Was dissatisfied with the care I was provided. Having spent most of my life with adult acne and tried most things on the market and wanted to see a specialist as I have seen Dermatologists who worked with me in the past. I was given about 5 mins of the standard care for acne most of which I had already said I had tried and was promptly pushed out the door. I Immediately cancelled my next appointment..but they certainly billed me for a 30-44min appointment. Will look elsewhere.

I had an amazing experience with Toni and her assistant! This was my first time going to the dermatologist in about 10 years. She made me feel super comfortable even though I was very nervous. The front desk lady was super nice as well! Highly recommend!!

I was able to get an appointment within 4 weeks from calling. I arrived 10 minutes early, and was taken care of on time. Not very often can you leave your home, go to a Doctors appointment and be back home in under 1 hour, WOW! Receptionist is very friendly, Dr. DeLuke is great and very thorough, and support staff was wonderful. The office/reception area is very clean and bright. Highly recommend using their services.

Tara is such a great doctor. She is always friendly and never rude. She doesn’t just dismiss your concerns or feelings, but she listens while examining the problem. I’ve also had to bring my children with me to appointments and she has been understanding and beyond nice to them as well. I have been seeing Tara for a while, and she is always thinking of ways to best help me with my psoriasis & other things the best she can. I’ve seen other dermatologist before her, but never been this satisfied with patient care until I met Tara.

I had an uncomfortable situation here. The receptionist in the front is awesome and the place is in a great location and very clean. They knew it was my first Dermatologist appointment in 5+years.The Dermatologist was not informative at all she made it like I was guiding the appointment on what she should do and did not do anything unless I asked her to which clearly I did not have a clue how this appointment goes.It was like she was brand new without any idea how to conduct an exam/checkup. Prior to the appointment I filled out an info sheet and it seemed like they did not read anything about my prior history or listen. She seemed very uninterested in making me feel comfortable or our appointment. THE WORST PART of this appointment was that she had a young student observe my full body check and she just brought her in without even asking me first if I was comfortable with that which at that point It was too awkward to say no infront of the student. With a history that I have.... she should have asked and I have never experienced someone not asking ever before with something so personal. She did not even look at my scalp or my feet. This felt like waste of time. I told her I had a left over rash on my back which she said was gone and I noticed immediately later on my own and so did my boyfriend !!

Meeting new providers is always stressful. Toni was amazing, listened to me carefully and took a detailed history. I was never rushed and all of my concerns were address to the degree I had hoped for. My appointment exceeded my expectations. Timely, friendly and thorough!

I dont know how they have these many starts but I recently have hair thinning issues and I tried to book and appointment but the latest I was getting in was 4 months ahead and the moment I talked about a skin abruption on my leg and how I want them to surgically removed it, they had an opening next day in the morning. So I asked them If I can address both issues, I was denied as they wanted two copays from 1 patient for 2 different issues. I may as well consult 2 different dermos.

Fifty-two minutes before my appointment, that was scheduled for over two months, I received a call urging me to cancel my appointment because of my assumed financial situation.  She also stated she wouldnt charge me for the cancelation. (?!?!?)1. I find it difficult to believe Medicare will only pay 5% of the bill. Since they pay 80% of a doctors visit.2. I  would have been willing to pay, but your assumptions made me aware that money is more important than people. Therefore I decided to cancel.Things arent always what they seem. If you thought  there was an issue with my insurance, calling when Im almost ready to walk out the door is definitely NOT the time to call. Totally unprofessional.If it is cancer, thanks for making me wait over two months to find out I have to start all over again. God only knows when Ill get to see a doctor YOU THINK I can afford.TOTALLY DISGUSTED WITH THIS PRACTICE!

I had an excellent first-time patient experience with Dr. DeLuke and her team. They were on-time for my appointment and prompt through the consult, without feeling rushed or though they weren’t listening. She took time to listen to all my questions and concerns, talked through treatment options including the financials, and seemed genuinely interested in my treatment whether immediate or ongoing. Her staff was also fantastic especially her front desk attendant, who was incredibly friendly and spirited, and also the nurses made me feel welcome. I loved it was an all-female team, or so I saw, so I loved that! The office is also gorgeous and professional. Overall, I highly recommend this office and Dr. DeLuke!

