People are very rude and that includes the dentist. Made an appointment saying a filling had come out. Went to that appointment and all he did was put temporary garbage in that I had already bought in the dollar store and did myself. Waited over a month for my next appointment , which was today. I signed in snd was sitting when they called me up snd said I had to reschedule because he wasn’t there. Mind you I got a text to remind me to be there 15 minutes before. I had gotten numerous phone calls and at least three messages but no one could call and let me know this. Asked if another dentist could do it, immediately told no and then the only appointment they could make was the end of the month. My tooth will probably break by then as it’s a gum line filling. I will be reporting to insurance and would not tell anyone to go there. They have no personality or caring and rrude people. Shoddy wirk on the temporary and he had to see that. Temporary filling junk all over my tooth. I rate zero stars.

My mom went yesterday with my sister and they gave out the necessary information in the front of the nurses desk. The nurse printed the information out and they were waiting outside for 2 hours and when they went to check the nurse still had the papers in her desk and she hadn’t gone to tell the doctor that they were there. The nurses on the front were bickering and they had to wait 2 hours they were too busy laughing and talking they couldn’t have gone to tell the dentist they were there. The dentists were talking about how the place was closing in front on the patient. And when she was inside she had to wait another 30 minutes

I arrived on time for my 1:30pm appointment yesterday. I was called in at 2:40pm. The dentist who came to my extraction never introduced himself. He was in a hurry, he was rude and unconcerned. He proceed to pull my tooth. I told him that I felt pain and that the area wasn’t fully numbed, as he insisted that the pain I was feeling was just “pressure.” He reluctantly gave me another injection to further numb the area, quite aggressively pulled my tooth out, gave it to the nurse and said, “you’re done” and walked out of the room!He never introduced himself, his only words to me were, “which tooth do you want out, I can only do one cause I don’t make the rules” I called back the following day to get his name, his name is Dr. Walter Bilotta. If you are interested in genuine patient care, and you’d like to be treated with kindness, I suggest you look elsewhere.

Took my son to get his cracked tooth fixed, the receptionist then stated no, and who told you that we can extract a tooth without and appt. dental emergencies are not something an appointment is made for.
