My visit was wonderful the dentist was very kind, he was concerned that I was comfortable as he was doing my procedure . I am very impressed. Also, when Lila did my cleaning she was very professional, kind, and considerate of my comfort. We shared many things about our lives. I would recommend her to everyone.

The staff at bridgeton are very accommodating and extremely patient for people who arrive late for a first appointment (they will wait for you to give insurance, lol me). Very very very nice people who are willing to help you if you have any disabilities, they will always be willing to accept anyone with open arms of compassion and kindness.

My entire experience was phenomenal! From the check in process to receiving discharge instructions, I definitely received exceptional care. Although the entire team was amazing, I would like to personally shout out Leila (hygienist). I hadn’t received any dental work in over ten years and her patience is unmatched. She was willing to explain step by step processes, she was extremely informative, and definitely made me as comfortable as possible. Not once did I feel judged nor rushed. I give aspen dental a 10 from the start of my first visit of a Antoinette, Sarah, Madeline and Alexis Thoroughly explaining the process of first exam and what they were going to do through the billing process. I felt as they will be with me all the way as Alexis offered to comfort me with my first visit as I am terrified of needles. If I could give a higher ranking Leila would rate a 20. This hygienist was passionate, kind, gave me reassurance the hold way through the deep cleaning, very responsive to my discomfort, and as she prayed for me I thank God for her and would trust her with all my teeth concerns. Afraid of the dentist? These people are the reason why. They don’t listen to you. I told them REPEATEDLY I can’t take ibuprofen but they still prescribed it for me. That’s the only thing they gave me for the pain after pulling two teeth. The numbed my jaw by sticking needles in it WITHOUT numbing it first. They only care about the money 💰. My regular doctor thinks that they broke my jaw when pulling my teeth. They also like to do hidden charges so you finance through them and they make more money. Not to mention the fact that when I got there the office was closed for a meeting which turned out to be a sales rep in there talking and they made us wait outside in the 95° heat with no shade. DO NOT GO THERE

I want to personally acknowledge a dental hygienist (Leila). As most of you well know, a severe toothache can be excruciating. I experienced that kind of pain as I sought out some relief. Sometimes those who you are at the mercy of simply treat you as a person who just needs to deal with it. Well, Leila was quite the opposite. She was a calming voice. She talks in a very soft tone that reassures you that she is there to help. Perhaps to even make the pain go away or at least be more tolerable. I needed her to tell me that. We all want care givers to care about us. Thank you Leila for caring about me.

The gentleman that fixed my partial had the patience of a saint. Very caring, couldnt have asked for better service. Help at front desk not so much. Extremely slow and not at all friendly. There wasnt even a line but waited forever to pay my bill. Also when I originally called about an appointment was on hold after my first request for over 15 minutes and then the call was dropped. Called right back and the recording said they were closed. Had to call the next day to finally get an appointment.

I had a crown put on here and it has come off three times in about two years. The crown has a hole in it, but rather than offer to fix it they just cemented the old crown back on (at my expense mind you). This is after waiting three weeks for my crown to come in and constantly having to glue my temporary crown on myself just to find out my permanent crown wouldnt fit. So I had to wait another three weeks for a different one. I have also had two other dentists tell me that the tooth underneath was never prepared right in the first place and thats why it keeps coming off.

I scheduled an appointment for an emergency tooth pain and absence, they got me in right away. Their office had a very calm and welcoming atmosphere and the exam rooms were very clean. My dental assistant was awesome, and very sweet, we even shared the same name, Angelic, and her presents just gave off a calm, relaxed, and friendly vibe. My dr was Dr. Maya, she was very sweet and very informative in letting me know what was going on and what was the best treatment I needed for my dental health. All and all, I have a great experience at Aspen Dental, and would recommend them to family and friends.

Aspen Dental on St. Charles Rock Road is a Friendly oriented and professional place to visit. Their honesty on team oriented presentation was spot on. When it come to talk about the cost of the work I needed to have, the office was spot on with professionalism. I truly trust their judgement all around.

