My doctor diagnosed me with PCOS and when I asked about laser hair removal, my doctor said electrolysis was better for people with my condition. I called Camille to set up a consultation and she was very sweet and pointed to charts and everything while explaining the process. Everything she said completely matched what my doctor was saying and I knew I was in good hands. So far electrolysis with Camille is less painful than tweezing or waxing but it also helps she explains what shes about to do and will make small talk with you to distract you from any discomfort. Im so glad to have found her!

Tried to call and ask a simple question about services they provided and was hung up on without warning because they were busy. Called back and was told they were still busy, asked if I could call another time and was told they were busy all day and didnt have time to talk to me and to check the website. Extremely hostile on the phone for no reason, horrible customer service. Would not recommend for anyone, ESPECIALLY transgender patients.
