This is the MOST WONDERFUL WELL RAN REHAB. My niece was here and was cared for as if she was each doctor nurse physical therapist own family member. All the way down to house cleaning. I thank GOD for each person who laid hands on her. This place and staff ROCK. THANK YOU ALL FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART. GOD BLESS YOU ALL.

I’d like to give the staff 10 stars and the FOOD ——10The food is amazingly BAD. We were told this before we ever checked my husband in to the facility. EVERY staff member agrees!!!!! Pitiful. I’d like to see encompass COO that made a decision to select the cheapest bid from food vendor, eat this inedible food.

Nursing staff is very kind. However we were released at high risk when our insurance was up. This lead to major complications at home & another hospitalization. I would not recommend this facility!

7/10/20 This place is horrible. There was no one ever at the nurse station to ask questions.I would just stand there for about 10 minutes and no one turned around to ask if I needed anything. I changed my grandmother clothes before I left on a Thursday and when I came back on Saturday she still had the same clothes on. She had a accident and it was on the floor, which means she had been sitting there a while. They didnt make sure she ate. She was very weak and needed assistance eating but she didnt get it. Once she was discharged I wasnt informed of any medication changes until the phramacy called and said her prescriptions where ready. They also discontinue a blood pressure med and didnt tell me. I could go on and on but I actually file a compliant because of our experience there. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone .

My wife spent two weeks here and very little was done as we were told would be done. She has MS and is very weak on her entire left arm, back and left leg. Went to Encompass after one week in hospital getting over a very bad kidney infection. She also has a urostomy which I take care of at home. At Encompass she developed a leak at the urostomy barrier, called for heip, waited over 20 minutes and came home with a severe case of diaper rash. So called physical therapy hurt her right shoulder, the good one. Find somewhere else for your loved one.

They do not listen to the their patients and are very pushy and rude. For my mother told them she was is pain and they refused to give her anything to help. Even knowing she just had surgery the day before on her leg. As well as, they keep pushing to take the splint off her leg that just had surgery on it that also just happens to be broke all without her doctor consent to do so. They also keep trying to push her into other things without giving information or even informing her family of what they are doing with her treatment or anything.

My husband, Forrest(Gene)McKenzie was transferred to CHI St Josephs Rehab on Nov. 26, 2018 after a roll over MVA in Ft. Worth. We reside in College Station. Our daughter is friends with Dr. Casey Lobb & his wife so Encompass was highly recommended to us. Gene was there for several days. He got the best care from the best professionals, & all the staff. The place is run like a fine tuned machine! My profession was in medicine so I know a little about good care & patient/staff relationships. I never worried about him when I left for the night. From the excellent nurses, PT, OT, Wound Care, & NCM, dietary, & I praise them all & the facility. Cant say enough good things, & continue to tell my friends & neighbors in Bryan/College Station about our awesome experience in this facility. God Bless you all.......Charlotte McKenzie

They provided excellent rehabilitative care for my father after his stroke. We saw drastic improvements in his condition from when he arrived to when he left.

Poor customer service, poor quality, poor performance, and just didnt do what they claimed they would do. Laying in bed from Friday afternoon to Monday morning is not rehabilitation.
