I truly feel like I’ve been ripped off. I went in for a general cleaning and they said they would “take pictures”. Come to find out the took a CT scan on top of normal X-rays that my insurance will not cover. No one told me they were taking that and it was not necessary. For the exam and cleaning they billed over $1,000. I was also told that I needed laser gum treatment and 2 crowns, totaling $5,200. I got a second opinion and don’t actually need anything done. Everyone was great and kind to my face, it’s what happened behind the scenes I have a real problem with. Please don’t go here, they just want your money.

I am so impressed with this office and their communication. I went in for a cleaning and was amazed with how they explained treatment. Not only did they explain with verbiage I understood but showed me what they were talking about with my x rays. They explained what my insurance covers and treatment they recommend. Even showed me what my insurance didn’t cover and let me decide if I wanted to do everything or just what my insurance covered. What amazed me was a week later I received what looked like a bill from my insurance telling me I owed so much more for x rays and hygiene instructions. This is the first time I’ve had insurance so I wasn’t sure how insurance worked. Sure enough they explained that it was an EOB and not a bill they also emailed me what they charged my insurance and what I was charged and it matched perfectly. Wish insurance made these statements people friendly. When I called my insurance they explained the same information the office provided me. Really impressed with everyone from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. If you want a place that really explains things and understands insurance I highly recommend this place. The technology and professionalism this place offers is mind blowing can’t find places like this anymore.

I came in for a tooth ache. They were able to get me in, make me feel cared for and so far the experience is great! But they asked for $5,400 up front paid in full for two root canals or they Couldnt treat me. They refused to do any payment plans. So I left. Seems like a great dentist office if you can afford thousands out of pocket to see them.... I have Kaiser insurance but it doesnt cover dental.

Ask for Dr. Roggow!!! He is amazing. I am high anxiety, and very nervous. he makes me feel safe and cared for! He always checks that I am okay through the process and he takes every step to insure I am comfortable! He has changed the way I feel about the dentist. 100 stars out of 5!

5 stars for this office. Went in after being sent to multiple offices from my other dentists. I love that all the specialties come to one office. I got treatment done that same day and a couple weeks later I received a check from the office. My insurance over paid and they called me immediately to let me know I will be getting money back. On top of getting me out of pain an honest office where you can count on and wont rip you off.

I first get there and the dentist tells me it has been over a year since I had X-rays done and that they are going to X-ray my teeth. I then get a bill from them for $360 because they did 4 normal X-rays but also did 4 “2D” X-rays that my insurance won’t cover! Shouldn’t they have checked with my insurance to make sure they would cover the 2D X-rays before they did them!? AND ask me if it would be ok to do them... before doing them without my consent!? Instead they just expect me to pay $360 for unnecessary X-rays!?The dentist didn’t even clean my teeth! She said I had a bunch of “4’s” and “5’s” as if I know dentist lingo and that I need to have a dental hygienist clean my teeth.. so the front desk lady comes to me and gives me a price estimate and tells me it will cost $700 to get my teeth cleaned!!!They are a scam and don’t care about your teeth. They are only out to make money from you!!

If I could do 0 stars I would I found my family in need of new dentist because we had to change insurance I have always kept up on my kids dental appts. This place is a price gouging joke and in a position of trust you dont realize til its to late in a emergency with teeth causing pain I found longmont modern dentistry that took our insurance they did 2 unnecessary root canals on my 17 yr old and I found a modern dentistry closer to us and after the fact found out they are 2 in the same brighton modern denistry gouged me for over $2000 in work on my kids and tried pressuring me into $1500 deep cleanings for my kids wouldnt even offer regular cleaning so that when I decided we werent going back and now my 17 year old daughter has been dealing with pain in and around one of the root canals went for exam else where and come to find out the $1300 root canals we got 1 yr ago is failing and they fractured her root on the the tooth next to it. Roots dont get fractured unless you are doing work on roots and everytime we would go back complaining of the pain they always said nothings wrong. Sad to say they do this to people to kids to families JUST PURELY UNETHICAL PRACTICE!! RUNNNNNN!

I have a lot of dental anxiety and I have been long overdue for a cleaning. Dr. Kristin Simboski was excellent to work with and fully explained all of my options for treatment with the top of the line products to products that were cost effective but still appropriate. Office Manager Sarah was so helpful in breaking down my costs out of pocket and what would my insurance would cover as well as long term planning for wisdom tooth removal. Plus they do offer same day treatment, which is really nice!Ive had a lot of issues with my gums bleeding since I was a teenager and Dr. Simboski suggested laser gum treatment...my gums have never felt better and Ive had zero bleeding!!Highly recommend this office and plan to make this my long term dental care office of choice.

