Everything about my visit to Sullivan dental partners was great! I had to wait approximately 5 to 8 minutes in the waiting area. Not too long, and not too short considering I showed up a bit early for my cleaning appointment. The new facility at Sullivan dental meets all my expectations. Each hygienist has their own space to work in, and that helps with confidentiality issues. My hygienist (Brooke) has the most gentle demeanor I’ve ever experienced from a hygienist. The overall experience was a pleasure.

Fantastic office and staff! Took great care of my whole family and took extra steps to make my little guy feel comfortable too! Dr Jack was awesome and filled a cavity while we were there for a cleaning. Saved me a second trip plus a great experience.

Sullivan Partners treated us exceptionally well and provided a beautiful facility. Our 2 month old daughter had a tongue tie and that was our reason for visiting. The staff quickly found that she also had a lip tie and showed us the find.After having the procedure done ( took maybe 5 min) (and a scared baby:( ) our baby started eating better, sleeping better, and just being overall happier.WORTH IT.Try the awesome place out. Great people and great service.

I visited Dr. Sully and the friendly, fun staff today for the first time. I got X-rays during my consultation. Dr. Sully and the dental hygienists took time explaining my X-rays and recommendations. Great experience every time. Entire staff is very professional. The new building is beautiful and the tv screens on the ceilings are great, especially if youre one thats nervous going to the dentist. Its rare that you have to wait past your appointment time. You always get their 100%. I would recommend them to anyone.

These guys are the best! High quality dental care - my teeth are VERY well taken care of with Sullivan Dental. When I had a major dental issue, I chose Sullivan Dental. 4 generations of dental excellence gave me the confidence to trust them with my tooth extraction and implant.They were clearly very experienced with this level of work and did a wonderful job. After the bone graft heals, they will install the new tooth. Thank you for the amazing job on a tough removal.

Sullivan Dental partners are the best. I had a situation 20 plus years ago where I had to have serious work done on my front teeth. I moved to the Nashville area 7 years ago and couldn’t find a good dentist.A couple of years after moving here I had a trauma to one of my front teeth. The solution, from the dentist before finding the Sullivan Partners, I did not feel like they were being honest. I tried another dentist and same thing. It was so bad before finding Sullivan Dental Partners that I went back to the city I lived prior to coming to Nashville to get advice from my old dentist.Then back in Nashville I found Sullivan Dental Partners. They were honest and straight with me about a plain of action and a solution that was in line with my dentist from where I used to live. They did a tooth extraction and implant. The process was great and Dr Sullivan does amazing work. My teeth are very important to me and finally finding a great honest dentist like Dr Sullivan, I will use them as long as I live in the Nashville area. I will never change dentist.Also all of the people there are friendly and the hygienist do great work.My wife had been using a dentist closer to our home and we changed insurance. Her dentist wouldn’t respond to the new insurance. She tried another dentist closer to our home because her mouth was hurtng. That dentist saw her didn’t really address the pain and set her up to have crowns done on 2 teeth. She was still in pain so I asked her if I could try to get her an appointment at Sullivan Dental Partners. I did and they addressed they pain that same day she was there. They also said she didn’t have to have the crowns. The crowns might need to be done later.Again if you want a great dentist that is honest and does great work go to the Sullivan Dental Partners.

I love them, it was my first visit to them (been to many dentist before) but this one started with great information about my teeth that I no other dentist has brought to My attention before very helpful and professional by providing what options I had and what to expect from them if I stay a client.This regular cleaning was great didn’t feel like they were crazily scrapping my teeth and gums with no PAIN and no blood I just love it. I am new client and for now I will walk this dental road with them and see where it lead me (hopping for the very best) so far so good all I have to say is Thank You.

This is a great place to get your teeth maintained and fixed, if needed. I have had both. All of the staff are professional and friendly. My husband was getting his teeth done here first and wanted me to move my care here, so I did. I have not regretted it!

I had several issues and they were all addressed. Doctor Sullivan has a perfect manner and disposition. I had a through cleaning and will return for further treatment. The Team at Sullivan Dental Partners is 1st rate!I had an incident more than 20 years ago where I knocked out one of my front teeth while training for football. At the time, my then dentist recommended a Maryland Bridge implant, suspecting with my sports future, it might get knocked out again. It lasted well for 15 or so, then my top jaw bone began to recess and create a divot above the implant.Enter Sullivan Dental Partners after a recommendation from a friend, we met and established a plan to repair/grow new jaw bone and install a new permanent implant.The process was not a short one, nor for the faint of heart, but the team was professional, courteous, thorough and in the end, did an amazing job.I highly recommend the Team at Sullivan Dental Partners!

Ok this office is AAMAZING. I have a one year old and live far away so it makes scheduling appointments hard UNLESS it’s with this office. I was late and they were so kind about it. They helped my MIL entertain my son in the waiting room while I had my tongue tie revised. Last but not least Dr. Sullivan did my revision so efficiently and I was out of the office faster than I could have ordered lunch. It hurt for about 2 hours and is already feeling a lot better! I have so much new range of motion in my tongue and I’m just amazed. It’s only day one, but I know this will improve my quality of life. THANK YOU Dr. Sullivan. Awesome awesome place.

Sullivan Dental Partners will always be 5 stars to me and on every level you could ask of. I started coming 3 years ago when I found out all the money I had spent to keep my natural teeth was wasted in those past years because the dental work completed was not looked after by the dentist in the years to follow the completed work . I had to start over and I am almost at the end of my journey and I will be able to smile big and eat well along with chewing it up correctly again... FINALLY!! The staff was friendly and very informative about issues with my wisdom teeth.

