Staff seemed to care. I question their ability to maintain a surgeon in their practice. Check with them first before office visit. The floor covering in the exam rooms and common areas is INDOOR OUTDOOR CARPET. This freaked me out - think about it and itll freak you out too.

I was seen by the Dermatologist Kim yesterday and Im so glad she was recommended by my primary care. She was very attentive to my needs answers all my questions and addressed my concerns I was so scared she calmed me educated me to understand my condition gave me a plan to follow and most of all she gives accurate and immediate patient care she really cares about her patients she has 2 locations and you can get in very quickly no month to 6 mos waiting immediate openings and the staff is so respectful as well Im very happy she is in WNY

Nurse Practitioner Kim is great. She is so smart and friendly, I felt so comfortable with her. She also took the time to explain things to me and talk about my treatment options. I would highly recommend her for any Dermatology needs.

Was happy to find that NP Kim has an office in Amherst. Saw her originally in Orchard Park. She always explains everything really thoroughly and makes me feel confident about my treatment plan. Highest recommendation.
