Very friendly staff from start to finish. I appreciated not trying to be talked into a procedure I didn’t want (fluoride treatment, more detailed oral cancer screening…). In and out in less than an hour with complete X-rays, hygienist evaluation, teeth cleaning and doctor evaluation. Choosing a new dentist can be stressful and I am beyond happy that I feel comfortable with this office staff!

I have had my share of dental horror stories but when we switched to Dental Works, its been great! Everyone is so friendly, knowledgeable & professional.

Very nice staff! The receptionists are friendly and take their time scheduling you, not making you feel like a burden for calling. The X-ray nurse had the patience of a saint with my nervous son! The dentist was patient and answered all my questions! Lastly I’ve never had a better hygienist who did an amazing cleaning! She was great working with the nervousness and keeping my son calm, laughing and for once a very enjoyable dentist visit! I would highly recommend and will be going back!

The staff was very warm and welcoming, considering we’re in the mist of COVID-19. I appreciate the precautions that they take. My hygienist Kayla was very nice and explained the process as she went through the cleaning. I needed to get a new crown and the entire process was very smooth. The crown was ready when the said it would be. Which I appreciated. Thank you for the care.

The staff makes you feel so comfortable and secure! The ladies in the office are great. The office is clean and bright and doesn’t feel gloomy. I have always hated going to the dentist but I find that I am not as anxious now. Dr.Young is wonderful and I can’t say enough about how smooth my surprise root canal due to a toothache went. Now to get the rest of the family to switch to them.

It was the most pleasant teeth cleaning I ever had! I cant remember the hygienists name, but she was SO NICE!!! And as far as their COVID protocols, they were superb.

I was nervous about going to the Dentist and they made me feel very comfortable. I havent hada tooth pulled since I was 12 and I was very apprehensive, but Dr.Young was fantastic. Thank you!

I had amazing customer service at this location. I had pain in a tooth that was previously worked on and they got me in right away. If that wasn’t enough, an employee that was just stopping by to drop something off (while on vacation.... thank you Paula) saw that a patient was there and in pain. She wanted to assist the Doctor so I could have a good experience and get out quick. She stayed with me the whole time, talked me through some anxiety over a root canal and didn’t leave until I did. Did I mention we were in the middle of an ice/snow storm at night? The front staff (Kim) was as welcoming and helpful as could be. Always providing a chance to make you laugh. Dr. Sedon was compassionate and with exceptional skills. He deserves an award for near painless injections:). Who likes going to the dentist?? But when you need one, you can’t ask for a better experience then what Dental Works of Brunswick can provide. Thank you guys.... you are the best :)

My husband and I decided to switch dentists and decided to give them a try since its close to where we live. After both of our experiences on separate dates, we will not be going back and would not recommend them. I was there almost an hour and half and honestly felt like they didnt have any respect for my time, and my husband felt the same way after his appointment. They spent well over 20 minutes doing x-rays, which I thought was a bit excessive. The cleaning itself was fine, but I had wait quite some time for the dentist to come in before I could leave. I also thought it was extremely unprofessional that the receptionist was taking personal calls on her cell phone when I entered and the entire time I was waiting to be taken back.My husbands experience was what really upset us. I scheduled him for an evening appointment because of his work schedule, and he was also there for well over an hour. They also took an excessive amount of x-rays, and he hadnt had his teeth cleaned or seen dentist after over an hour after his appointment time, and he was then told that they didnt have time to clean his teeth because the next patient was there and hed have to reschedule. When he said he wouldnt be back, he said he wanted his x-rays emailed to him since he had paid for them and could take them to another dentist and they were extremely rude to him about it, and finally agreed to email them reluctantly after making some very rude remarks.We tried contacting corporate via email multiple times to complain and never received a response. The phone number kept directing us back to the local office.

Meagan, the hygienist at Dental Works Brunswick, did an outstanding job of being sure to explain the best way to care for my teeth. Dr. Young, my dentist, found an old filling that needed addressed. A few cracks in the filling was leading to some big issues down the road. I highly recommend this dental office for all your dental needs! Hygienist was super nice and helpful. The actual doctor was very hurried and maybe said 2 sentences to me. I didnt even know she was done because she just walked away. But the rest of the staff was super nice and the place was very clean.

I called to make an appointment because I had broken a tooth and they got me in right away. I rarely go to the dentist because I have severe anxiety when it comes to seeing the dentist but everyone in the office made me feel so comfortable, what a great experience. They took care of my tooth and my anxiety. I would highly recommend this office and I will definitely be going back.

Emergency visit needed due to unavailable regular dentist being closed. DentalWorks, Brunswick, Ohio got me right in--within 10 minutes of my call. Staff, Kyla, Dr. Sedon and Meenee were all very friendly, understanding and comforting.. Problem was handled in the best professional manner by all the staff. Will be making DentalWorks of Brunswick, my home place to go because of the caring staff.

They are great. I had an emergency. Call just before 2pm. In the office filling out paperwork by 2:30. In before 3:00.