I chewed tobacco for over 20 years causing receding of the guns down to the bone on my lower front teeth and my teeth became loose and crooked. I quite chewing tobacco for 20 years now. I ended up with heart problems after contacting covid in April of 2020 which led to a minor stroke in June of 2020. Later I had a sleep study done resulting that I had not been sleeping good for 35 years. Basically half asleep all then years. My brother George, introduced to me a mouth piece to wear to keep me from snoring, he swears by it. So I thought I would go that route instead of using a cpap machine which I didn’t get along with, anyway my wife researched and found Sullivan Dental. I knew going to my first appointment for a mouth piece for sleeping, I was going to end up with teeth extraction, little did I know ten of them 😯 after having these teeth pulled and I had heart palpitations from covid, they stopped a week or two later. I learned that having bad teeth all of these years were giving me health problems. Dr Sullivan did a fantastic job surgically fixing my front gums which were revealed showing bone which you can no longer see. Great job Dr Sullivan!! The staff...omg!! How can I put this?...they are all EPHEN AWESOME!! They’re fun, energetic, fun loving and know you like they’ve known you for years. They’re New office building is about to open that’s being built next door. I highly recommend Sullivan Dental to anyone. I know it can be scary at first to have your teeth worked on, but the the dentist and staff do excellent work and make you feel at home and make you feel like family. Overall, what a big disappointment for my family. From very beginning relationships didnt work. To many unpleasant experiences and I carry forward relationship based on given positive reviews. Profit over customer service prevails in any occasion. I was really embarrassed when in the middle of outgoing tooth treatment, current on payments approached by employee to make the payment before the treatment for that appointment starts. Customer service is non to exist and I dont recommend this Dental Office

I recently visited this practice for the first time, as I had to change dentists. Everyone in the office was very friendly and willing to explain things and answer my questions. I enjoyed the experience greatly and it was easy to decide that Sullivan Dental Partners would be ‘my’ dentist!

I’ve been going to Dr Sullivan for a decade now. My very first experience was when I was in search of an honest dentist after being quoted over $20,000 of “urgent” dental care elsewhere. Dr Sullivan took care of all my problems in a caring, thorough, and practical manner. I’ve spent my life afraid of the dentist until becoming a patient of this practice. The entire staff is kind and helpful. When I did need more than a cleaning I appreciated the ability to be sedated for a panic free procedure.

Hygienist Brooke cleaned my teeth today. She was efficient and friendly. Father and son dentists, Drs. Sullivan & Sullivan are building a new facility next door. It looks like it will be amazing and updated! Looking forward to being treated in their new place soon!

I also really appreciate the precautions they are taking for COVID-19 and feel that their process was very easy and straightforward. Love that I was able to fill out all paperwork on my phone. Hands down the best Dental Practice I’ve ever been to. I would fly from anywhere in the wold to come back just for a simple teeth cleaning. My favorite thing with Sullivan Dental Partners is the ability to get everything done in one visit, or at least everything I can get done. I don’t have to get a tooth grinder down for a crown then come back in a couple weeks for them to fit the crown. At Sullivan’s they do everything in one afternoon, which allows me to miss as little work as possible. They have done the basic dental procedures, to extractions, crowns, and implants. I won’t trust anyone else with my teeth.

It took me 10 years to find Dr. Rick Sullivan, and he is right here in my neighborhood. When I moved to Brentwood area I wanted to find a quality long term dental care because my whole life I have to deal with all sorts dental issues. I researched on line and asked friends. I have tried many dentists. The first dentist I was happy with retired shortly after I started going there, so I had to keep looking. I had some very bad experience with some dental offices after the first dentist, like I ended up had to pay out my own pocket for $3,000 because the office didnt count the correct dates between the 2 bridges, so the insurance wouldnt pay the part covered by the plan due to 2 days short of the covered period. There were some incompetent doctors who messed up my first bridge and the others couldnt fix it so I had to live with the nightmare for 10 years before I found Dr. Sullivan. My problem with many online reviews is people who dont have many bad teeth problems generally only comment on how nice their dental offices are, which I agree that is critical, but I needed to know how competent the doctors and the office managers are when it comes to the problems I encountered. Im very happy that I finally find a wonderful hometown dental office. So far Dr. Sullivan has done 3 crowns and 2 implants on me. For the first time in long 10 year period I can chew with my rightside teeth. I give these details just to help others who want to make sure they find a good doctor who can serve their dental needs and experienced in identifying the correct root causes and the office communicate with insurances correctly. I recommend Dr. Sullivan.

My first visit at this office was great! My hygienist, Kadee has to be the best this side of the Mississippi. When I showed up I was as nervous as a long tailed cat in a room full of rocking chairs, but Kadee made me feel right at home. Dr. Meghana checked my pearly whites and was great as well. I would recommend these two before recommending my own kin. 10/10 recommend.

Friendly, helpful staff. I was eating something too sticky and one of my crowns came off. When I called the office, they told me to come right over and reattached the crown. Wonderful service.

Was able to reschedule my first appointment from 3 weeks out to the next day! And then was also able to get my first procedure from several days to the next morning!

Live almost an hr away, couple yrs ago I was looking for a place that knows what they are doing when I found Sullivan dental partners. My teeth were/are pretty bad, but got put on a treatment plan and have had successful surgery for my plaque/gums, and followup care for yrs. They even offer invisalign as well so no need to go elsewhere for ortho work, which I have just started. Every time I go here they take care of me(my teeth are super sensitive so I know Im not the easiest patient!) I like them so much that despite my insurance changing and them being out of network now, I still go to them since they take care of me so well. Its so hard to find a place that does more than just routine cleanings, and that doesnt just specialize in surgery. They do both, so i know if Im in the chair and anything goes wrong, Ill be in good hands! I highly recommended them and thank them for all their help!
