My experience at Eyemart Express in Broken Arrow was good. The woman who helped me was very nice and remained calm in spite of the massive amount of people buying glasses on a Saturday. Business was booming the day I went! It seemed that even though there were people waiting, all the associates seemed to be taking their time with the customer in front of them.I found several style of frames that I really liked. There was a variety to choose from- even in the cheap section and that was nice to see. I used insurance for the first time and was happy that my person was knowledgeable and could explain my benefits to me and help me use them. The short wait wasnt bad especially noticing that when it was my turn Id probably get the same care and service as the people before me. Which I did. It was the best experience Ive had buying glasses and Ill definitely return. *likely in the next year to take advantage of the warranty on my frames when they get damaged... but also when its time for new ones again.

Went in on Saturday to order 2 pairs of glasses with one being sun glasses. Took about 45 minutes. Doubled checked before we left that we were getting one of each pair. Came back on Monday to pick up and they did NOT do sunglasses. We waited an additional 45 minutes for them to be done. Was not happy at all. The glasses look nice but the attention to details of work needing to be done was not worth coming here to get cheaper glasses.

The store was short handed the day I was there but the ladies never lost their tempers even with the cranky customers. I picked out my frames while waiting then they woman helped my find the best deal...my insurance vs in store specials. My frames were ready in 45 minutes! They were super helpful.

I went and had an eye exam first at the 41st and Yale store in Tulsa, Oklahoma. First rate, however when I went next door for my glasses the young lady that assisted me is awesome as well. I was told my glasses would possibly be done yesterday but at the latest today so I went by this morning, and I was informed it would be by end of the day, which is 7pm or so.

I love the quality of frames and lenses and the best prices. If you have a problem with your lenses or frames they work with you. I used to go to Precision Optical in Broken Arrow, but their prescription lenses got smudges and became blurry after little use. They easily & quickly got scratched or had surface areas hard to see through. Good luck on replacement. They have a lot of big names on frames and lenses like Seiko, but they dont seem to last. I dont think they use Chinese knockoff fake frames or lenses, but Ive had a lot of better luck and use with Eyemart and I saved a lot of $$$. Eyemart has an excellent warranty along with extended warranties and they wont blame you for how you cleaned or took care of your frames & lenses. Best place for price, selection, and value. Since they are over the country, they have better prices that some small independent shops that have no buying power.

Our experience was awesome!I took my daughter in to purchase glasses, not something she was looking forward to but Josh was the tech that helped us and he was so good with her. She has Aspergers and thus has a lot of questions about every step and Josh was so patient and went above and beyond in explaining everything and answered every question and for this I’m very grateful.

My wife and I have been Eyemart Express at 71& S Sheridan near 10 years. Found a new facility in BA at 71 & S Lynn lane and tried to have pairs of progressive reading and safety working glasses yesterday. 3 women employees attitude is so rude, they yelled and treat me as prisoner, and seem they dont care their business. They just wanted to keep customers out due to current Covid19 situation. So disappointed and we will never be Eyemart customer anymore.

I paid extra for a specific type of tent. They promised to call when the glasses were ready. After many days I call to find out the glasses are ready but no one called to let me know. I show up to find that they have put the wrong tint on my glasses so now Im told they will call me yesterday. Still no call but will be making my 3rd trip to the store today to speak to a manager about the horrible service Ive received. Save yourself time and frustration by going anywhere but here.

The employees at this location were so great! I believe the woman that helped me was named Jessie. She was so kind and helpful. The buying experience was great. Very friendly and knowledgeable people. The only complaint was that when I picked up my new glasses the employee helping me never checked visually to see how the ear pieces fit behind my ears. I did not notice this till after I got home and they were a bit too loose, so I had to adjust them myself.

We went into Eyemart Express in Broken Arrow for my 6 year old son to get a new pair of glasses. He is a very rough boy and breaks his glasses ALL THE TIME! We had already used our insurance for the year so were having to pay out of pocket. The lady who helped me was very polite, helpful, and informative. Excellent service and patience. There isn’t a huge selection of glasses but when you have a family of five the put in glasses the attitude of staff more than compensates for that. Came in with five individuals needing glasses and had some insurance hiccups, of course. Staff was very understanding and helpful. Will definitely go back again.