This review has been three years in the making. When I was a teenager, I had multiple bad experiences with a dentist. These experiences were scarring to the degree that I didnt get dental exams for 20 years, severely neglecting the health of my mouth. To put it simply, my mouth was in bad shape. I was diagnosed with gingivitis. I experienced constant pain due to fillings falling out and broken teeth. I finally had enough of the pain, and with the support of my wife, I went in to see Dr. Roggow. Dr. Roggow was kind, understanding, and compassionate in relating to my experiences and situation. He was supportive and encouraging, knowing how emotionally hard it was for me to even walk into a dental office. We worked out a plan that was financially viable and manageable to get my mouth in better shape.  The work took a few visits spread over about 4 months. After every visit, my mouth was feeling better and better. For every visit, I required the use of nitrous oxide gas to relax me. However, Dr. Roggows demeanor is extremely calming, and I couldnt imagine ever getting the work done without him. Over the past three years, Dr. Roggow has taught me how to properly care for my mouth. I have completely reversed my gingivitis without the need for gum surgery or laser gum treatment!  I have had such consistently pleasant experiences that I am now considering not using the nitrous oxide gas on my next regular cleaning.  Dr. Roggow is more than just a dentist to me. He is a trusted friend that I have even referred my parents to for their dental needs (they love him too).  If you are still reading this review, chances are you are struggling with dental anxiety as well. Please, dont neglect your health and your mouth further. Just make a call and set up a consultation with Dr. Roggow. I am no longer self-conscious about smiling!  As a professor, this has completely changed my communication style with my students! I am more confident now, knowing people are not noticing broken teeth. Now they just see a perfect, confident smile! Thank you, Dr. Roggow!

Dr. Cabana is wonderful! She and her staff have a unique warmth and professional demeanor. They truly make one feel comfortable. We would highly recommend her. I cant imagine going any where else. Thank you for excellence!I love my new denture!!!

This is such a great office. The staff are experienced, professional and polite. Both this office and the orthodontics are wonderful.My daughter had trouble with the initial mold for her orthodontics and 4 staff members including the dentist assisted to get it done. Great teamwork and enthusiasm for great dental care!

The orthodontist and his assistants were great but trying to make an appointment is like pulling teeth. I bring my son here for his braces and he is in school Monday thru Friday until 3:15 and I cant continually take him out of school. Trying to get an appointment after that time is always a huge hassle. We had an appointment for the 19th and I recieved a text message saying that this appointment needs to be rescheduled. After calling the office Im told the next available day that he can be seen is the 15th of the next month. It has already been a month and a half since I have been able to get him in since the last time. So now it will be two and a half months since he has been able to see the orthodontist. I would change to another if we hadnt already paid in full.

Went in for a emergency tooth ache. I got an appointment right away. Filled out new patient forms quickly. Xrays were done, saw Dr Riggow, great guy, professional and quick. They explained insurance and bill clearly. All in all it was a great experience. I have not had a great experience at a dentist in a long time. A+!

Best Dentist office I’ve been to. Professional, courteous, helpful...they even have a benefits coordinator help prioritize and schedule any necessary work. These are the nicest people. I was really impressed. I’m very happy I ended up choosing this office to help me an emergency dental issue. My thanks to the folks at Modern Dentistry of Brighton.

From the begging of me walking in the office and being my first time everyone was excellent. From my deep clean had no complaints the dr. did a excellent job. Would highly recommend this office to other people. Great job guys!

What a great dental office! I have never been one to look forward to dentist visits, but I do enjoy coming here. The staff here is wonderful and always so friendly. They are very honest and upfront about pricing and never try to oversell you. Everyone has been great at explaining the treatment they recommend and why, so I understand the health consequences of letting dental work go untreated. The hygienist, Andy is very friendly and pleasant to work with. All of the dentist there are great and professional.

