I had a colonic done and a massage. I felt so great afterward, inside and out. I was educated on how to take control of my health and to change my lifestyle choices. The spa was clean and serene. I felt welcomed. They were very professional and I would definitely go back!!!

I got a Brazilian for men and it was quick and comfortable. Very nice place, never felt rushed, and communication was 10/10 Levina is the best!! Definitely coming back .

This place is not what it appears to be. It is a really cramped up space and far from a spa. They rush through all the services, called me that someone cancelled. The facial was the worst I ever had in my life. I felt mislead and ripped off. Never again, please, waste your money elsewhere. Why do people think it is okay to rush you through an appointment and you spend your hard earned dollars for that kind of treatment. So disappointed in their dishonesty about services and being charged for bad ones.

Southwest Spa is extremely clean and it is relaxing. The music is conducive to helping one unwind. The spa tables are heated and very comfortable. Lavinia goes out of her way to ensure comfort and a peaceful environment for clients.

Found this gem during a google search for Day Spas. Very welcoming and relaxing. I had a facial, full body exfoliation, sauna wrap (which was absolutely amazing) and an 80 min massage. The shower after the exfoliation was perfect. To end the perfect day, I was given lunch and hot tea. Amazing day. Completely worth it.

Wow! What a wonderful experience. The true definition of “Treat Yoself”! Levina was very attentive to all of our needs, making sure we had everything we needed and were always comfortable. I received the seaweed wrap and now am baby butt smooth. I feel like a new woman! After our seaweed wrap we got an amazing pedicure! We did not have an appointment but, Levina was accommodating and was able to fit us in. I’ve been wearing close toed shoes all summer, but now I’m wearing all the sandals! My toes look amazing!

The organic facial was more than heavenly. Not only did I receive a facial, but Levina also massaged my neck, shoulders, hands, and feet. And the salon is ultra clean with all COVID protocols observed. Highly recommended!

I received the Great Escape Package as a gift, along with a pedi and mani for mothers day. It was the most wonderful experience ive had at a spa. It included a facial, body scrub and massage by Fabiola and a pedi and mani by Levina. It was the most amazing/relaxing time I’ve had in a long time, both ladies did a fantastic job. This package lasted about 4 hours and included lunch. The decor was upscale and modern and the showers and products were clean and high quality. Staff is very professional and friendly and go out of the way to make you feel comfortable.I would highly recommend Southwest Day Spa and am looking forward to going back!

Levina is a brilliant hydrotherapist and skilled masseuse! She ensured the hour treatment was exactly what I needed to jump start a healthy finish to a rather unhealthy summer. I look forward to integrating this into my monthly trips to Boston.

Lucy is the only professional there. The owner is rude and the set up there is ridiculous, looks like I am walking into some weird maze or someone’s apartment. I don’t recommend it.

Honestly the worst spa experience I’ve had. I understand the weather was cold outside but I don’t think that’s excusable for the temperature inside to be freezing as well. I had to ask them to put a warm towel over my feet because I couldn’t relax during my massage due to how cold I was. I requested and payed for a deep tissue massage but my masseuse basically just rubbed lotion into my body repeatedly, her skills and behavior were far from professional. They attempted for a relaxing environment but from my experience they’ve failed. Aside from the unprofessional staff and the uncomfortable temperature the environment is cramped and compact.. you can hear the chaotic city just outside your massage room and you can hear people walking around on a creaky floor just outside your massage room. I will not be a returning customer and I don’t recommend this spa as a good way to treat yourself or to relax. Spend your money elsewhere.

Great option if interested in getting multiple services in a single location. Had a massage, facial and mani/pedi and all treatments were very good. Location is convenient and in a neighborhood with nice eateries and the space itself has the correct spa ambiance. Staff is attentive, courteous and professional. Prices are reasonable and tips are able to be added to credit card in advance of charging; which I find to be an added convenience. I would recommend.

I had been to Southwest Day Spa in the past and they continue to provide great service. I needed a bikini wax and was able to book the appointment with the owner who was very pleasant. When I walked in to my appointment I was greeted promptly and checked in. The staff couldnt be nicer and professional. I highly recommend this spa who is looking for quality service!

