So very impressed with this dental office. The staff is wonderful! Very detail oriented, friendly and informative. The dentist and hygienist , as well as the receptionist , provide an absolute 5 star service!I’m so happy I found them!

Have always had a good experience at Prairie Central Dental. I switched from my last dentist because I felt like they were lecturing me if I needed to cancel an appointment. No judgment at this location. Very friendly, helpful and professional.

Excellent service and very professional, went in to get a cavity removed, was out the door in less than 20 minutes.

Great care and they were very considerate of my concerns. My only criticism, and its unrelated to my professional treatment, is that the place could use some sprucing up.

If I could give this place less than one star I would. I had a horrible cleaning. The woman was HORRIFIC. I left in tears. I told them I was not coming back (and this was over a year ago). I am constantly heckled by them with emails and calls. Someone BOOKED me a new appointment without my consent. I live in another state. And I cannot get them to STOP calling me.

Very easy going, but professional office. Dont confuse this office with a Perfect Teeth or some fly by night pop up chain. This is a clean and relaxing environment without the feeling of being rushed out so they can turn another patient into $$$. I have been there twice and have no reason or desire to want to go somewhere else. It is impossible to find a dentist you can trust, but I have. And I am staying with Prairie Dental.

Dr. K and staff are very knowledgeable when it came to repairing some less than stellar treatment from a previous office.Selina is so helpful, helping me understand my treatment plans.Dr. K and Cindy are very gentile. They make me feel comfortable when I’m in the dental chair.

I havent been to a dentist in years... they were able to get me in same day/ same morning when my filling fell out. This was such a pleasant experience, (Im sorry I dont remember names) the tech was new ish and so was the dentist, at that location but they worked like a very well oiled machine, I was nervous but they did soooo well! I want to go back just to see those ladies.My insurance covered over 70 percent so I did not have to deal with cost problems or questions about it. But it was the best experience Ive had at a dentist. Ever.And its a lady dentist! I know I shouldnt be surprised but I was and she is fantastic and kind! THANK YOU!

I have taken both of my kiddos to different offices here in Brighton and in Thornton. Our experience with these locations have been awful to say the least. We now go to prairie center dental care and it is awesome. It begins at the front desk. Our needs are met with care and professionalism. We thank you and appreciate it.

Due to a disability and my own fears of going to the dentist, I hadn’t been in years. The dental team wasn’t at all judgmental and quickly set up a plan that worked for me. They were even willing to work with my medical team to assure that treatments wouldn’t overlap. Great team of gentle, kind, and understanding professionals!

Amazing staff ! They made me feel comfortable and cared for me. Squeezed me in immediately when I had tooth pain and fixed me up right away.

The staff are always very professional and knowledgeable. Since this is a corporately managed office, there seems to be a lot of turn around, especially with the doctors. If you want a place where you see the same dentist every time, this is not the place for you. Other than that, I have been coming to Prairie Center for years and they have consistent practices, are excellent with communication insurance information and follow up.

This place has a so much fun. Anabel really knows how to make you comfortable. I got a blanket to keep me warm. My teeth feel so good. It was very relaxing and fun to come here. I would recommend this place to anyone who is Leary of the dentist. Can’t wait to come back thank you to Anabel and the staff well done

I haven’t been to the dentist in a log time and they were happy to help! They did not judge and talked me through everything. They were always timely and upfront about what they wanted to get done. Super glad I went there for both my appointments!

Just want to start off with I really love going to the dentist. Dr Joshua and his team are amazing. They really take their time to know you and your needs. They are very good at getting you in and out in a timely manner. They are very clear as to what they will be doing and the cost before you even start. Best Dental Care ever!

0 stars. I went expecting to get a cleaning. After an hour I get a quote, no cleaning. The quote was over 400 dollars each side for a cleaning. I don’t recommend wasting your time with this business.

I personally don’t like going to the dentist, but everyone is so friendly I forget I’m at the dentist when I am there. I have had a handful of cleanings, cavities fill and soon will get a crown. All the dentist I have seen are so gentle and knowledgeable.

Very friendly staff. The hygienists definitely know what they are doing and take the time to educate you on your teeths condition, as well as how to take care of them. The dentists are very friendly and spend the time to get to know you. They make sure that they are up to date on your file, and follow up with any problems. Definitely a 10 out of a 10.

