I been going to Maryland Heights Dental for close to 40 years and they never disappoint. Diana the dentist hygienist is wonderful she was very proficient in her job ,very personable made my experience very pleasurable. Dr Bozoian runs a very professional and friendly staff cool as ever( a little crazy 😜 at times) but always cool.

My dental hygenist Diana did a thorough and painless cleaning. She was personable and took the time and attention to do it right while explaining conditions she encountered and offering advice on what I need to watch out for. Did not feel like I was being rushed. She answered all my questions in detail without a hint of condescension for my questions or the poor condition of my teeth due to my lack of rigorousness. Felt as comfortable as one could under the circumstances. Have to say; seemed to be the most complete and quality teeth cleaning I have ever experienced. First time I ever felt this way after having my teeth cleaned. I could not ask or hope for more.

Dr. Bozoian always treat me like a valued patient. My recent cleaning was awesome. I don’t hesitate to have routine and more detailed work performed at mhd. I’ve been a customer for years. They’re always professional and accommodating.

After years of not having a regular dentist I now feel at home with them. I thank them for giving me my smile back, and for helping my young daughter get thru her fears of a dentist visit!!

As an independent contract dentist - not an employee - with this office I performed hygiene and dentistry for Dr. Bozoian. I worked extremely diligently and with utmost quality performance. Even filling in for Dr. Bozoian when he was out of town - which was quite often - and handling his dental emergencies. Yet the undertone of treatment I received in this practice was denigrating and downright demeaning.On the 1st of February, 2021, which was my payday, I called to ask that my check be made available for my sister to pick up because I was out of town. I was spoken to as if I was a stranger off the streets and rudely told by the office manager we cant do that because anyone could come in here and claim they are here to pick up your check - and we dont know who they are.I was completely blindsided by the mean-spirited tone - and the lack of trust. Not to mention, this is the wackiest excuse I’ve heard in all my career as a dentist but she repeated it several times - as if she truly believed some random imposter would likely just show up to pick up my check. Not to mention, she has, in fact, met my sister. I then asked the office manager could I speak about this further with Dr. Bozoian. She kept making excuses for why he could not speak to me directly. I then sent two texts to Dr. Bozoian asking him why he was not releasing my pay which Im rightfully entitled to. He started gaslighting me with abusive texts saying I was threatening’ and made feeble attempts in his texts to attack my reputation as a dentist - which is stellar. In my over 30 years of practice, I’ve had countless effusive, happy patients and no litigation. I clarified that being paid on time is the norm for any office of decency and integrity. I am deeply disturbed by these shenanigans from this office and the lengths he has gone just to avoid addressing my core issue; being paid on time and fairly. He’s broken financial agreements we’ve made, at will.He only replies with more abusive words if I try to inquire further about money owed. As I mentioned, Ive been completely blindsided by the mean-spirited, condescending treatment Ive received when Ive given my best as far as quality dental service to this dental practice. The patients have been wonderful btw.

I wish I could give them more than 5 stars! First of all, I am deathly afraid of dentist! Once you step into that office you are made to feel warm! The front desk lady, Diana was very friendly and welcoming for 7:00 in the morning 😆. Once I made my way to the chair, the ladies were all very friendly and professional. Dr. Bozoian was WONDERFUL! Best dentist I have come across! I can not say enough about the dr and his staff! I am looking forward to going back! They cleaned the heck out of my bottom teeth! Major improvement! Thank You guys for making this scary chicken feel welcomed!

Made an emergency appt for an extraction. When I called I was not the most pleasant person to say the least and the staff completely understood the level of pain I was in which made me very comfortable. Hands down this was my best experience at a dentists office. I cannot thank the doc and his team enough for my great experience and speedy performance.Now if only the DMV could be this amazing..

I love this office. Everyone is always so nice. Ive gotten some pretty extensive work done and Im so afraid of the dentist. But they make me feel so comfortable. Ill never go to any other place. I highly recommend them!!

