A cheerful, well organized and helpful crew. In 2 sessions (I had forgotten to take the antibiotics the first time) a lot of photographing, measuring etc. was done to establish a base for me as a new patient. That and the news that my teeth are in fine shape, made my day. I am glad I found them.

Dr. Walt Higgins is beyond terrific! He was able to expertly re-attach a crown that had fallen off. He took time to explain and, most importantly, to do the job right. The office staff is most helpful and courteous.

Watching Dr. Vnek and his professional team work together was like watching a ballet. After all, Im a captive audience and had nothing else to do but watch the show and observe a highly coordinated, fast-moving performance, all with zero pain. I am a new patient to Dr. Vnek and his staff and I could not be happier. I have had several personal bad experiences with dentists in the past. Which made me put off dental care/treatment for longer than I should of. The staff made my first visit which was emergent so smooth and easy. I was so embarrassed of my teeth and I expressed that. They made me feel better about myself and made me realize things were not as bad as I had thought. They are amazing with children, today I brought my son in for a cleaning and he too has had a horrible experience at the dentist, where they held him down and I could hear him screaming from a far. Today he was very worried of what was going to happen. I told him how wonderful everyone was and to not be scared. He came out of his cleaning with a smile. Ive visited this office twice a year for as long as I can remember. In fact, I can remember when Dr. Higgins acquired the land and built the building that houses this office. The pain pills and antibiotics The emergency Dentist prescribed, were not doing the job. Dr Vnek called to see what was going on with Hubby, after talking with us had us meet him at the office for a quick peek (no charge) changed Hubbys meds, gave us a special number to call if we needed. He did follow up calls while on vacation.. I was sold. This man and the staff is warm friendly and very caring..We Highly recommend this practice to any family that wants a great dentist.

Dr. Vnek saved my split front tooth and my trip to Quebec City to celebrate our 54th anniversary and 80th birthdays! I called at 6:45 am to report the problem. In fewer than 10 minutes Louise returned my call and asked me to come right in. Dr. V assessed the unusual split down the middle of my lower front tooth, made a plan and proceeded to glue it back together. We left on time for our trip with tooth intact. Now that is excellent and creative service, complete with smiles and jokes!