I can’t enough good things about my experience here. I am new(ish) to the area and had recently cracked a tooth by accidentally biting into a popcorn kernel.Not only were they able to get me in immediately - they were so kind, professional, and my experience with them was outstanding. Dr. Allen and his team were just awesome.Not only were they able to help in an urgent situation- but I found a place that I was happy to establish care in. I would recommend to anyone!

I am appalled! I understand marijuana is legal but I believe it should not be done at a work place. Seen the manager and a friend smoking outside. I didn’t visible see what they were smoking but I could smell it. Unacceptable! This company needs to be a drug free zone, especially because they deal with our dental hygiene!

The Dentist and his staff took the time to explain in detail the dental work I needed and why as well as all the possible solutions to my dental problems. They went over payment plans and Dental plans. I haven’t been to any dental office who so thoroughly explained everything.

Run dont walk to another Dentist! I have had an appointment there for over 6 months for my regular cleaning. Show up today and they dont have me on the schedule! Can get me in at 8 or 9! Yeah great considering my apt was for 7. I have the card from when I was in there over 6 months ago stating my apt was for today at 7. The receptionist couldnt have cared less. No sorry no checking on why nothing. Moving on! I suggest you do too!

I dont typically do reviews, but my experience with this place went from good the first couple times I visited to terrible the last couple times. It even pushed me to see another dentist. The last couple times I visited this location, I was often pressure sold to do extra things that were unnecessary. The final time I visited this location was about 17 months ago to have a crown fitted. The experience was so awful, I havent gone back. Not only were they not able to secure my crown properly, the continued their sales pitches the entire time I was there. After being fit with the crown(3 times to secure it), I was set to get a cleaning. During my cleaning, the crown popped off again. I spent nearly half a day there. Fast forward to this month, I called to find out if how long they guarantee their work on crowns as mine fell out. I have 3 crowns and never had one fall out on its own let alone in less than 17 months. They would not guarantee it because I stopped coming to them so that they are able to monitor it. What a joke! Avoid this place.

Ive been a patient for 5 years and unfortunately will not be returning. There has been complete turnover in the staff and it wasnt positive change. The newest dentist put resin composite on my two front teeth without my consent (a cosmetic procedure to hide my fluoride stains). She said she would show me what it would look like which I didnt take to mean semi-permanently adhered to my teeth. When I expressed concern that it was done without me wanting it, the dentist insisted that it could be easily removed. Not liking the outcome, I returned 6 weeks later to remove them and it was a disaster. She couldnt remember what my teeth looked like before and ended up taking away some of my original tooth! Its barely noticeable to anyone but I am very upset. It was also an uncomfortable procedure, with water all over my face and smoke from the drill directly burning into my nose. I left upset only to run my tongue over my teeth and feel sharp pain - after drilling away at my two front teeth, the dentist left a sharp edge that cut my tongue! I returned to have her chip away at my front teeth again. All of this over an unnecessary procedure that I didnt want and didnt agree to do!!

Every time Im here, its two hours of my life gone. A 30-45 minute wait, followed by a 45 minute cleaning where staff is always coming and going. In the past several years I have come here, Ive never seen the same dentist. Today, the dentist looks looks like hes fresh out of high school. Unless you want to spend your time growing gray hairs, paying out the rear for unnecessary dental work, and being up-selled, go somewhere else. Time for a new dentist.

First time in all the years attending this practice I was not happy with my appointment. Seems like this place has a high turn around rate. The only person I recognize is the Doc and she has only been there the last 2 cleanings. My major complaint is I left with a major migraine due to the fact they made me keep my jaw open for far too long. I had jaw pains and they didn’t care. Never has this happened before. They took too long to do everything! Now I need to reconsider going back.

