Husband needed emergency care, started off going to another local hospital where the ER was so full, folks were having to stand around. Left and came to CapRock, so glad we did. Every staff member we met was awesome. Can’t explain how grateful we were to have my husband admitted and treated there. You never want to have to go to a hospital, but I’m glad we have one we can trust now.

Avoid this place and do NOT let anyone you know go there - EVER!I went to their ER and waited 30 minutes in the waiting room with no one there but many nurses and and a PA. On TV they said they were completely full due to Covid.I had a chest x-ray done and waited another 30-minutes for the results.During that time (not feeling well at all):The nurses talked very negatively about the patients they saw throughout the day and I was extremely shocked by the negative things they were saying about each and every patient.Then the PA enters the room and is acting very different and she says whats wrong, your wheezing?I said yes I am wearing this mask and cant breathe. She says Thats not good - I am going to call an ambulance to pick you up immediately!. I said What? Ive been waiting 30-minutes for the results of a chest X-Ray.She told me that Chest X-Rays only show bones and that I need to be picked up by Ambulance and sent to the ER immediately.I told her I was leaving and thats when the nurse came in and tried to block my path to leave. I was able to leave after signing multiple forms that they forced me to sign.Unfortunately for anyone that visits Caprock, they are more interested in getting a Covid check then helping someone when they dont feel well.I have never been more appalled in my life and I will make sure everyone knows not to go here.At all cost.

Very hard to find health care help on weekends but cap rock was there for me on 4/10/2021 (they are available 24/7 in bryan, tx ) every one I came in contact with was kind, patient and considerate. especially, dr. justin wolfschohl, M.D. and cassandra, R.N. who were both reassuring and solved my complaint. Had heard great things about this place and unfortunately I needed help because of a kidney stone. Everyone from check in to check out was awesome. Doctors, Nurses, accounting staff, so patient and understanding and so attentive to my needs. If I’m ever in the need again or anyone in my family this is the place for us. Everyone was so very nice and helpful. There was no wait at the frontcounter to the exam room. Just as I finished filling out the check in paperwork Alec, the tech was there to guide me to the exam room.And the nurse met us at the exam room. The doctor was caring andattentive. I felt welcome from the moment I walked in the CapRock Hospital. Hailey greeted me with a smile and made sure I had everything ready. This was our first visit to CapRock. We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. We also like the one on one attention. I had a minor procedure done and had met two different doctors, both of the doctors were great and I was in an out in about an hour. We would highly recommend anyone to go there if you need medical attention.

The facility is nice and the doctors and nurses were fine. However, you start to learn why they give you a time frame to write a good review to be able to receive a gift card. It’s because if you receive all the bills associated with the treatment you wouldn’t write it. We were told that we would receive two bills, we’ve received 4+ and wouldn’t be surprised if we received more. Caprock will not talk to your insurance company, even if your insurance reaches out because they’ve found an error in your bill. Pay one bill and you’ll receive another in the mail. Not worth the headache of working with the billing departments.

Dr. Pink, Karen, Kathryn, and Candy were great. Very compassionate, kind, and patient with my daughter after her broken arm. Top notch facilities with knowledgeable and personable staff who were concerned with ensuring I understood everything they were doing, and that I understood my options. I will certainly choose CapRock again (hopefully not too soon)!

This is the best ER I have ever been to. The nurses and doctors are very professional, took the time to explain everything and most importantly, checked in on me frequently. Although I hope that I never have to head to an ER again, this hospital was outstanding! Thanks to the doctors and nurses who took care of me.

The level of care at this facility is absolutely fantastic. The staff really cares about giving each patient the best experience possible. The facility itself is very clean and nice, and the faculty are exceptional.

We have gone to Caprock since 16 for our daughter and seizures. They are outstanding. Now they opened a location in Bryan thats literally across the bypass and oh my god they are wonderful. I spent the night at the end of October and I never want to go to another hospital. Everyone from the front desk to nurses and doctors are the BEST

I decided to avoid the mess that is St. Joseph hospital and try CapRock Hospital for an urgent care need. So thankful I did. Really. What a difference. Very satisfied. Writing this review as a thank you. If Im in need again, CapRock will be my first choice. Glad youre there!

Great customer service and kind group of people. I felt welcomed and well taken care of. At the end, the billing process was explained in detail and easy to understand. In addition to home care instructions, they send you home with a diagram of expected time frames for claims processing. Three days later, I had a hand-written, get well card in the mail from them, and the doctor called me to see how I was recovering. I hope I dont need their help again, but if I ever do Ill be coming here.

Incompetent Staff.

This place is great, it is very clean and the staff is amazing! They are very accommodating and they will answer any questions you have, clearly and thoroughly.

I managed to slice my finger late on Sunday and needed stitches. In the past getting stitches at a hospital meant two hours minimum of waiting for a 30 minute procedure. I was sooo impressed with CapRock. We parked at 9:00 pm, and we left at 9:47 pm (both according to our car). Not only where they incredibly fast but the staff was amazing and the doctor was caring and funny, which I needed at that particular time. This will definitely be my go to for any future emergencies.

Went in for a bladder infection, was in and out within an hour. Love them! Caring, kind and fast! They really listen.

When I had an asthma attack yesterday the Dr. and staff were helpful and nice.

I was truly impressed with our visit to Caprock. The facilities were impeccable, the staff professional and courteous, and our experience swift and thorough. Dr. Wolfshohl made the visit easy for my daughter and made sure I understood what they were doing and why.I hope this is what the future of healthcare looks like.

After having bad experiences with other ERs in the Bryan College Station Area. It was nice to be at a facility that actually cared about there patients. I hope to not have to go back to the hospital but if I do I’m definitely going to Caprock!

I had complications recovering from a surgery from another hospital in Houston and ended up getting a serious infection that was very resistant to antibiotics. I went to a local clinic and when they got the test results they told me I needed immediate emergency care or I could die. They suggested CapRock and I am glad they did. Dr Young and his staff explained what was going on in detail but in a way we could understand and immediately addressed the infection with the proper intravenous antibiotics. I was then transferred from their emergency facility in College Station to their hospital in Bryan. Dr Boyd, Dr Bruner, Nurse Theresa, Nurse Kristen, and their support staff were extremely competent, caring, and diligent. I dont think I could have gotten better care.
