My experience with Dr Hall was not a very positive one . First of all, I understand that the back is connected to the neck , and they took all these neck X-rays but no back. Secondly , I was overwhelmed by what was happening and told him my concerns about the $534.00 price tag on the visit and the X-rays . I dont make much money and I do have health insurance but its not that great and they are out of network. my follow up visit I explained that I was sorry about the last visit and and he got snarky and said that I thought they were Stealing money from me . He poked my lower back with Activator and it was so painful and my back was sore for two days. I decided that this kind of treatment is not for me or my wallet. I very disappointed , I understand that this was going to take time 11 visits to be exact. also, they told me that they would email me the X-rays and never did , sent me home with a folder and nobody went over the contents showing me what I may need to look over that would be important to my care. Thanks but no thanks .

Dr. Hall has truly saved my life. A year and a half ago I was in bed on a major pain pills, muscle relaxers with severe torticollis that was being treated by botox injections that were not helping. In all of that I never found relief. In a span of 2 years I went through 13 doctors that could never agree on what was wrong with me. 6 months of that time I spent in bed with the worst pain of my life. As a mom of two young children I was desperate for my life back so I didn’t stop looking for answers. Once I met Dr. Hall EVERYTHING started to make sense on why I wasn’t getting any better with the treatments prior to him. After my initial xrays with him we saw that the top vertebrae was rotated significantly. Over 11 degrees. Growing up I was always told to stay away from chiropractors because of my scoliosis fusion so I went into the appt very skeptical. After the first adjustment (which was so gentle I could sleep) I felt and IMMEDIATE difference in the tension in my neck, over the next month and weekly appts the pain started to go away and I was off pain medicine completely. He gave me my life back. We still have a care plan in place to keep getting even better. My story is long and complex but I’m an open book willing to share my story to anyone that has questions because if it wasn’t for Dr. Hall I have no idea where I would be! Him and his entire staff are angels!!

I have been seeing Dr. Hall for several years now, following a car accident injury that happened. I tried every possible option: normal chiropractors, osteopaths, physical therapy, etc. with no relief from pain. I’ve been seeing Dr Loni for about a year now. I am amazed at how much better I feel, and my posture has also improved. The facility is great and they have zero gravity chairs to relax in after your adjustment. The staff is wonderful as well! In October 2018 - I was told that I have degenerative disc disease in my neck and I would need a step 2 fusion (NECK SURGERY - eeek). A friend of mine, who had that specific surgery, told me NO dont do it go see Dr. Hall and see what he can do.I took her advice and I am so glad I did. At the time of my first visit my neck was imperfectly straight from a previous injury that was not treated correctly and my right arm was numb and so was my thumb and index finger. After the first few visits, the feeling came back in fingers and my arm was not numb anymore.After about 8 weeks, we did new x-rays and my curvature had started to improve in my neck!!! I am very pleased with the results that I am getting and will continue to see him as needed.

Though Dr. Shawn Hall is listed as a chiropractor, he is nothing like any other chiropractor I have ever visited (and there have been several). I first went into him barely able to walk because of lower back problems, he pushed on my jaw a few times, and all of a sudden, I was walking and feeling just fine. Its pretty amazing! I had an accident on 9/30/16 and sustained a traumatic brain injury. I had many symptoms including a daily migraine for two years.
