this type of nasty service, the manager also wanted to force me to pay for when I asked them to remove my nail polish Bc of the horrible job, and they lied and said a lady could fix it but then they said that she couldn’t , I also came here with my friend this day, and we weren’t paying together and he tried to force her to pay, and also was holding all her money and wouldn’t make the payment till I paid, he also asked for my ID very disrespectfully, and he wrote my information down which was very weird , I do not recommend this place, they are the most unprofessional people I have ever met in my entire life. They don’t even deserve not even 1 star from me

I got a mani pedi with gel polish by the 3 day three nails had chipped off completely. I called asked if I could come back to fix it the owner said yes of course. When I got there I was treated like a problem they weren’t able to find my exact color which I wasn’t particularly about they taped back and forth in there language and while making me wait. When I asked how were they going to fix it. The owner said you don’t question me you just listen. He was rude loud and very disrespectful while accusingly me of being disrespectful. I wasn’t familiar with the redo process I had the audacity to ask questions and make them fix the very bad job that was done. On my previous experience they were rushing to get out of there they did not interact with me on it felt very unwelcoming. Buford has many nail salons that are willing to service they only thing that will separate this salon from others is good Customer service. The owner spoke to me like he beats his wife like he is not use to woman questioning him. The owner was a small man power tripping. I do not recommend this nail salon unless you trying to catch a case.

They are bad bad people. I just came there and they did not take the coupon they sent me! Totally Rude about it. Shameful! I will be contacting The Better Business Bureau and let the City know that they should do something about the ugliness complete ugliness! The male in this facility should no longer be working there. He is taking out customers. Horrible!!

My nails in week 3! Sophia really did a good job and I love the colors. I see these design in Pinterest and show Sophia to make the same thing. She choose the right color for me. And it is still stay the same shape and shinning in week 3. Will definitely come back again. Happy!

Blossom Nails staff and the salon are top notch! I use Blossom Nails for manicures and pedicures, and I have never been disappointed! The salon is very clean, the polishes are extremely well organized, and the staff are well trained, nice, and fun to be around! The atmosphere is relaxed and always very professional!

I have always loved this place but today had the worst pedicure of my life and will not go back. The staff began trimming my cuticles and cut my toe. It began to bleed heavily and I asked her to stop but she said it was ok and placed my bleeding toe into the water. I asked her to stop cutting my cuticles but she did not and went on to cut my other toe. Within 5 min, 3 of my toes were bleeding and nothing was being done to care for them. I was very uncomfortable and walked out before I could get an infection from the open wounds and unhygienic care. I am very disappointed.

I had a great experience at this place and they did exactly what I wanted and went above and beyond what I wanted where my old nail place would tell me we can’t do that and not even try it. I was told yes we could try to make it look like the picture and if I didn’t like it she would redo it. I will definitely be going back and it wasn’t too pricey considering what I wanted with the SNS. I highly recommend. And I didn’t feel rushed. It was very relaxing.

I have been trying to find someone to do pink & white acrylic nails FOREVER! Every time I attempt to try a new place or new technician, I LEAVE SOOO UPSET cuz I HATE my nails & they look ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! I called Blossom Nails after doing a search on Google based on their reviews & made an appointment as suggested. I went in on the same day & Andy did my nails just a couple days before my daughters wedding.. IM BEYOND ECSTATIC WITH MY NAILS!!! I havent LOVED the results this much in MANY, MANY years!!!! I was there Monday morning, I had Sns on my nails went back Wednesday afternoon to change the color, I felt pressure both times.I didn’t mind to pay full price but to rush again. I understand you probably have to deal with a ton of customers but a little patience can change someone’s day.Also the salon was disorganized and tools have not been clean after used.The bottle of soap at the end of service it’s dirty and old.

