I literally have no idea how CVS messes up my sons prescription every single month!! EVERY MONTH! I have tried everything to help this process go smoothly. Communication rarely happens and when it does its wrong. I have enough to deal with between costs of meds, therapy, appointments, and life with a special needs kid. I just cant conceptualize how one pharmacy can mess up 100% of the time! I just cant take it anymore. The staff dont communicate with each other so when I talk to one in the morning and am told my script is ready. Then after work I go to pick it up and no one knows what Im talking and my script is not ready. They rarely answer the phone, most of them have horrible attitudes, and it is over all just unacceptable!

Made me and my girlfriend wait 20 minutes in the drive through and when we finally got through they didnt even have her birth control ready that they called us there for.What a joke of a pharmacy.

Customer service is awful. I stood at front waiting to pay for my items at least 10 minutes. When the cashier finally showed up, she did not say one word to me. No hello, no your total is blah blah and no good bye. What’s sad is her name tag said she was a manager.

Only used them since 1 of my prescriptions cannot be sent to Walmart and they are near my home. Appt time was 11:45. Its now 4:24 and had to have the doctors office call them because they have told me each time I came by that they hadnt received my prescriptions. No apology, very short not helpful at all. Thankfully the doctors office has always been very pleasant and helpful with getting my prescriptions to get them filled. Next time I will make sure to have them sent to Walgreens. Now sitting in drive thru line and was told it would take 15 minutes to fill. Even at Walmart when its backed up it has never taken this long.

If you don’t mind waiting at least 30 minutes each time you call this pharmacy, no matter what time of day, this place is for you! Highly highly unsatisfied every time I go or call them I will definitely be looking for another pharmacy.

This location has some of the rudest pharmacy staff I have ever witnessed. I have not had many issues with the Pharmacists other than slow due to being overwhelmed and short handed. But the support team is RUDE, unable and unwilling to help or answer simple questions. Number one response, I dont know Never, I dont know, let me find out They just dont care.

They made me wait 30 minutes for my scripts and I didn’t even get a “thank you” or ANYTHING. No response, just sent my meds through the tube and that was it. Won’t be using them anymore and you probably shouldn’t either until they figure something out.

Their Pharmacy staff is the most unprofessional pharmacy I have ever seen/used. They do NOT communicate well with their team members whatsoever nor do they treat their customers nicely. I had to talk to a total of 6 different techs and none of them knew what my situation was. So I had to explain my situation every time. This is only in a matter of a day and a half. Suck a LACK of customer service In my opinion. I had such a horrible experience that it is leading me to transfer to another pharmacy. I would never recommend this pharmacy to anyone I know.

I dont even know where to start this place specifically the Pharmacy has the worst service I have experienced in my adult life. Prescriptions are never ready their 15 min is always an hour or more. They never answer the phone NEVER!Horrible customer service their excuse is they are short handed or backed up every time... do not recommend this Pharmacy

Absolutely the worst pharmacy Ive ever seen. They always take forever to even acknowledge your existence at the counter or drive through. With only 1 person in front of me it took over 30 min to be talked to. Expect to wait at least twice as long as they say for your scripts to be filled. When they get to far behind they make up lies about why it cant be filled. I was told my non narcotic couldnt be filled because only the pharmacist could fill narcotics. It took 3 days to finally get it filled. I will def be moving to a different pharmacy.

They NEVER answer their pharmacy phone! Last time I held for 15minutes driving there. Hung up one I got there & the phone was still saying 2 pharmacy calls after I hung up. Very frustrating when dealing with timely medication. The pharmacist (blonde female) is rude in her response & her assistant followed suit. Had my Dr transfer script to another CVS due to my insurance pharmacy preference. I LOVE BA DRUG in Broken Arrow!

I just switched from Walmart to CVS bc I thought I would get better customer service but I was very wrong. At first I tried calling them and was put on hold for 30 min with no answer so I went to the pharmacy and I was told I would have to go to a different CVS if I wanted my script filled today. Im shocked. And highly disappointed. I guess Ill be switching again. You are terrible. the pharmacist was rude as well. You lost a new customer already

The Pharmacy seems to be having some issues. I have gone 2x to pick up a prescription that I had called in 2 days before & it wasnt ready? Then today I tried to find out what was going on with a prescription that I had called in 5 days ago , only to find out that there is a 7 day & a 30 day in process..of the sameperscription??? And now I cant get the Pharmacy to answer. I have called 4x. Not sure what is happening?