Hands down, greatest medical people of all time. Christy is top tier! She is the only one available usually but she goes out of her way to make sure everyone is ok. I am new to glasses and she happily walked me through all the ins & outs of styles, types, and even insurance! Her helper (she was not wearing a name tag) is just as great! Making everyone feel comfortable and welcome, constantly cleaning right behind people, and still manages a great smile all day. I refuse to deal with anyone or anywhere else. As a veteran, i put my stamp of approval over and over again!

I have not purchased glasses in 5 years and expected to walk in and have to wait around or deal with pushy salespeople but encounter neither. The selection was great and I was given all the time I wanted to try on pairs in peace to make sure I got what I wanted. Everyone was very friendly and answered all my questions; will definitely be returning for future needs.

We came in to get glasses and Jessie M. started to help us out, everything was fine until she began being rude and unprofessional to us because we wanted to look for the glasses on sale instead the ones she kept picking out that were above our budget. This continued even after we told her we couldnt afford the more expensive ones and she just kept arguing that it was only so and so more and eventually gave us a pair of glasses she said were $39(the on sale ones), but when she rang up they were way more. We couldnt handle anymore of her unprofessional service so just bought them so she would leave us alone.No one else in the store was being told anything when they were looking for less expensive glasses. Jessie M. was disrespectful and non understanding of our circumstances, this was a very negative experience.

I have been going to Eyemart Express for my eye care needs for about 10 years. I started off at the Sand Springs location, and later moved to Broken Arrow. I have always been completely satisfied with the eye doctor, the selection of glasses, the quality, pricing and quickness in receiving my glasses that I received over the years. The store is organized, clean and kid friendly. Customer service is impeccable. Words cannot begin to describe the wonderful, attentive and compassionate experience I received from the staff from my latest visit. I am a hands-on Grandma to 6 rough-and-tumble grandkids, aged 16-1. Lets just say my glasses have been broken on quite a few occasions. 😂 The last frame ended up in 3 complete pieces. I could not afford a new prescription or brand new frames. I was desperately trying to find an inexpensive solution, as I needed my vision. Jessie to the rescue!! She walked me through the less expensive frames, trying to fit my old lenses into a affordable pair. PRESTO. Between Jessie, Joe, Noelle and Penny, we were able to find a fit and make it work. I literally cried with joy. I then walk up to the counter and asked what I owe. Jessie replied Nothing, I am taking care of it. More tears!!! Like so many others, I am in a hard financial state. Money is scarce when you have 6 grandkids. 🤪 The kindness, generosity and compassion I was shown by the team at BA Eyemart Express is unmatched by any other. With state question 793 not passing, eye glasses are expensive in Oklahoma. This place is very affordable! We were at One Vision and the employee told us about eyemart; thank goodness. We got 2 pairs for less then we would have got one pair elsewhere . Bobby was very helpful, professional, and very informative. Im glad we came here. Because we are tired of having to go out of state to buy glasses .

Hello, I am Taylor and I recently bought sunglasses from y’all on June 5th. The process of ordering them was even a hassle. Jo helped me and you could tell she wasn’t sure what to do. Every step of the way she asked for help and wasn’t very friendly. Anyway, When I received the first text that they were ready for pick up I got here and they were glasses instead of sunglasses and you guys decided to try and tint them there in office. I got a text stating they were ready for pick up again. I get there and they tell me I’m sorry but we ran into an issue trying to tint them and they ended up scratching and cracking. They decided they would rush order new lenses and they should be here by the 12th. I called on Saturday the 13th to ask if they had arrived, they told me no it takes 7-11 days I said well these were supposed to be rushed and she said “ no sorry doesn’t look like they came in. Well Monday the 15th comes around so I call again and ask if they had arrived yet and she says no. So I told her they were supposed to be rushed and she went and checked the back and sure enough they were in. Well I get a text on Monday stating that they are ready. I go to pick them up on Tuesday and they are hardly tinted definitely not tinted for sunglasses. Supposedly I had told one of the girls they were too dark the first time (that was never even asked). So Obviously I couldn’t pick up so that was another waste of a trip. I tell them no they need to be darker, I was told I could pick up on Wednesday. So here it is Wednesday and I am here to pick them up. Well I look at them and they really don’t look much thinner than my regular prescription which I paid extra for HD. Then right on the lens is a spot that the tinting messed up. No it isn’t a big spot but considering the fact I just paid $200 for these sunglasses I expect for them to be perfect. This whole experience has been awful from the time I stepped in the door. I even tried to email them but I never received a response back. I am pretty disappointed at how they handled the issue.