Jenny did my SNS nails today & they look so good! Not too thick (like my previous experiences at other salons), nail shape is great, & cuticles are intact. She was so nice too. I didnt catch the name of the nail tech that did my pedicure, but she did a great job as well. Finally found my new salon! Definitely recommend 👌

Very friendly place. Nice and clean. Went in with my daughter and we both loved the experience.A bit disappointed at the quality my pedicure. I went around 5pm and went straight home. We didnt do anything that required a lot of activity. When I woke up my pedicure was messed up (picture with saphire blue polish).

Save your money! Dont go here! I had a fill on Saturday. Polish was sloppy. One nail that was repaired cracked the very next day. When I went back to ask them to redo it, the young man had such a bad attitude. He tried to tell me only my top coat polish was cracked. He actually walked off, then I had to call him back and lift my nail for him to see that my nail was actually split. He never apologized. Just continued to sloppily repair my nail without removing the old gel as I requested. I will never spend my money here again.

This was my second time and I’ll be back MANY more ! Exceptional service, great atmosphere, and competitive pricing. I’ll be bringing my fiancé with me next visit as well . All the “little extras “ like the massage have you leaving feeling beautiful and pampered.

Today was my first visit to Blossom Nails. The staff was extremely friendly. And the service was exceptional! Nancy gave me a fantastic pedicure and feet and leg massage. And Ana gave me a great manicure and hand and arm massage. I will definitely be going back.

I came with my boyfriend to get pedicures and we both got the $35 packages. It is supposed to come with a 10 minute massage. My boyfriend got the full massage from his person, I did not. While the lady was I guess touching up my my cuticles and what not my boyfriend was still being massaged. Our pedicures started at the same time and were going at the same pace, so I should have received the same length of time of massage, but instead mine was maybe about 5 minutes. My toe nails were also painted and they look poorly done. I did not bump them like I usually end up doing.

I have been a loyal customer to another salon for years and the last few visits I was really unhappy with the quality. I decided to try somewhere new and I am so glad I did. Anna listened to what I wanted and was so sweet. She also did an amazing job. Will definitely be back!

I got SNS nails and every nail cracked by the next day. They were a very nice shape and I loved the length, but I’ve never had my nails crack like this before.

Hannah did a good job on my pedicure. Kim waxed my eyebrows. Sanitation, social distancing, masks were all apparent. Ill be back.

Blossom is always clean and tidy. My technician took her time and was thorough in doing my pedicure. I absolutely loved the Blossom signature pedis. They used fresh oranges along with the citrus scrub and it was fantastic. The orange slices felt cold , tingly and smelled so refreshing. My legs and feet are so soft and smooth now. This was my favorite pedi ever.

I am the most nit picky person when it comes to nails. I hate when the shape isn’t right or the color is outside of the nail. Some guy did ombré on my nails and I am sooooo in love. Got so many compliments. Only con is that it’s pretty expensive. Got short square nails for $48 but I’m not mad because he did so great on them.

Absolutely love this Salon! The owners are amazing and go above and beyond for their clients. I have a five year old daughter that loves to get pampered. Today was the last day going to Blossom Nail. I asked for Almond shape nails and ended up with round after I tried to help the technician 3 times and even showed her a picture. I am not happy with the outcome. When I came in I said I wanted a pedicure after she was done with my nails a man said they dont have time to do it...I would have went somewhere else if I knew I couldnt get my SNS and pedicure the same day...smh

I dont know who lets Tina do there nails and how they are ever satisfied with the end result. I have been to this salon 3 times. First time the lady Tina did a horrible job on my SNS and I had to return for someone to make them tolerable. Because the lady that fixed them was nice and clearly knew what she was doing I returned months later for a second time. The young man did my full set and they where awesome. I even left a tip. I return for a fill in and got Tina again. I wasnt sure if it was her because different hair color and face was covered but once she started working on my nails I knew it was the same sloppy work. I had her stop and she got the manager to come fix them. He tried to make it seem like I need to tell people how to do my nails. No she could see how my nails where before she started, she clearly cant see. Plus I tried being nice and tell her of mistakes made while she was working on them. So out of both times her work was sloppy that means she is no good. Maybe she need to stick to doing only manicure and polish. IF I return I will ask ahead who is available because they will obviously keep letting her destroy people nails. My visit was this afternoon 2/16/19

Excellent service. Exceptional quality. I used to drive all the way to Norcross because it’s what I was used to. I decided to try Blossom because it is a mile from my house and haven’t looked back. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. So glad I found this place!