Made an appt. for a teeth cleaning. New patient. I can in 15 min. early like they asked. Had already filled out my paperwork on-line. That part went fine. Waited 20 minutes in the waiting room! Finally, called back to the chair. Waited another 20 min. Started to leave and was stopped by the tech. She did my x-rays and panoramic view (that took 20 min.) Went back to the chair! Sat and waited with the tech will she asked me questions.Some person came in and then walked right back out. Ask the tech whats going on - Im here for a cleaning. Oh no, she says you need to see the hygienist next, then then the dentist will come in, and then youll see the financial person! Nope, I said I just want a cleaning dont need to speak to the financial person. She said did you see the person that walked in here, shes the hygienist, she said you need deep cleaning I said no I just want a cleaning, she said we cant just give you a cleaning. I said, Im leaving. She told me that if another dentist was to just give me a cleaning they could get charged with malpractice. WOW... I left, wont be back ever. Found out later that several people have had the same exact experience with them.

My son and I were both seen at the Bridgeton location yesterday for our check-ups. Antoinette at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. Leila took my 12 year old back for his x-rays and cleaning. Usually he doesnt like going to the dentist but he had no complaints this time. He had a loose tooth that Dr. Tuan was able to convince him to let him pull out. That poor tooth was barely hanging on and afterwards Dominic said it didnt even hurt : ) I was seen by Angelic who explained every step of the process. She was able to take all the various x-rays of my small mouth easily. Leila was very thorough going over each and every tooth in my mouth and explained the process in detail as well. Dr. Tuan was very friendly. Overall, we both had a great experience at this location with all the amazing staff involved.

I will begin by saying I had my remaining teeth removed via surgery from an oral surgeon in Dec. 2019. Over the course of 2020 I had 3 further surgeries removing tissue from the roof of my mouth to make a place for a denture plate to go. My oral surgeon finally recommended I go see a dentist to determine if I would be able to get dentures now. I visited Aspen Dental in Bridgeton MO on 3/15/21 where the dentist and lab tech informed me I would be able to get a denture that would have suction and not need adhesive. My appointment to have a plaster mold taken was on 3/22/21. I arrived on time. My payment of almost $2k was taken, first of all of course. Im taken to the exam room where the woman taking the mold without warning or instruction or anything begins trying to jam in a mouth guard that is too big for my mouth. She says she doesnt have the one that is the right size and continues trying to make do with the too big one she has. She is standing behind me with her right arm around me in a headlock trying to force the mold further into my mouth. She finishes and takes the mold out of the room, comes back in and says the mold needs to be retaken. Then a dentist, NOT the dentist that I saw the previous week, comes in and examines my mouth, tells me I will only be able to have a denture that needs adhesive, or I will need surgery. I explain to him that I tell him Ive already had surgery and he needs to contact my oral surgeon to confirm information and the best course of action. I have to tell him 3 times to contact my oral surgeon before they finally take his business card information from me. At this point Im having second thoughts obviously, so I ask to speak to the girl who was helping with my treatment plan. Im told shes busy and Im put into a recovery room to wait. Im left there and forgotten about for OVER AN HOUR before I get fed up and poke my head out to speak to someone. I see the dentist that I DID speak to a week ago who recognizes me and says Whats going on? No ones told me anything I tell him I need to speak to the girl about my treatment plan, to which he immediately shows me to her where shes not busy at all. At this point Im done and I just want a refund where they inform me about the 90 day money back guarantee for the dentures. The dentist who I did see a week ago who is better informed of my situation takes me into another exam room where he actually does have the correct size mouth guard and easily, comfortably takes a mold. He explains to me we would be able to make a denture that would have suction made out of a special material. That all sounds great but my treatment has been thoroughly unacceptable. I go back to the girl and tell her this place is a hot mess and no one is communicating with anyone and I want a refund and leave.