Dr. DeLuke is wonderful. She takes her time with each patient. She is very through and explains everything very well. Her staff is very nice and professional. The office is immaculate and they follow all guide lines. I have been fighting skin cancer since 2004. When my doctor retired, I started going to Dr. DeLuke and have been very happy with her.

Dr Elise De Luke is an outstanding doctor. She listens and is up to date on new procedures and medicine. She and staff are easy to relate to and professional.

Everyone in the practice was extremely nice and professional. Dr.DeLuke is down to earth, and puts you at ease. Even though mine was a routine skin check, she made me feel very comfortable. My wait time was quick as well. In the past when I’ve visited other specialists, I could wait anywhere from 30 minutes to over an hour just to be seen. I wasn’t here. It didn’t feel like a rush job, and Dr.DeLuke was very thorough. I would, and do, recommend DeLuke Dermatology to everyone I can.

I have been a patient of Dr. DeLuke since November 2019 with a total of three visits to date. The wait time each visit was less than 10 minutes. Dr. DeLuke is very approachable, professional yet personable and very thorough. In three visits she seems to have resolved a skin problem that I had been treated for elsewhere for over a year with no results. Her staff is very pleasant and efficient. I highly recommend her and will keep her as my go-to dermatologist.

The office manager hung up in my face over a policy that was not clearly explained to me. Im no genius but I can comprehend very well WHEN and IF something is explained clearly. She was extremely rude, short and so unprofessional. At no point was she interested in doing what she could to help a patient. I work too hard for my money to give my business to anyone who does not value their patients. I wasnt excited about Dr. DeLuke after my first visit anyway. She was very dismissive and didnt seem to care about my skin concerns so I will not be continuing my patient relationship with her. If youre looking for a dermatologist that is interested in getting you the best skin results possible and not about making money I would NOT recommend DeLuke Dermatology.

I have always been treated well here. The staff is so friendly and professional. With the new Covid 19 protocols in place, I felt very safe in the waiting room. They provided plenty of space for social distancing, and clear instructions for where to stand, etc. They also provided multiple hand sanitizers in the waiting area. The medical staff is knowledgeable and explains everything about each visit, and takes concerns seriously. I highly recommend this practice.

Within the past year I started noticing some broken blood vessels on my cheeks and the side of my face.Im 55 years old,60 is around the corner. I Googled home remedies, nothing seem to work. I came across the Deluke dermatology and they were taking new patients so I made the appointment. When I arrived on my appointment day for concilitation l was very impressed as soon as u walk in the door, From the girl where you sign in and Dr. Delukes staff who takes you into the exam Room. Dr. Deluke is very personable and goes over everything with every detail and makes you feel comfortable and did my 1st treatment the same day as the conciltation. I couldnt of been happier with the results. Its only been a few days just dealing with a little redness but its disappearing, but my blood vessels, the worst ones disappeared. If anyone is out there reading this and is in the same position as me, dont hesitate to make the appointment. Cant wait for my next treatment, Thanks Dr.Deluke..

I was starting to approach my mid thirties with all my previous skin care hacks not working. Working as a nurse myself, what brought me into Deluke, was a referral from my primary care after a pretty horrific couple months with 2020s new term maskne. I was struggling due to wearing the mask 15 hours a day for three to four days a week with my job as a registered nurse. From the moment I walked into the office I felt hopeful and not embarrassed, both respected and treated impeccably kindly. I was started on tretinoin and a new skin regiment that worked and has changed my skin in a way that makes me feel like regeneration is taking place rather then harsh acne treatments stripping away my skin. I have gone several times to the office now for follow up, it is both calm and and efficient. I know all my future medical and cosmetically Dermatological needs will be fulfilled here.