Total rip-off! First off, the dentist that did my exam was very eager to constantly refer to “what kind of cleaning I’m going to need” throughout our conversation. Not once or twice, but at least 5-7 times. I thought it was weird that she kept saying that she needs to be sure I get the “right” type of cleaning. That was the first red flag! Then I was told that I needed a “deep” cleaning on the left side , so of course I’m going to listen to their recommendation. After being told that, I get a list of things I “need” in order to complete that “deep” cleaning successfully. It amounted to over $1000. I asked for a breakdown of everything and refused all of the crazy unnecessary items. I was told how concerned they were when they seen what they seen on only one area of my mouth, so I was worried of course. I got the “deep” cleaning without the numbing agent that they highly recommend and it felt like noting more than someone wiping my teeth with a cotton swab. After everything, it just hasn’t sat right with me. I’ve never had problems with my teeth or gums. My gums have never bled, so it just didn’t make sense. I went to the dentist today to get a second opinion and without mentioning anything to him about going to the dentist last week, he seen no sign of me needing a “deep” cleaning whatsoever! He said the opposite actually. At the end of the exam I asked him if 1 deep cleaning would’ve healed my gums that had pockets of 5 & 6 since last week. He then told me that if I had 5 & 6’s last week, I would in fact still have them pockets. Just as I thought! Rip-off! It’s like a full on sales team! I’d rather drive to a used car lot and take my chances with losing less money. Where is the integrity?! Go elsewhere!

This is a well-practiced office; from walking in the door, to leaving, movement through the process of my visit was seamless. And all the staff were were quick. Even while waiting all of 60 seconds or so at the front, someone took time from their call to acknowledge I was there and someone would help me as soon as they could. And my dentist, I forget her name, was very professional and explained my teeth and gums in a manner I understood. I didnt think I would ever say this, but I am excited about my dental plan we have in place so far.

I’ve heard great things about Dr. Roggow and decided to drive 40 minutes to use him. They were able to get me in quickly for an appointment, and the service was great. I highly recommend using him!

I called to request an appointment for my son for a teeth cleaning check up. He would have been a new patient. My appointment was scheduled for August 1 at 3 p.m. The day of the appointment at 11 a.m. I received a text message stating Urgent message all appointments will have to be rescheduled. This is not acceptable. The same day 4 hours notice and a text message seriously. I also was told I would receive the new patient paperwork via email but never received it. I will not reschedule. I consider this communication very unprofessional and ridiculous.

Great set of staff! Everytime Im there I feel comfortable with asking questions and understanding what is going on with my visit.

This is the best dental experience I have ever had. The shot was pain free he fixed my tooth that was bothering me. Office staff nice and helpful very caring people. I will be back here for all dental work not just me but my kids as well... thank you everyone there who helped me....

From the moment you walk into this office you feel welcomed. The atmosphere is very inviting and the staff are attentive and care about your needs. I was even offered a blanket in case I was cold. I felt like I received honest feedback and treatment from my Dentist and that my best interest was in mind.

Avoid this place! The receptionist doesnt know how to schedule appointments correctly and the manager Sarah doesnt care enough to return phone calls.

Have been going to this dentistry for over ten year and since Im in my eighths Ive had my share of dental word and these people are the best and their equipment super modern, like a crown in one visit.

Decided to change dentists to find one closer to home. I had a wisdom tooth removed, and that process went fine, but when Caroline Stern did my follow up, she checked the wrong tooth even after looking at my chart. She declared all looked good and was ready to send me on my way when I corrected her to have her check to correct tooth, that was still swollen and obviously had just had surgery on, on the other side of my mouth. I couldnt take the appointment seriously at all! Im not even sure she properly checked it. I then had a cleaning a few months later, and she was very confused about what kind of cleaning to give me, and just ended up winging it with a normal cleaning. As my dentist, this is very worrisome.Dr. Shelli Cabana seemed very knowledgeable and welcoming when I saw her initially. If I were to go back, it would be only to Dr. Cabana, but I dont think I will be back.

Great dentist!Its my family and I who attend here. If recommend it to anyone. Absolutely amazing with kids. Ive dealt with 2 different dentists and both addressed my questions open and honestly. I will take any opportunity to talk this place up. The low reviews are nonsense. They should both take the place to court if it were real. I love this place.

Doctor visits are always scary until you find the right one. My first time experience here was amazing. After looking at the reviews and checking it out for myself they really do make the experience a lot less painful. Dr. Kramer and his team did an amazing job!

Good & Frustrating at the same time. Staff is nice. Bills come in that have odd charges i.e., verbal counseling $70.00. What?! Worst thing here and no joke, sons wisdom teeth removed, part of a bone left in poking through his gum cutting his toung through the weekend and major pain. 2 years later in the Airforce they didnt fully remove and he had to go through this again. Because of this I am looking to move our family. Thats 4 patients they had.