I am regular at Southwest for leg waxing. Their services are much better than most spas I have visited in the past. They do a great job!!

We had a wonderful time at the spa for a pre-wedding nails party. All the technicians were so nice and made the day special - even got the bride a cake! They worked to resolve a scheduling issue we encountered and had great customer service to make sure it all worked out.

Every time Ive been to Southwest Ive seen someone different, but that has never been a problem because they employ such great people. Im not picky with who I work with because they are all very nice, professional and I always leave with a positive experience. They get the job done quickly and are helpful with tips on how to care for your skin. Oh and Iris is the sweetest!

I absolutely love Southwest Day Spa. I go there to get a deep tissue massage and there nothing more relaxing (for me) than 50 minutes deep tissue massage. I wish I could go there more often. I have tried few other day spas for massage and so far Southwest Day Spa is definitely my favorite one :)

Really fantastic spa...my wife & I have done a lot of spas all over the country, and this one clearly met some of the highest standards. They respected modesty, they gave high quality massages, they very professionally explained everything and prevented any moments of awkwardness, and they made us feel welcome and comfortable. Most importantly, they were friendly and nice! Great experience, and we will be going back.

Ive gone here on more than one occasion and really enjoyed it! I went for brazilian bikini waxes, and the service you receive from the front desk to the technicians everyone was so nice! I would highly recommend them - I also love that you can schedule online if you want to - saves you from having to do it in public if that isnt your thing! The only reason I dont still go is because Ive moved, but if you are in the area, definitely try it out!

I paid for 3 sessions of non surgical face lift and the ad said it is a 50 minutes Treatment. On all of my three sessions I did not received the 50 minutes Treatment. The last time was even worse because they were 15-20 minutes Later and even so they did the treatment for 30 minutes! That is just not right. I wasn’t late, they were. And they didn’t even offer anything else. And like I said, none of the treatments I’ve received the 50 minutes Treatment. The girls who did the treatment have a good hand because I felt relaxed, but if I did not receive for the service I’ve paid for, then it is just not worth it.

They have highly skilled staff. They recently did my pedicure and my nails look amazing.

I really enjoyed my experience here. went for a prenatal massage. I felt the front desk was very pleasant and enjoyed my massage. it is certainly not a superlux kind of place but definitely an excellent spot. I plan to go again soon!

I came here for a pedicure. I felt like my feet were floating on pillows afterward! I have sensitive skin, and the spa offered me an option that involved less-fragrance. Would definitely come here again for a holiday pedicure!

Terrible!! Fake nice people and dirty! DO NOT do the temporary facelift!! Its so expensive and it only works for about a couple months - they say longer. What a waste of money! The place had hair and dirt in every corner. Nails are done so terribly there. They have paint everywhere. Dont waste your time and money.

Southwest Spa was the perfect way to wrap up a girls day! It was the most relaxed Ive felt in ages.

Today was my moms birthday and I suprised her with the Cozy Comfort package which included the mani , pedi & 50 min massage. From the moment we walked in we were greeted so kindly and offered tea of our choice. All of the staff there was so welcoming and nice. My goal was to make my mom feel like the queen she is and they did just that & more. They even surprised her with a little cake and sang happy birthday to her! Fabiola was her massage therapist and she is still talking about how great she was and how she address all of her pain & aches. We will be definitely going again and recommend to everyone.

The worst experience of my life. I bough a groupon voucher on Groupon for my wife as a present. It took nearly 2 month to make an appointment, not because they were busy but because they don’t care about Groupon customers. Finally my wife made an appointment and on the way to the spa, her car broke down. She called and left a massage, explaining the situation. Later on, I followed up and tried to make a different appointment, first the lady on the phone took the voucher number and than told me that she redeemed it, because the appointment was canceled 20 minutes prior. Their policy is 24 hour cancellation. So I said well how was my wife supposed to know that her car was going to break? Well if you want, you can pay the cancellation fee of 75$ and than come in. At that point it would cost a regular price. The place is overpriced, the customer service is rude and not helpful at all. If my wife needed a massage to relax, now she needs it. Let me save you all time and money and avoid going to this place. I sincerely hope that they will go out of business, and get a real job to know how it is to earn money at hard labor and be nice to customers. Places like this, don’t deserve a Title of business. I will be sure to contact a Better business buro.