On my first visit I was totally impressed with the receptionist to the nurse and Dr. DeLuke. I first came across Deluke Dermatology several years ago. Id never been to a dermatologist, however had something I needed looked at and treated immediately. With the placement of that something I was only interested in either an exclusive or at least predominantly female office staff.Hitting up the interwebs and researching offices I came across deluke dermatology. Upon walking in I honestly thought uh oh.. the office is what I imagine dermatologist offices in Hollywood. Immaculate, classy, clean. Something youd see in a movie. I thought, Im not going to be able to afford whatever happens here.Turns out I was 100% wrong. Staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly, I saw a PA whose overall demenor immediately made me feel confortable and welcome. Making it easier to get almost nekkid. Everything was addressed on the spot and treated then and there. Immediate results.Then I hit my mid 30s and the skin on my face was not happy. The hair on my chin from my PCOS had gotten worse, and Id developed a large-ish dark blotchy patch on my cheek that no amount of concealer or over the counter facial treatments touched. Researching it, it sounded like melasma. From what I read it was difficult to treat and I was not hopeful that treatment would help. But I still made an appointment. I met with Dr. Deluke. She examined me, took a picture and immediately had plenty of options to help. Answered every question thoroughly. And I think my favorite part was that she was honest, and still genuinely compassionate.There was no immediate resolution. The hair from my PCOS would be difficult to deal with because its hormone driven. She didnt try to push expensive treatments. She prescribed a pill, and lotion for the hair. Explained side effects and benefits clearly.For the melasma, she wrote a script for a customized mixture of treatment and gave me directions of additional actions to use on top of the cream. I actually told her I was excited about the potential of treatments. When ibkeft I proceeded to inform every person I knew that they needed to see Dr. Deluke. Immediately.Fast forward to yesterday when I had my follow-up. I expressed that I did think it everything had improved, but I wasnt sure of how much. She pulled up the picture from 3 months ago, took a new picture yesterday and I was astonished. The results were unbelievable. So much so, that I cant wait to see what my skin will look like in another 3 months!At this point if I ever have a child Dr. Deluke would be named God mother. If anyone I know is in the market for a dermatologist I would forcibly take them to Deluke Dermatology.

Employees are very professional although maybe too much so? Not much in the way of bedside manner, and definitely not overly friendly.They seem to be an office more geared to erasing lines on your face rather then spotting & removing skin cancer.

As a first time patient I had a very positive experience with everyone I encountered! I had an urgent need and even though they were scheduling 5 weeks out, the scheduler, Christina took the time to hear me out and put me right on a cancellation list. She showed empathy and kindness in what was difficult situation for me and was able to get me seen the very next day. I felt like everyone I encountered cared about my health and I would highly recommend this office.

I had my 1st appt with Dr. Deluke yesterday and it was an amazing experience. 1st of all I had never been to a dermatologist before so it truly was a whole new experience for me. I had been having a skin problem on my foot since 2018 and always thought I should see a foot dr. But my mom sugested a dermatologist and so I looked her up online and she was taking new patients. I was really worried she didnt except my insurance but it was meant to be, because she did. My appt was suppose to be Aug 22nd but they were nice enough to put me on a list that if someone canceled I could get in faster. So yesterday was the day. The office is very nice. And you truly cant miss it since in huge letters it says Deluke Dermatology right on the building. Very easy to get to. I took Union Rd to Main street. Made a left on Main (depending on how you go) and she is right on Main and Kensington. For me that was on the left. So I entered and was greeted by a really nice woman at the desk. You want to get there a bit so you can get your paperwork done. She will also take your temp too. Wear your mask. The office is all females. That to me was an added bonus. So when I went to the back another nurse asks you questions and what brought you in, then she takes your photo I believe for your folder. The dr comes right in after that. I didnt wait at all. She was very comforting and checked me out. She was able to determine it was not a fungral infection. But did think by my sysptoms that it might be more of an eczema. She asked me what have I tried and they didnt work. But she had a steroidal cream I never had before. Said to use it for 2 wks twice daily. She said it should be gone in 2 wks. I have had this problem since 2018. To go to her and she finally put a name to it and on top of that tell me we are going to heal this, was music to my ears. I used the cream when I picked it up from the pharmacy. It did stop the itching. I then took my shower lastnight so I put it on again. It worked to where I made it til morning not scratching. I have the utmost faith that she will cure me. Walking has been a nightmare for me for years. But Im blessed to have Dr. Deluke in my corner and I know she will help me out. I give her 2 thumbs up. I would give her 10 stars if it was allowed and yes I 1000% recommend her to anyone with a skin problem. I have another appt next month. And I will keep you posted on my problem. Thank you Dr.Deluke and your wonderful female staff for making me feel welcomed and feeling like Im finally going to be ok.