As always Dr. Young and her amazing staff treated me like I was their only patient- I had a Saturday appointment; which being a mom to three kids 15, 10, & 8 and working full time having a Saturday appointment is a life saver!My husband who is generally afraid of going to the dentist wants to finally make an appointment and I’m going to bring the kids here too!I over heard an appointment with a 2 year old and the staff was amazing- they treated her so well and spoke to her in a way she understood and guided her through most of what they were doing.I couldn’t hear any personal details or anything like that so your privacy is protected!Kim who works the front desk and financials was as always a dream- she knows just how to break down the money portion of everything!This office has given me back my confidence in my smile- I still have several appointments to go before I’m 100% back up and running with a perfect set of pearly white teeth all thanks to Dental works Brunswick!!I went to the Medina dental works but since I live in town coming here has been a dream!!Needless to say If you’re looking for a new dentist or if you just moved to town come here!! You will not be disappointed!!Mind you- I took about an 8 month break from coming in because I’ve had a lot of work done- but even after a long absence the staff greeted me like they had just seen me a week ago!I have to make another appointment as soon as I work out a time with my job but thankfully dental works is extremely flexible!!To wrap it up; this office is well maintained, clean, friendly staff, amazing doctor, and overall a welcoming and generally amazing experience at the dentist!! I thought Id try this place out because its close to my house and my regular dentist moved an hour away. I was hesitant because I dont like chain businesses. I shouldve went with my instinct. I walked in and the lady at the front desk was too busy talking to her husband or something. So I waited and she finally said (after 5 minutes), can I help you? Not a good start already. I told her I was there for an appointment and she handed me a clip board with some forms and asked me to fill them out and she continued to talk to the same gentlemen at the front desk. Sorry I interrupted your conversation. I handed her the forms when I was done and sat there for another 10 minutes. I almost left but was then called to the back. The hygienist was very nice and informative but she kept talking and talking and talking. I just want my teeth cleaned, examined and to leave. Its fine to talk but can you work at the same time? And honestly, my teeth have felt cleaner from me brushing them at home. Not impressed. Then I had to wait for the dentist for about 10-15 minutes as she was the only one there and there was only 1 other patient there. Why the delays?? So in the interim, i had to sit and listen to this awful music that they play. The dentist I saw was very nice and professional but I was ready to leave. Why was the visit about an hour and a half long? Get more staff and be more efficient. I provided my insurance information while I was there and asked if they needed anything else before I left and the same rude receptionist said no. The next day,I received a call asking for my insurance information! Look at my intake form! Really?? Then I just received a $228 bill for services rendered. So I called them twice and finally got a call back stating it was submitted to the insurance already and it may have crossed in the mail. This place seriously is mismanaged and I WILL NOT BE BACK. Ill take the hour hike to see my regular dentist. They get 2 stars just because the hygienist and dentist were nice.

Very pleasant experience. The staff was friendly and did a great job repairing my filling and correcting an issue I was having with my tooth. I will for sure be going back for a cleaning and all other future dental work.

They did a cleaning and filling within a few days of each other, and both times I received wonderful care. They are extremely friendly and thorough. Dr Young is an excellent dentist! I am so glad I decided to go here.

I went here for two root canal retreatments and he got it done fast and painless. He was amazing and made me feel at ease the whole time. The ladies at the front desk were amazing as well. They got me signed in and gave me all the paperwork and answered any questions I had. I will definitely be going back there more for my work that my primary dentist won’t do.

I highly recommend! The staff is very friendly, I needed my tooth pulled and walked in (no appointment) and in less than 40 minutes was walking out. Very reasonably priced. I found my new dentist.

Best dental experience Ive had in a LONG time ! The staff here was wonderful! My hygienist Megan did a fantastic job and Dr. Sedon was great! For once I wont mind going back for my cleanings and any dental work that may have to be done.

Recently moved my entire family to Dentalworks Brunswick. We had our first appointment with my 3 year old. Everything went great. The hygienist and dentist were both very friendly and sweet with my daughter who left happy as can be with her pink toothbrush, sticker and prize from the treasure box. My appointment is in 3 weeks and I have no doubt it will go just as well.

This is the best dental office I have visited. All of the staff from the receptionist, assistants, and Dr. Young herself were helpful, kind, and extremely competent. Everyone took the time to answer questions I had from insurance coverage to the dental procedure. The office and dental treatment cubicles are attractive and very clean. Appointments were on time with very little waiting. I would highly recommend this office and will definitely be returning in the future. Thanks ladies!!!

I love the staff at Brunswick Dental Works. It might be a chain dental practice, but it feels like a private practice. They always remember who I am and always ask about my kids by name. The Dentist Dr. Young is amazing!!!! Shes very personable and not to mention does great work.

I had a horrible toothache and finally made an appointment at Dental Works in Brunswick to get it taken care of. I was extremely satisfied with the care I was given. The entire staff was amazing!! They make you feel very comfortable, dont judge, offer every option available to make things better for you. My appointment was Tuesday afternoon and by Tuesday evening I had already referred them to many of my friends and family. I will definitely be going there from here on out.

In all honesty by far the best visit to the dentist Ive ever had I went in nervous and scared it was quick and easy. Brittany was awesome and so was the doctor.

Seemed to have issues with the billing. I paid in advance but once I was halfway through my treatment there was an issue with my billing. After investigation on their side the issue was magically resolved. If I had not been aware of what I had agreed to and what I had paid for I would have been double billed.

Everyone was extremely nice and well informative.

I went in on a Saturday as an emergency. They took me right in and they were very kind. After I had to have a tooth pulled that took quite some time to get out...I was sent home with a script for 4 Tylenol #3. I got home and took 1 and that didn’t work so I took another and that didn’t even take the edge off. So I called them and they had closed at this time so I talked to the emergency line twice! Never received a call back. I was assured I would get a call back no later than Monday morning. Still haven’t heard anything. So I’m still in a lot of pain and still have a lot of swelling and I have 5 kids that includes a toddler to care for with zero pain relief.

Friendly staff who recommend products that work to have a healthy mouth! This Dental Works is the one we recommend.