This was the 3rd place i had been today, Did not have good experiences at the places i had been earlier in the day. Jessie was absolutely wonderful she was kind and listened to my concerns and my daughters concerns about having to have Bifocals for the first time. Also had my son with me and she was very good with him as well. She answered all my questions and maintained a very professional way about it but also very down to earth and not pushy with the sale. She was genuine and had a big smile and made us feel welcomed and important. We did not get that anywhere else that we had been today. She should definitely be recognized for her outstanding customer service today.Thanks to her i will definitely be back.. Would also like to say everyone in the store was friendly and professional. Great staff at this location.

The quality of the glasses were fine but the staff is very unreliable and rude especially Bonnie. I was told that my glasses would be ready the next day by 11 oclock I showed up with my 2 infants and they still were not ready 45 minutes after 11. Then an hour after that I was called to let me know that 1 of the frames had broken and when I explained that I was kind of upset every time I tried to answer a question Bonnie overtalked me and rudely explained to me that she told my husband which we were sitting together the whole time at the ordering process and just called me a liar I will not deal with her or Eyemart again.

The service was fast and efficient. I was in and out of there with fitting and all in under an hour. Only waited 20 mins for my glasses to be done. The staff was fast yet friendly and attentive. I will return.

My husband & I bought our glasses on the same day. The staff was great...answered all our questions, and guided us to the correct eyewear that would meet our needs. We are, each, very happy with both the quality for the price and the design of our new glasses. Eyemart Express continues to be our only choice for new glasses. They provide great customer service at time of purchase and also whenever we might need a quick repair. With such good pricing that’s even less than what insurance might cover, I don’t see why anyone would shop somewhere else for glasses.

I wear multi-focal contacts most of the time. I wanted some cheap bifocals for back up and when I have my contacts out. Everywhere I went I was given prices of over $300. Stopped by Eyemart Express and got two pair for under $100. The staff was great also!

I love this place. Glasses can be so expensive but here they have such affordable prices. I have had a pair from a more upscale place but did not find the quality any better only the price was higher. Shannon is always so helpful and nice and knowledgeable. My particular lenses are dufficult to make but they always get it right.

Horrible. Had bi foculs done and the glasses sucked. They told me to wear them for a week to get used to reading. I have to throw my head all the way back to read anything. My neck feels thrown out of alignment reading. Avoid this place, their craftsmanship sucks. Anyone suggest a better place to get glasses made properly?

Worst customer service ever today! In fact, two workers went to a back room and I could hear them laughing about how they were going to make my son and I wait for his glasses (I was standing outside the open door and heard every word). We moved here a week ago from the Fort Smith area, and always had great customer service in Fort Smith. We buy glasses for my husband and I, and our son (2 regular glasses and 1 sunglasses), and my husband also buys safety glasses. Our insurance doesn’t work at Eyemart, but we always had great service so we continued to pay out of pocket in Fort Smith. I guess the local Eyemart isn’t getting all our business since they can’t treat their customers with respect.

This place is hands down the best eyeglass store. I absolutely adore the staff here. I have had 2 mishaps concerning my glasses. Once they broke due to a motorcycle accident and the 2nd time I lost my glasses. I had my glasses back in less time them they promised.

I entered the store at 11:02am and left with a new pair of prescription sunglasses at 12:45pm. Christy provided individualized assistance in picking out my frames and choosing the correct lens for me. I got what I went in for and wasnt pressured to buy anything else. It was fast and efficient and I love my new glasses. I will return to Eyemart and I will recommend them to everyone.
