This is a good location! Always has variety & usually are in & out at reasonable speeds without slacking on service!! Good location.

The automated phone answer is horrible.

Always frustrating at this place! My mom gets her medicine from here she is 75 recovering from stroke doesn’t drive nor does she have a cell phone with the app so she calls to speak with someone in person they tell her her meds will be ready in 10-15 mins so she sends me and when I get there guess what not ready and won’t be for two days!!! Not the first time or even the 2nd time this has happened! What is wrong with these people?

Sunday, 5/5/20I went in for over the counter medicine & decided to shop wearing my mask & gloves. I bought $202 worth of groceries & supplies. There were 3 other shoppers while I was there, all masked & staying well apart. However, NONE of the employees wore any kind of protection at all, including the very nice young girl scanning & touching every item in my unsanitized cart. Three other girls were setting up a display, touching, working a foot apart. I fear for everyone In that store, workers & shoppers. I will not go back.

This is a very nice Walgreens. Clean and orderly. Super nice employees. Of course the prices are going to be higher than at your local wal mart as is so for all Walgreens that I have been to. Pay close attention on the sales though. They can fool you. If you don’t read terms closely.

I came here one morning arrived right at 7 when the doors were supposed to open. I am in a hurry of course .. I am waiting by the door at 7:01 still dont see anyone in the store. Finally at 7:02 I see a lady walk around. I knock on the door. She doesnt acknowledge me. Takes her drink and stuff to the front by the register. I knock again a little louder. She looks at me at shrugs. Oh goodness. Now my blood pressure is sky high lol but she finally walks over and opens the door at 7:03. Doesnt apologize or anything. Lost my business 😣

Great people! Know me by name when I go there. Even the cashiers. Great place. Even good place to grab midnight munchies or movie night sized refreshments!

5-18-19 great pharmacy staff. They were very helpful and courteous. Everything was done through the drive thru. Very efficient.

After just having a bad experience at CVS I came to Walgreens, and the guy at the drive through pharmacy was really nice, he was professiona,l and didnt make me feel like a nuisance ,which was nice. He was a younger guy and overall took my bad mood and made me have a little more faith in todays society.

I went in dressed down and was treated with huffs and puffs. I was trying to use my balance rewards and I didnt know you had to have the full amount of the rewards if you wanted the rewards, I was told by the cashier we wont give you money back for rewards when I never said I wanted money back, which I told her. I was trying to buy a few candy bars to make my purchase the full $10 i had on my balance rewards and like I said huffs and puffs, I ended up telling them never mind and walked out of the store. I went to my trusted walgreens on gilcrease since they never treat me with the way the walgreens in broken arrow did. I was dressed down entering the store and I believe this is why I was judged as trying to get money back for rewards. Im not an idiot I didnt want money back and obviously if I have $10 worth of rewards it shows I spend money at walgreens to rack up those rewards. I will never return here.

I always go there if I need to pick up something quickly. They almost always have what I need at a good price and the people who work there are very friendly and helpful

Always wait a really long time to be waited on at the pharmacy. Even when there isnt a line Im asked to wait almost every time. Even with the expeess pass I waited 10 min. We miss our 91 and Sheridan staff!

I get my prescriptions at this Walgreens AND always have to shop the makeup isle while waiting. :)

Went in to get a prescription. Was told it would just be a minute. Got a text saying it’s ready but the pharmacist didn’t call us over. We waited 25 minutes and still didn’t call us over meanwhile multiple other people who came in after us all left with their prescriptions already. When we went to the window to ask about it, they took it out of the bin (which meant it was sorted and ready). We’d be gone if they called us over as soon as the prescription was ready. Wasted 25 minutes in there. Need better pharmacy assistants.