They took a mess & preformed miracles! My cuticles were literally torn up and my nails had started breaking. They trimmed me up & even though theyre short (because they had to be) they are beautiful! And my feet, oh where do I start... they havent felt this smooth in I doubt know how long. And not only were the services & atmosphere great, they were cheaper than the other places around the Hamilton Mill/Mall of GA area that Ive tried! So happy to have found my place ❤

I walked in without an appointment with my niece, they were able to get to me right away and get me in and out. They were very professional and it was a nice atmosphere. I will definitely be going back!Update:After 1 week my nails are chipping and I have to have them redone for me this is not normal I can normally go 3 or 4 weeks before having to have them redone

I have gone to Blossom Nails twice and was pleased each time. One thing that confused me though was their pricing. The first visit I got a gel manicure, paraffin hand dip, and my chin waxed -- all for $46. The second time I was charged $30 for a gel manicure. How much is a gel manicure? The 2nd manicure seemed higher. When I asked, I got no explanation. Please list your pricing in your shop where we can see them and know what to expect. Otherwise, I was please with my manicurists and enjoyed leaving a tip to let them know. Thanks

I love the way nails looked. I got lots of compliments. Service was quick and the place was clean. And it is close to my home.The thing that annoyed me was feeling as if I’m being nickel and dimed. I got charged to make my nails longer. I got charged to take off 2 nails with sns I could not take off myself. I also got charge for the shape- I wanted the coffin shape nails. I’m ok with paying for a service but I don’t like may ticket being up-sale . I will go back but if this happens again I will not go back.

Not the warmest atmosphere. The two ladies painting my nail and my daughters did a sloppy job. Did not wipe off the excess polish that rubs off on your toes when you paint them. They were just ok. I walked in telling them pedicure and manicure for me. They did. Ot even address it. I was mor very much s as satisfied with my pedicure so I left without doing the manicure.

Everyone here was so nice. Which in my recent experience with nail shops in the Buford allot of them are not. I got a gel manicure & pedicure. My Pedi is decent. But this full set gel is a major disappointment. I asked for coffin shape nails but wanted to try it on shorter nails. They really couldnt make that work so I settled for the square shape. My nails looked funny in the shop to me but thought that was just because they are short. And Im not use to short nails. But as today is progressing...Looking at my nails they did by far the worse job ever. And the lady kept hurting me. I was in there for two hours. So I wasted my money and time. If you want a simple pedi Thats feels good. This is the spot. But if you want your nails to look good they need some work in that area. My nails look TERRIBLE. They did nothing at all to my cuticles, like it doesnt even look natural. The nail itself looks so bulky. I would like a refund for my nails Im that dis appointed. Beware😟😡.

First time there. Pleased with our new nails

My first time going here and it was honestly the worst experience Ive ever had. Lady who did my nails kept hurting me and left my nails SO thin and weak. They are so thin that they bend and they hurt. Other places that Ive been to have to never left my nails this thin. And because of this person, three of my nails have broken and its so close to the nail bed that I know if I try cutting my nail itll hurt. It hasnt even been a week since getting them done. She also didnt paint them right because theres streaks and bumps from the polish and that shouldnt be there. I asked for square shaped and she filed off so much on one nail that its lopsided. My nails dont even look square they look coffin with maybe a couple of them kind of square. Im not happy with how my nails came out and I hated that I paid so much for just gel polish. I didnt even get a manicure and they charged me more than that. Definitely not going back here. Wasted time and money.

Definitely my favorite place to get pedicures and manicures. The staff is friendly and they do a great job providing superior service to their customers! Both mani/pedi have lasted close to a month without any chips... the only reason I went back is because my nails grew so much! I had s&s for my manicure and regular polish for my pedicure!