The service is terrible in the pharmacy. If you call you have to sit on the phone for 20+ minutes waiting for someone to answer. It also takes forever to get prescriptions. I am now 3 weeks in waiting for a refill. Then when you pick up your prescription you have to wait forever for someone to come to the window or register. Don’t recommend them.

Worst Pharmacy EVER!!!! They gave me the wrong prescription TWICE! They are extremely rude. The manager Cynthia is the worst and the tech Ann is a close second. I gave them several chances and they failed almost ever time. The medical/ Pharmacy board truly needs to investigate their lacking in providing correct, safe and accurate medication despensing and procedures. They are in major need for Ethics education as well. DO NOT USE THIS CVS PHARMACY. They may ending up hurting or killing you or your loved ones. PLEASE TAKE THIS A 100% TRUTH!!!!! PROTECT YOURSELVES!!I WOULD HAVE GIVEN THEM A NO STARS RATING IF THAT WERE POSSIBLE!!!!

Effective immediately I am having all of my husband’s and my prescriptions transferred to Walmart. This is my second official complaint in the past 90 days. No longer will we use CVS Pharmacy especially store #4896. Once again I have been attempting to get a prescription, this one for Lotrel, transferred to CVS for my husband with NO results. This time I have made 4 phone calls over 2 days. Each time being promised by CVS that my request would be ready today. When I called the 4th time at 8:30 this evening the pharmacy had no clue about my previous calls.This is not acceptable customer service. Stress is highly detrimental to my health. Apparently my health and customer satisfaction are not important to CVS. Therefore I am taking my pharmaceutical business elsewhere and will post a social media review expressing my disappointment in CVS. I will also personally recommend changing from CVS Pharmacy to elsewhere to my family and friends.Sincerely dissatisfied,

I’m soooo sick of waiting 30-45 mins in line and then they tell me it’s not ready or I can’t pick it up, or I have to come back. I try to call they never answer . It’s ridiculous. I called in to refill my prescription and it said it was ready and then i got there oh you can’t pick it up. When I was sick I couldn’t get my meds for 3 days I finally went to another pharmacy. Stay away.

What the heck is going on at CVS at 145th & 91st in Broken Arrow. In the last few months customer service and response time has become nonexistent. I have tried numerous times to call the pharmacy and after several tries at different times and different days, holding for over 15 mins had to hang up. Finally got through and requested my scripts at 1pm. Went to Drive thru at 6pm. I was the 3rd in line. It took over 30 mins to get to the window where I watched the pharmacist and the tech talking, she looked at me and they turned and went away. Didn’t acknowledge my existence for another 20 mins. Then she told me my script hasn’t been filled and they are 1-2 days behind on filling scripts but she would push it through and it would be ready in about an hour!! Apparently CVS DOESNT CARE IF THEY RETAIN THEIR CUSTOMERS!! In a world that has become all about connivence there are plenty of other pharmacies that will gladly accept my business. CVS YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF!!!

Dropped off a prescription and told them it was a new Rx for my sick infant son who needed it NOW. I was told the wait was 45 minutes. Came back 50 minutes later and was told it would be another 20. This time was a different person, so I told him we needed it ASAP, and he was able to get it filled in 10 instead of 20, but I will not be using this CVS again!

I highly recommend!.used this location for years & always take good care of me I have to get some of my scripts at Walgreens, Because of my insurance coverage. hate that Walgreens store . They are more expensive than CVS. They don’t get in any hurry either!and I always get my flu shots &pneumonia shots at thisCVS . Also got my shingles shot there . The staff in this store ,are always friendly & helpful.

Over charged RXs. $200 HIGHER THAN ANY PLACE IN TOWN. This pharmacy gets away wth this because no one will speak out. ITS GOT TO STOP. Even there products on shelves overpriced. They habe to be stopped .