If I could give less than zero stars I would. This dental practice talked us into temporary partial dentures to aid in healing from extractions and to allow my husband to eat normally during the 3 to 4 month period before his permanent partial dentures could be fitted. Our insurance did not pay for them and all costs were out of pocket. They never fit from the moment they were first put in and my husband lost a lot of weight that he couldnt afford to lose as he could not wear them and could not eat normally. After numerous complaints that the temporary plates could not be worn, my husband was told that there was nothing more to be done. Then out of the blue, the dentist decided to no longer treat my husband with no reason given. Of course, this was after our annual dental insurance benefit was almost exhausted. When we found a new dentist we were also told that they charged us for unnecessary deep cleaning, another out of pocket expense, that my husband did not need. We have requested a refund and have had no word from the dentist. NEVER go to this dentist, they will take your money for unnecessary treatment and will not make sure the work they perform quality work. Once your dental insurance is deleted they will drop you.

Feeling much better about a broken tooth that has a temp crown now. Long 3 hours in the chair but the Dr and staff are very understanding, so worth it to have my tooth back in place.

My experience was outstanding. Quick. Efficient. Friendly. All good, on every level. And they didnt try to UPSELL constantly as other dental offices do. Great job, Team!

I had my teeth cleaned two weeks ago and was told (by their entirely new staff that I didnt know existed until I got there) that I needed two crowns, had two cavities and needed a filling replaced. Finding this strange - as I have not even had a cavity in about 30 years - I found my former dentist and went to him for a second opinion. Turns out, I DONT NEED ANY DENTAL WORK AT ALL! Prairie Center has lost my business.

A patient twice a year for 6+ yrs and this is the service I get. Confirm our we’ll cancel your appointment and charge you the cancellation fee. That’s the voice message I received from this office. That was the last straw. Apparently the doctor, whom will likely be a new face, is very busy and needs to know in advance if they can charge me the cancellation fee for a missed appointment. The reason I schedule appointments is to accommodate my schedule not theirs. In recent years the staff and doctors turn over about every 6 months, are constantly on the upsell and have taken to harassing patients over appointments. I was the last in a family of 4 hoping that things would improve…I was let down. This was once an excellent office, not anymore.

This was once a good dentist office with Dr. Bruggerman. It has been difficult because they have changed staff there twice in a matter of months therefore making it hard to make business like relationships. The new people as of this month are horrible for they are very high pressure and make you feel pressured I would definitely not recommend them to anyone. Instead try a new dentist and visit Bruggerman dental!

Not quite sure where all the poor reviews are coming from. Ive been treated well by the Dr. and the staff really seems to care. The office is clean and up to date. that matters to me.

Told them I needed a tooth pulled when I made the appointment & I get there & they X-ray & want to refer me to a specialist then come back ! Just more time which I dont have when my tooth is killing me!! & money. & they tell me the dentist that extracts teeth is out this week ...well why would you make an appt then for someone who says they need their tooth pulled! So frustrating I could have went somewhere else!

I was impressed with the staff at Pairie Center Dental Care. The lady at the front desk was professional and came out and sat with me to explain insurance information and billing info. Extremely helpful.Although I experienced pain during my procedure the doctor stopped immediately and took care of the pain. She assured me that everything was going to be alright. Lets face it Im sure everyones blood pressure is elevated when having to go to the dentist. Im very pleased with the dental work I have receivedSo far and will continue to go to Dr. Andrea Frank and her assistant Ericka for my future dental needs.

I took my brother to Prairie Center Dental Care for a denture consultation. The Office Manager, Physician Assistant and the consulting Phycician were very helpful in proving a review of my brother’s denture needs and providing us with options for him. I became aware of Praire Center Dental Care through an internet search. I certainly would recommend them for their courteous customer service.

The Cap they put on my tooth has messed my tooth under up more than it was due to them putting a cap of the wrong size on. 😡 thank goodness I found a good dentist to fix it.

I just came back from having a second crown installed in the past month and I have to tell you the experience was tremendous. Now for someone like me to use the word tremendous is significant considering the horrible experiences Ive had back with I was a child and young adult. In the old days I would have to endure the old, crusty dentist who smelled like cigarettes and formaldehyde and would literally yell at me for squirming even though I was in incredible pain. Dr. Frank and her staff really put me at ease and are just as much concerned with my well being as they are to getting the job done right. Ive had crowns in the past and it would take days if not weeks to be able to chew with any normalcy. Dr. Frank is so precise in her work that within minutes of leaving her office Im back to eating like normal folk. I recommend Dr. Frank to anyone in search of a highly skilled and compassionate dentist.