AMAZING dental office, I cannot say enough great things about this place. The dental assistants are so compassionate. Heather who works upfront is so nice and helpful. Dr. Sullivan is amazing as well. HE will explain things to you so you understand what is going on and not in doctor terms..lol... Ashely the hygienist is amazing as well; very caring and makes the experience there amazing and want to return. NO one has judged me and made me feel crappy about myself. They are all so nice here..I have had really bad experiences in the past with other dental places and had EXTREME anxiety about having work done. Brighton Modern Dentistry has helped me in so many ways with my anxiety. Thank you all so much for your compassion, understanding, and teamwork.

Im a less than ideal dental patient and the staff here was great at working with me! They basically ran for the button on the x-ray machine because my gag reflex with those strips is terrible-- which I very much appreciated!The cleaning was quick and as comfortable as a cleaning can be.They also fixed an old silver filling that had some decay around it. They even offered to fit everything into one day!Great experience, and I plan on being back in 6 months!

Have been going to Brighton modern Dentistry for several years, the last couple years I have been seeing the orthodontist regularly. They change orthodontists like they change underwear. I cant even count how many orthodontists Ive seen there. Was told by 3 different orthodontists that my braces were ready to be taken off however they refused to take them off and kept making me go back for additional appointments.

I recently had yet another amazing experience at Brighton Modern Dentistry! The experience started the moment I stepped in the door when I was greeted by the smiling face of Yasmine! Yasmine even helped me get an earlier appointment time when one opened up. I had yet another great experience with my A-M-A-Z-I-N-G Hygienist Ashley. She completely takes the fear out of going to the dentist. She is always thorough and lets me know if there are any areas I should concentrate more on. This visit I had my teeth whitened by Irene. This was my first experience with Irene and she was delightful. She explained the process is an easy to understand manner and let me know about foods that I should avoid following the whitening. My teeth have never been cleaner or whiter, thank you Brighton Modern Dentistry. Keep up the great work!

Was told I needed $1200 worth of deep cleaning by this office, went to another dentist and only needed 1 quadrant deep cleaned due to no bone loss... my teeth are clean and I saved $1,000.... I suggest a 2nd opinion if this place tries to upsale you.

Ashley is the best hygienist I have ever had! I followed her to this office. The entire staff is amazing, friendly and professional.

I called the office Monday morning looking for the business manager that I had a question about a bill I got.. Was told she wasnt in right now but would get back to me. Now its been over 2 days and no response. Kind of hard going back. Two out of the past three dealings have not been so desirable. What happened to service? Arent they a service business??

Best dental experience Ive had in my life! My first experience was when I took my 12 month old daughter to Dr. Goldberg for her very first dental appointment. Dr. Goldberg was so cheery and did great with my baby, and even sang to her while she checked on her teeth because I said I would sing to her when I brushed her teeth.6 months later I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Wrobel for a cleaning. He was very thorough and went over my x-rays and pictures with him and made sure to show me exactly what I was looking at and how serious/not serious certain issues were. He is also the first dentist Ive ever had that actually paid attention to the misalignment and popping in my jaw and recommended treatment for it. And, as another reviewer mentioned, no awful metal scrapey poker thing!! Just a water tool to do the cleaning which was awesome. ALL of the staff was very pleasant and sweet. They have several payment options if you need to split your payments up. Just a great office and great experience all around, I highly recommend them :)

If you need anything more than a cleaning, do not get work done at this practice, it is a waste of your time and money. The facility is nice and full of the lastest technology but without skilled staff to use it, its useless (and the staff turnover seems high). Two of the three fillings I had here have broken and had to be replaced. For one of them, so much tooth had been removed that I had to have a crown instead ($$$). The root canal I had performed here went bad - the root cracked, the tooth had to be pulled, and now Im going through the very tedious and expensive process of an implant to replace it. I feel like by teeth are in far worse shape having trusted these guys for a year with my dental health. Dont do it!

Wonderful People! I can not say enough great things about this dental office. Everyone there greets you and is polite and thoughtful. The dentists are precise about whats going on, but not pushy in that you must have this or that done right now like some dentists Ive dealt with in the past. Dr. Goldberg is amazing with kids and is a balloon artist herself. Dr. Robel is fantastic as well! All the assistants and hygienists weve had have likewise been very professional. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone. It sure beats Comfort Dental by like two thousand to one, lol!