I am so grateful for coming in today. I had Leila, clean my teeth. She has the most amazing energy. We talked about popcorn, since she found a popcorn shell in my tooth. She was very gentle during the cleaning and the water temperature was not freezing cold. She is superb, I am actually shocked of the care she gave today. TL/DR: They do good work, but will try to sell you on stuff you dont need. They arent always honest about what your insurance will actually cover. If you go here, be prepared to advocate for yourself, consider getting a second opinion, and know what your insurance will cover before agreeing to anything.My wife and I have been going to Aspen Dental for a while because theyre close, pretty reasonably priced, and can get us an appointment pretty quickly. Unfortunately, they usually try to push extras on us. One time, they told my wife theu were offering a service that we wouldnt have to pay out of pocket, only to receive a bill for it shortly after.My most recent visit, they took one look at my swollen cheek and said I needed teeth removed. They hadnt gotten x-rays or done any tests, but were absolutely certain an extraction was necessary. After getting x-rays and poking me teeth, the dentist begrudgingly admitted that he couldnt do the extraction, himself. He told me he intended to do it, but didnt think he wouldnt be able to the way my teeth are. He eventually wrote me a referral for an oral surgeon, but admitted that the teeth in question were healthy. That makes me think he was trying to perform unnecessary surgery to increase profits. I eventually convinced him to prescribe me antibiotics for the infection he admitted that I had, but that was awhole hassle, too. On top of all of that, his bedside manner was dreadful.

I went in for a deep cleaning. I hadnt been to a dentist for a while. I think some people are a little apprehensive about going to the dentist, because of Covid. I didnt have a long wait to be seen. My person was Leila. She explained what she was going to do, and how long it would take. It actually didnt take as long. She was very gentle, and checked on me through out the procedure, to make sure I was ok. She was very professional and very good. While I have had a few issues with my crown, Aspen dental has had me come back in and done work on it for no extra charge. This last time I think they finally put it on perfectly. In the past it was a little off here and there but now it feels just like my own tooth. They also told me if it comes off again that they would redo the whole thing for no charge. Excellent service. I am happy to be a customer of Aspen Dental. Even when it isnt perfect they get it right.

I was given several options as far as prices for the dental work I need done. Everything worked out with their help, now I can have dental work done.

I had such a great experience at this office! I went in to find a solution for 2 missing teeth. When I got there, I noticed the office is very clean and comfortable. the receptionist was very polite and I was seen immediately. the dental assistant was speedy fast with the xrays. she let me know what she was doing before she did it. she explained how my appointment would go so I was let left waiting without any answers. the dental hygienist was very knowledgeable and answered my questions and let me know how to keep up with my oral health to prevent infection or disease. she gave me a lot of tips to make sure I keep a healthy mouth. the dentist came in and took a look at my mouth and gave me a solution plan that I was very pleased with. when I spoke with kristi about my treatment plan and went over price she was very understanding and friendly. she made sure I didn’t leave there without a solution. I thank you guys so much! I look forward to coming back in.

DO NOT GO TO ASPEN DENTAL FOR AN EMERGENCY! I made an appt for an emergency for the next day, so we were there almost 3 hours, and they didnt even do anything to the tooth that was causing the pain. All they did was x-rays & an exam, and refer us to an oral surgeon and an orthodontist to remove some braces brackets. The tooth was not impacted and did not need an oral surgeon. They made us another appt 2 weeks out to pull the tooth!! So, why did they make us an EMERGENCY appt then!? It was a total waste of time. I asked the lady at the discharge desk, WHY didnt you pull the tooth that is hurting him today in the 2 1/2 hours we were here? She said, B/c we didnt have time WHAT!? He sat back there in the room for 2 1/2 hours, and you didnt have 5 minutes to pull a tooth!?

Wasnt what I expected. They called me and said I could come in early but then I ended up sitting in the waiting room for 45 min. By then it was almost my appointment time anyway. Then I was surprised by how many people you come in contact with. 3 different hands around my mouth, plus having to be close to the receptionist and the billing specialist. I also felt like they were trying to scare tactic me into a more expensive cleaning. Im going somewhere else to get a cleaning, this just isnt my jam especially with covid going on.

This being my first emergency visit, I will say the entire experience was great. From the moment I walked in to the time I left the office. Have been a patient for three years. Everyone there is nice. The office is clean and convenient and the cost is reasonable. However there was a change in policy and ownership last year. I have always gone once per year for my cleaning and check up. Yesterday they tell me if I don’t come every six months then I have to do one appointment for X-rays and consulting. Then come back another day for cleaning. They no longer do both at the same visit. Seems like a way to make sure they get two office visits per year from my insurance company. So I have made my last visit. There is absolutely no legitimate reason both a cleaning and X-rays can’t be done on the same visit. Very sad because I liked going there. But called three other offices today and all would do both in one visit even if I only go once per year.