I called on a Tuesday and was seen on Thursday (due to a recent cancellation). The place was clean (they like the color white), quiet and not over crowded. The receptionist was courteous. I saw the doctor promptly, so quick that I didnt finish the obligatory long medical paperwork you must fill out at every doctors office. The doctor removed my skin ailment, gave me instructions on wound care, and I was out within an hour. Really quick if you ask me. Everything seems to be healing well, so based on my experience I would recommend Dr. DeLuke.

I had a wonderful experience here. I came for a full body skin screening. The reception area was clean, bright and open. There were free water bottles and mints. The receptionist was welcoming, knowledgeable and quick with check-in. I wasnt left waiting a long time by anyone. Sometimes the nurse calls you back and gets you prepared for the doctor, then youre left sitting half naked for an hour waiting for the doctor. Not so here. I waited no more than five minutes for the doctor, who was very knowledgeable, personable, and explained her findings as she went along. I definitely recommend Deluke Dermatology.

Ive only had one appointment so far at the office , but it was a very good one. I had Dr. Toni and she was very nice and professional. Ive been having issues for a few years now and shes really the only doctor that has listened to all the things that have been tried, ones that have worked, ones that havent worked and is looking for answers for me.

First time appointment with Dr. DeLuke and I was amazed at how quickly I was seen. 1:00 PM appointment and I was in an exam room by 1:00, and the Dr. was in to see me within five minutes. Thorough examination and I was on my way home by 1:20. Whats not to love about that.

The front desk is always kind, compassionate and caring. All of the staff is knowledgeable and work as a team. Dr. Deluce is a very kind, gentle and thorough. I highly recommend her as a Doctor.

I was taken on my appointment time and immediately saw Dr Deluke. Examination was thorough. Staff was very courteous. Place is immaculate. Would recommend her to anyone who needed her services.

My visit is always mostly pleasant(lesion removal is a few seconds of discomfort). Its always nice to walk in to an office where everyone is smiling! If I Sat for 3 minutes before being taken back to the exam room, that was a lot! AND you have a gold mine working at the reception desk

I LOVE this office! They are very courteous. You are seen at your actual appointment time and out on your way to the rest of your day in 25-30 minutes. I also appreciate the fact that Dr. DeLuke is very comfortable and knowledgeable regarding African American skin and treatment of skin issues related to our skin. She armed my daughter with tools and products based on my daughters hair and complexion. Dr. DeLuke is familiar with skin and hair products commonly used by African American women and helped by daughter eliminate certain products based on their ingredients. I was so impressed with her knowledge base and felt confident that we were not only getting a regiment that my daughter could employ on her own but was strategic to her needs. I would recommend Dr. Deluke to anyone BUT especially to families of color who are searching for a doctor who knows pur skin types as well!

DeLuke is the first dermatology specialist Ive ever visited. As a new patient, it only took a few weeks to be seen, and that was because I was picky about appointment times. The facility is new, clean, and well-done. Wait time upon arrival was minimal. Ive been there twice now and had a good experience both times (Ive seen Toni). I have and will continue to recommend DeLuke to others.

Dr. Deluke and her staff were very professional. The skin check was very thorough and she explained all of the scientific findings in laymans terms. All of my concerns were addressed and I was given more information than I was expecting. And my appointment was at the scheduled time, no long wait.