Very Knowledgeable , Dr Ross and Dr Cabana take their time to do a through check . The prices were very reasonable and they dont tell you you need work you dont actually need . My previous Dentist said I needed to fix a cavity , but it was just staining on my tooth .

This place has all of the latest technology and let me tell you, theyre not afraid to charge you for it!! The staff is friendly but they nickel and dime you to death. $80 for oral instruction which amounted to the dentist telling me to brush with the toothbrush at a 45° angle. They also wouldnt wait for x-rays to be transferred from my old dentist so they took their own and said they wouldnt charge me for it. Guess what? They charged me and since I had already had X-rays done in the year, insurance wouldnt pay for it. And flouride? Really? Not only am I not 6, but flouride is unnecessary unless all you drink is soda and you brush with dirt. Ill be making the 30 minute drive to my old dentist in the future because the gas money is way cheaper that what this place will try to squeeze out of me.

I hadnt been to the dentist in 7 years so needless to say my mouth was in bad shape. The dentist was the first to greet me and she was warm & friendly. The dental assistant that took my x-rays was very sweet and gentle. The dental hygienist was awesome. I told her about recent trama I had involving needles she was very conscious of this when giving me numbing shots. My neglect of my teeth left me in a bad situation but all the staff made the best of this bad situation.

I spent $1000 already taking my wife and kids here. Dr. MClean was great but his staff is loosing business. I need an implant repaired and they will not call us back. I have called and gone in to the office. This is the 4th time I have called asking for an estimate and to schedule an appointment. They always say they need to speak with the Dr and call me back then they never do. Once is ok but 4 times now! I have good insurance and I even said I will pay cash! I have already gone in for a consult but they dont want to do the work! Sara today promised to call me back after I told her nobody was returning my calls regarding scheduling an appointment. And she didnt call back either. We will take our money elsewhere!

Like most adults I was less than comfortable with going to the dentist. I would avoid it at all costs until I absolutely HAD to go. After meeting Dr. Worbel and his staff my apprehension was put at ease. Knowing that there is every type of dentistry available in the same office is awesome! Dr. Worbel walked me through my initial appointment from start to finish. He took the time to go over my chart and help me to prioritize what needed to be done. Heather and Dr. Worbel sat down with me and broke everything into comfortable appointment lengths and most importantly, payments that were affordable. One thing that struck me as abnormal for most dental offices is that at Brighton Modern Dentistry isnt about the all-mighty dollar. Of course they need to make money to keep the doors open and the staff paid but, they are not greedy and over priced. Once the change in insurance is complete our children will go there as well. We wont even have to go to another office for braces!!!!

This is the best dentist experience I have ever had! It is nothing like you remember the dentist being. They have appointments to see you right away. I walked in and was nursing my infant before the appointment in the waiting room. They were so accommodating in letting me finish before taking me back and continued to accommodate the needs of my baby. The tech took digital X-rays and pictures of my mouth. Yes pictures inside my mouth so I could see exactly what my teeth look like. I met Dr. Worbel who was very polite and discussed all my concerns and educated me on what needed to be done and was conservative in his treatment plan. He was honest about the urgency and situation. I did not feel like I was being sold a used car. He has worked in LA with a lot of esthetic work and also seemed to know a lot about my TMJ. My teeth were cleaned using an ultra sonic tool. No more scraping at my teeth! This used water and impulses to clean. Everyone was very considerate to my level of discomfort although there was none. I have never enjoyed the dentist so much. This is the level of experience I have been looking for with the small town feel I love around here.

I went into the office on July 2nd told them I had 2 broken teeth. They were not able to get me in until July 11th at 3:00. So I made the appointment and filled out all the paper work. On July 9th around noon I get a phone call. The dentist has meetings we need to reschedule for 11 tomorrow. To me this is very irritating, is my time not as valuable as theres? Im not sure about others but I cant tell my employer the day before ya my dentist has meetings and I have to not be here tomorrow because they need me to come in, in the middle of my day.) Not a good first impression and I will be moving on. One Question where is my $75 cancelation fee?

Not only did the dentist put his drill through my lip in the middle of taking care of a cavity, its now been a year later and the cavity is rotting through the filling and is worse than before.

After going in for a cleaning/check up for the first time in years, I did not realize how much work was needed to be done. Thanks to everyone there and Doctor Roggow, the process for which procedure was necessary was much easier to work through. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a family modern practice.