This office is a mess, they promise you one price when booking the appointment then change it when you are in the chair. They cannot file paperwork correctly, so that the patient gets billed for unnecessary procedures after telling me the procedure had been preapproved by insurance.

Horrible scheduling issues. Cancelled on me three times the day of and hours before appointments. Most people, like me, have to work around school and work schedules. Really inconvenient. Will not be using them any longer.

The worst dental care ever. They did refund my money. I lost my tooth in the 5 weeks of pain. Very poor treatment from the staff. Even after they said they were wrong...they left me with only 5 days of pain meds & the Dr. went on vacation?. Staff treated me poorly again. I went to our family Dr. for help. I ended up at an oral surgeon in Denver....lost my tooth. Cheap ugly over charging Company that pushes Drs to make the buck$$$. No expert in house. BEWARE!

I hadnt been to the dentist in a year and a half. Last time I was there, I saw the *gentleman dentist who has always taken *good care of me, though I dont know his name. Dr Frank came in, said a quick hi, said we looked at the X-rays and you have 5 cavities...what?! I was taken back with shock; at my last visit I had zero cavities, only a dark pit that we were to keep an eye on because it could progress into a cavity. She looked quickly in my mouth, told me to get my wisdom teeth removed because it could lead to this horribly awful infection. I had to stop her from leaving so I could ask if my pit was one of the cavities...she didnt even see it originally, though its really noticeable if you pay a little bit of attention. She went back to look and said yep, thats a 6th cavity and that was it. No genuine care.I had never met Dr. Frank before so a simple introduction with a handshake wouldve done the world of good for first impressions. She spent all of 3 minutes with me. She didnt take the time to show me the x-rays or explain where the cavities were. I was still in such shock that I didnt think to ask the right questions.Even with all of that, theres grace; I was the last appointment for the day...Maybe she was late or didnt feel good or needed to do something in her personal life. I understand needing to move quickly but there is no excuse for making me feel like Im not worth spending time on, that my mouth is decaying and Im gonna die of a horrible infection from my wisdoms teeth. I left feeling so horrible but I can get over that, after all its the dentist and nobody likes the dentist.The reason for me leaving this practice was the crap I had to go through after the appointment. I waited until after the Thanksgiving holiday and then I needed answers about my cavities and what was going on with my oral health. All I wanted was clarification. Where are they? How bad are they? Simple questions.I called on a Wednesday afternoon and of course their office was closed. I left a message explaining that I was after clarification. I heard nothing from them on Thursday or Friday morning so I decided to call that afternoon and spoke to the front desk. I explained the story and she said that Dr Frank could call me later that day which she didnt. The front desk lady could have been compassionate, apologized, or done anything to make me feel like a valued client. She did no such thing even though I told her I felt very poorly treated. I called again Monday and had to leave another message. Each voicemail was getting progressively frustrated explaining what I needed and asking if the dentist I saw would call me back and explain my oral condition. No client should try this hard and still fall through the cracks.Finally Tuesday comes, nearly a week after my initial phone call, and it was Dr. Frank who called me. She said that she had tried to call the day before but couldnt leave a voicemail because a problem with my phone...I know phones have glitches but other people were able to leave me voicemails that day. If you cant leave a voicemail, you call again and see if it changes the second time or if the person answers. If its really important, you make the effort...Anyways, she was told that my voicemails were very frustrated. She was firm on the phone, boarder line rude and that again, put me in shock mode. She briefly apologized for the lack of contact but there was no sincerity. After getting past that, I got some of my answers.Three cavities were starting under existing fillings that Ive had forever. The fillings were getting looser, leaving room for bacteria. The other two were in one location between molars. When I asked about the 6th one being the pit, she had no remembrance of it nor was it in her notes.With such a great failure like this, I expect a little more effort to make amends. It was the dentist who failed to begin with by being so rushed and then everything after that really sucked being a reflection of the office as a whole.So saddened by my experience.

I have one complaint today. The hygienist did the oral cancer check, with gloved hands she ran her fingers through my mouth but then proceeded to touch my cheeks, jaw and throat. I had spit all over my face. I was so surprised and I didnt say anything but I should have. What are they thinking!?
