This is a real review. Cant say enough good things about Dr Ross and his staff. Dr Ross is professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and extremely thorough. The entire patient process was seamless and painless. Appointments are easy to get, and when you show up you are seen immediately with very little wait time. They issued timely appointment reminders with both a text service, and a real person who calls you on the phone. The treatment I received was outstanding.

I absolutely love this place! Last year when Covid came about, I couldnt risk taking my special needs son in. So, they handled an older prescription for his glasses that he had just broken!They met me at the car, and took the glasses and called me later when they were done. They also brought them back out to the car! Once we were able to visit, lil mans experience was wonderful!They also took care of my vision needs, and fixed a pair of my glasses.I definitely recommend this eye care facility, and it will be our go to place from here on out.Thank You!!

I cannot say enough about how Dr. Ross goes out of his way to provide quality care. I had some issues with my glasses and he fixed me right up (and fast). The staff were all very pleasant and welcoming. I appreciate all this office has done. My glasses are my lifeline, really. So, having a quality eye doctor is so important to me. Thank you!

This place is amazing! I decided to make an appointment with them after reading their reviews and I’m so glad that I did. The staff was so kind, quick, efficient and professional. They answered all of my questions and made sure I was satisfied with everything before I left. Plus their building was very clean and definitely well maintained. Dr Ross and his team are the only ones that I will go to from now on. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Advanced Family Eye Care has a helpful and professional staff. The wait time is short and they had my glasses and contacts ready for pick up a very short time after my appointment! Highly recommend

Great place and exceptional staff, they are always very helpful and knowledgeable. I have never been to another office that has been ran as well as this place, and would recommend to anyone looking for this type of service. Prices are reasonable for the services provided and if your trying to adhere to a budget the staff will always do their best to help if you let them know.

I’m so glad I came here a few years ago! Dr. Ross and the rest of the staff are phenomenal! I never feel rushed or like I’m just another number. Dr. Ross takes the time to listen to any vision concerns and helps you figure out the best plan of action or if nothing can be done he explains the whys and hows. The facility is always spotless and it’s very beautiful and up to date! I am a patient for life!

Staff is amazing and knowledgeable, Dr. Ross takes the time to explain any issues in as much depth as you would like while keeping the visit concise and to the point. Insurance personnel make sure you are getting everything you can out of your insurance. Tests needed are done quick, painless and non invasive. 5 stars isnt enough for this place.

I enjoyed my experience. I went back twice before ordering my glasses. each time they were available to help in a short time I picked out the glasses that I wanted. they understand glasses for someone like me is a large investment. they discussed all the options. Dr. Ross was honest and explained how much difference each eye was from my last prescription. set the kids up with this place too.

This is a great office! They dont over sell anything and give you numbers up front. The Doctor is wonderful and is there to answer any question you may have!

I love everything about this place! EXCEPT for the follow up, when you are waiting for something to come in (I.E.) My lenses had been under warranty and they said it would take 7-10 business days (a week and half) to get my lenses in and they would call me. 3 weeks went by so I called to see if they came in and they had been there for a about 4 days. I dropped my frames off on a Friday to have the lenses put in, they said they should be giving me a call that following Monday. I called Wednesday and they said they have been ready! once again no followup. The staff is very friendly and the Doc is great.

They were so nice and accommodating. Casey was so sweet. DR. was great as well...thank you for getting us in so quick.

This place is amazing! The staff is always friendly and we are always in and out in a reasonable time.Dr. Ross is very knowledgeable and helpful.Ive enjoyed the care and compassion of AFEC so much so that Im willing to drive over an hour. (When we first started going to AFEC we lived closer.)Just recently, my daughter broke her glasses after falling at school. I called to purchase another a pair and they told me that they had a warranty! I didnt even know that they did. Most other offices wouldnt take the time to look that up and would just let you pay for another pair. Score!

I had a couple problems with a delay on my order for myself and my grandmother, doctor Ross stepped in and handle the situation promptly and with my complete satisfaction, he has made a customer for life, in both me and my grandmother! Thank you very much Dr. Ross!

I had a regular check-up with Dr. Krutchner. I had gone to a different eye doctor previously, and they were rushed, took almost no time to check on anything, gave me the wrong prescription, and didnt discuss my eyes with me at all beyond the most basic. With Advanced Family Eye Care, they worked around my schedule, brought me in, and imaged my eyes. Then Doctor Krutchner sat down with me and explained how everything looked, and then gave me a new prescription that took into account all of the information. She contacted my previous eye doctor and made sure that she had covered all of the pertinent information. An excellent experience all the way through.