The BEST! I moved to Brookline 4 years and experimented with several spas. Fortunately I do not have to look any further! The staff at Southwest is experienced and professional. I am 48 years old and my eye brows have NEVER looked better - thanks to Levina. I also give her 5 stars for all waxing services!I had an injured shoulder that was not helped by physical therapy of chiropractic services. Allies Swedish massages were able to alleviate all my pain and my shoulder is so much better nowIf you need a manicure, i would recommend Manuela and Lucy, I also heard there is a male esthetician that gives amazing reflexology. I have yet to try. Overall - Spotless and clean environment, very accommodating and professional! Thank you Southwest!

Went for a gifted spa package of massage,facial, mani/pedi. Easy to book the appointment-good availability. I am not a spa snob-maybe have gotten one or two in my life so I don’t have much to compare. But this is my experience. When I called ahead to ask some questions the receptionist didn’t seem to have any specific answers and didn’t sound too professional on the phone. The massage and facial felt rushed and massage was a little too rough despite asking for lighter pressure. Felt more as if she was just trying to just apply lotion rather than give an actual relaxing massage. The mani/pedi was nice-she took her time and was polite and accommodating. As I was waiting for mani and pedi to dry-receptionist was complaining about how she was hoping to be able to go home early due to the snow-how she works a lot and doesn’t have much of a social life. All not necessary to share with a customer/guest who is supposed to be there for a relaxing experience. Overall decent experience, still left feeling more relaxed than when I got there, however I am not going to rush back to book another appointment.

Terrible customer service. I found this business on Groupon and decided do give them a try. I spent three hours trying to reach them to schedule an appointment, since their online booking tool wasn’t an option for customers with a Groupon voucher. The online booking tool showed me multiple appointments open for spa packages on the day that I wanted to go in, so I assumed it would be no problem. After finally reaching them almost four hours into calling, emailing, leaving a voicemail, and messaging their Facebook page, I was told that even if I saw the time available on their booking tool, they only take a non-specified number of Groupon customers per day, and that they had no time for me at all this week. I explained that I’ve been trying to reach the for hours, and that the person I’d like to bring with me is leaving town on Friday, and she refused to book an appointment for me. I don’t understand trying to reach new clients using a Groupon promotion if you intend to treat them so poorly. The reviews for actual services once you’ve made an appointment seem great, but I’ll be returning my Groupon and looking elsewhere since this business clearly could care less about making an effort to retain first time customers.

Went here for a facial, eyebrow and lip wax. It was very expensive for a super quick facial where she left the room for 10 minutes. With all three combined I was in and out in thirty minutes or less and she wasnt even in the room for 10 minutes.

Levina explained my. chronic & long term use of gas.x was causing me excessive bloat & pressure. Her education & guidance have been impeccable. She is kind, knowledgable & second to none!!! . Levina at Southwest Day Spa is wonderful to work with and they have a lovely space for a spa day party. There were 8 of us, mainly 20-somethings for my daughters birthday. They had a lovely separate room where they let us set up food/drink etc. and they arranged it so we had the place to ourselves. The staff there were all extremely helpful and accomodating.The main room for main/pedis is pretty with a big bay window. One member of our party said it was the best pedi she had ever had. They even had a sash and crown for the birthday girl.

Lucy is the only person I will go to for Brazilian waxes ever again. She is really thorough and does an excellent job of removing ingrown hairs. I never feel rushed or like Im not getting my moneys worth. She is also very fast and somehow able to make the whole process less painful. The salon as a whole is a very clean, well run business. Iris at the front desk is super friendly and welcoming, and seems to remember everyone! Im making this 4 instead of 5 stars because I have had a couple bad leg waxes by one person here that resulted in terrible bumps and ingrowns. Each time the wax was too hot and I believe had been previously used. Mostly this waxer seemed to have bad technique. Stick with Lucy and Lana and you will have a great experience. I sent a very picky friend here for a mani/pedi and she raved about it!