A very experienced dentist who can perform almost all procedures (no need for referrals). Cleanings are first rate, although I dont love the water pick. More scrapping would be preferred.

This Doctor and his staff are so warm and friendly, not to mention they make it affordable for you! Twice they have taken me with very little down, and he is good with the needle. Barely felt it! 😆

Dr. Bozoian and his staff are wonderful. My kids and myself love to go to the dentist all thanks to the caring staff. My daughter (cavities and spacer caps) has experienced a painless dental trip which is relief as a parent. I will recommend Maryland Heights Dental to everyone.

Had been a loyal patient for 20 years. his office staff failed to bill me in the past 2 years and then sent a large bill and then to collection with no knowledge from me. I would not recommend Dr Bozian. I stayed loyal after many mishaps. Slipped drill, bridges not matching and crowns so close I can barely get floss through. he goes through dental hygienist like candy. I will never recommend this office, Terrible

After years of putting off going to the dentist I had an issue that could not be put off any longer. I was lucky enough to stumble upon Dr. Bozoian who is fantastic. Having an admitted irrational fear of the dentist, he really made me comfortable and I did not get a lecture on my years of avoiding the dentist. Hes very upfront and honest about costs and the course of treatment to get things healthy again.

A great place to work and have dentistry done. So many of the patients have been patients for many years which says a lot about how great a dentist Dr.Bozoian is. He has a true heart for helping people and tries to see people in true discomfort the day of when possible often coming in after hours to see people in discomfort with a toothache.

Dr. Bozoian extracted my wisdom teeth and I had no pain through the entire procedure. The surgery was also very affordable. The staff is very friendly and professional making the visit much less stressful.

I was woken up at 2:30 am by a toothache so bad I began phishing the web for emergency oral surgeons. I came across Dr. Bozian who answered his phone at 3 am. Welcome me to his office by 8am relief was taking place. The total procedure including the numbing process was totally painless. I look forward to my future appointment next week. His services are very affordable after 5 quotes.

Dr. Bozoian has been my dentist for 38 years. I still have the original bridges he did for me 35 years ago! He did such a fantastic job with them and I cannot believe they have held up this long. Dr. Bozoian makes going to the dentist painless! He and his staff are kind, considerate and accommodating, whether its changing an appointment, needing an emergency appointment, or any other dental need. Ive never met a more rude, ignorant, pompous excuse for a dentist in my life. After charging my patient 10K for tooth extraction and dentures, he tried to turn around and strong arm another 800 dollars to realign them a month and a half later because he didnt give any instructions on care or cleaning before we left his office. When I objected on behalf of my patient I was the victim of him attacking my character and sneaking back to my patient to see if he could get the name of my employer (Im a privately contracted nurse who works directly for her patient and her patients spouse) so he could call my work and try to cause problems with my ability to support my family. He boasted about the craftsmanship of dentures that werent even two months old and could only function as a paperweight. Plenty of good dentists practice in the St Louis area, I suggest you find one of them who will treat you the right way with dignity and respect instead of this poor excuse for one. One who wont try to take advantage of someone with diminished mental capacity for his own financial gain.. Mr. Bozoian needs basic customer service training if he wants a successful practice. As a nurse its my job to protect my patients from anything that would do them harm, Im very proud of my standards of ethics, and Im not going to stand beside a patient while I see them being taken advantage of by a dentist. This post will be posted to all message boards and search engine comment sections today as well.

Dr Bozoian of Maryland Heights Dental recently extracted 2 teeth for me. Id lived with the pain for years because Id learned to fear dentists over the years due to the pain they generally created. But after 20 years and my jaw becoming infected due to the dental injury from a motorcycle accident, Dr Bozoian went in there and extracted the teeth painlessly and treated the infection. I returned to work immediately thereafter and ran the phones all day! No pain, no complications!! Hes an excellent dentist; great personality, and hes restored my faith in dentistry. His team and staff are warm, friendly and receptive. I couldnt ask for a better result! Thanks Dr B for everything.