I was there a long time, with this being my first time and having a procedure done; I was told this was normal and the second visit would be much quicker. Everyone was very professional, explained everything and did a very good job. I was very pleased with my service and am looking forward to my next appointment.

Googled Aspen dental tooth extraction prices and wanted to make sure that this location would abide by them, the person that answered the phone was adamant that they couldnt even give me a price range without first getting me into a dentist chair.

I had not been to a dentist for over 4+ years because I had some horrible experiences with visits. I was extremely nervous about going to the dentist but once there I found everyone was quite nice and put me at ease. Shelia, the dental assistant, was such a calming person and very caring and explained everything that she was doing and each step that was going to happen. Dr. Chris was very gentle and explain the whole process that needed to be done and took time to answer all questions. I was then taken to Will to explained all the financial parts of what the cost would be and what the insurance would pay and my part. He was very caring. He set-up my follow-up appointments so I did not have to go and wait in a different office for someone else. I was very impressed with how efficient the staff was and I highly recommend Aspen Dental to everyone. Again, I cannot say enough about Shelia and Will, these two individuals are quite outstanding and I hope that they are commended for their service to patients at Aspen.

The check in was great. She was friendly and professional. When the cost was explained I understood with the way it was presented. My xrays were amazing. They had to take a lot but I was made as comfortable as possible. The dentist explained in terminology I could understand. I am excited to get this procedure started. Thank you aspen dental

I was able to get in and get my tooth fixed on the spot. i didnt have to come back and make an appointment for later.

Had an appointment scheduled for May 29. For some reason I thought the appointment was May 22 so I called and was told that my appt is the 29 but it’s going to be canceled because they are closing at 1 pm. I told them more than once that I have major tooth pain and a large hole in my tooth that I’ve been dealing with since March when I scheduled my first appt that got canceled. All I get is “I’m sorry. This location has an opening in two weeks.” So now I have to wait even longer AND TRAVEL?! I’m done dealing with Aspen. They clearly don’t care that I’m in pain.

Overall, the experience was great; friendly staff and professional dentists. The rooms seemed clean and overall the office was well maintained.As per requested for a first visit, I arrived 15 minutes prior to my appointment time to fill out necessary paperwork. That actually only took about 5 minutes because I completed the majority online prior. I did not get called back for 1 hour, about 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time; thus the one star deduction. Also, the prices seems rather high, even with insurance. I do intended to return and would recommend them, as anyone can run late.

The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. The picture-taking process of my teeth was difficult because the piece that went into my mouth was big/clunky, and quite uncomfortable. But as long as their prices are the best and/or most competitive-- I will continue to use them.

I am a new patient at Aspen Dental -----I love this place. Dr Chris istotally awesome. All of the staff is great and friendly. they always speak to you. During my mouth surgery, SHEILA. took care of me and she isgreat to work with.I sincerely recommend this dental office.

I came in to get my tooth looked at looking to get it extracted & the whole entire time they were up selling me services that I didn’t need. After all said and done they told me my procedure was going to cost over $4000 when I came in just to see if I can get a tooth pulled.They had me sit in there for two hours and didn’t help me with anything no pain meds no other surgical doctors I can go to nothing just two hours wasted

Had surgery to prepare for implants. They put in the pins that would be used to snap the implants on. When I went back to have additional work, the time was so long in between that they were unable to locate the original pins. I had to endure being cut in various places while they try and locate the pins, with no success. Still waiting to hear from the doctor!!

I had told the person making my appointment that I needed dentures adjustedI received an appointment the same weekI arrived 15 minutes before my appointment time to make sure all the paperwork was done before my appointment. 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment I asked receptionist when I would be called.At 1 hour after my scheduled appointment I was called . She stated I was there to get new dentures I explained again what I was there for. She then proceeds to tell me i have to be rescheduled as that was not what my appointment was scheduled for.I now have to wait 10days to get relief on having my dentures worked on.Im not happy at this time but will see how the new appointment goes.
