This is an amazing place. I had an immediate concern with my vision and needed to be seen promptly. I called earlier in the morning and was given a same day appointment. It was so awesome that I was able to be worked in so quickly. When I arrived I really didnt have to wait long to be seen either. The eye physician was very knowledgeable and nice. Everyone there was very nice. I appreciated them showing concern for my eye sight and came through when I most need it. I will definitely bring my family to start getting their eye examinations and eye care related business at this place. I would most definitely recommend this place!

Front office was professional, friendly, and helpful. Dr. Wells was fantastic. Gave me options for glasses just for work since I work on a computer all day and I wear bifocals. I have never been offered this before. He is so nice and I felt that I had a great exam. I received the best glasses ever. Not only do I see great, the lenses are thin and light weight, much different from what I have received elsewhere. I highly recommend Dr. Wells. You wont be disappointed.

My recent visit to Stonewood was my first time at this clinic. I saw Dr. Brad Wells and was very pleased with the overall experience. The waiting room is clean and welcoming and the location is easy to find, parking was adequate. I feel Dr. Brad did an excellent job of determining the right change in my eye prescription and after updating my lenses with the new prescription, my eyes are much happier. Dr. Brad is also easy to speak with and very professional, I would highly recommend him.

The doctors, Dr. Wells as well as Dr Hibbets take your eyes as if they were their own. Ive had eye surgery 3 times by Dr. Wells referral and they were awesome. After surgery he Always checks on you to make sure you are doing well, he actually stays right on top of things. Natalie at the front desk is one of the best girls working at a front desk, she stays on top of referrals to make sure you are covered, and keeps waiting time down to a minimum, so you arent left sitting there for hours. I Love everything about the entire clinic. Would Highly recommend them and I do!!

The ladies at the front desk welcomed me as soon as I walked in. Easy process of signing in. Not long afterwards, Dr. Hibbett welcomed me and started the eye exam. He was thorough with attention to detail, listened carefully, helped me get the right contacts for my eyes. I love how warm and welcoming this crew is. By far the best eye exam I have ever been to. The doctor was very knowledgeable and courteous and the ladies at the front desk were very kind and helpful.

Not very happy with the ladies upfront in customer service. I had 3 miscommunication on their end where they didnt properly disclose fees in addition to a confirmed eye glass order that ended up not being what I ordered. Dr. Hibbetts is PHENOMENAL and he is why I continue my business there!! I love his personality and his desire to educate his patients and superior customer service!!!!

Ok this is a new review because I had given them a 5-star review 2-weeks ago but things have changed..To begin with the Dr. is probably the best I have ever used!!! He is very informative and really cares and is very professional..Sadly the office staff SUCKS!!!!! It all went down hill when on our last visit my wife was notified during our visit that she had an outstanding balance of $136 from her last visit over 21/2 years ago..Aparently our insurance did not cover a proceedure..Well we were never notified by staff what so ever so when we arrived and were told this we paid part of the money owed and contacted our insurance about the balance and were told basically we were beat because we should have disputed long time ago..A wek later they call and say her glasses were ready for pick-up and while on the phone i told my wife to see if mine were in as well to save a trip..Well the lady got really snarky like it was a real inconvienance and attitude..so now when we go to pick-up her glasses we were told they would not release her glasses until we paid the owed balance..We paid the balance and i pretty much told them how I felt about the situation etc..Now its a week later and I still do not have my glasses?? Guess they are slow playing me because of what I said a week ago..
