I found Dr. Young a few years ago and hes been so great! Hes very kind and listens to my concerns while also taking an interest in my life, and is a great chiropractor. I always feel so much better after my appointments! The office staff are always super nice too! Thanks for everything!

Kristen and her team are wonderful! I have seen them many times for a deep-heating ultrasound for my mastitis. The sessions helped clear up the mastitis almost immediately. The office is clean, very very child-friendly (my kids look forward to going), client-friendly and accommodating. They did everything possible to fit me into their schedule that day in order to help make me more comfortable. I would definitely recommend For Your Wellness for a whole variety of wellness needs.

Ive been visiting Dr. Sheldon Young at For Your Wellness for adjustments for a little under a year, and hes been great. While he understands the benefits to your total health of regular chiropractic adjustments, he asks about your specific needs/ailments in order to provide the services that you want, as often as you want them. He doesnt do a high pressure pitch to get you back more than you want to be there like many chiropractors Ive been to before.The facilities are clean and inviting and are convenient to people in the Brentwood/South Nashville area. With appointments starting at 8 am on weekdays, you can get a quick adjustment on your way to work

Dr. Kristen and her team are AMAZING! I love that shes so friendly, professional and the onsite massage therapists make a 10-min massage seem like a dream hour long one. They are way better than any masseuse Ive ever experienced!! Great service all around!

Love Dr. W! I am in the tail end of a high risk pregnancy and she has me still feeling great! I feel very safe and secure in her care. I have had no back pain and she has such great information everytime I see her. Wouldnt recommend anyone else.

I have been to see Dr Young at Wellness Chiropractic many times over the past year as I suffer from lower back pain and am recovering from hip replacement surgery. The care I receive from Dr Young is thorough and effective. Dr Young followed up with exercises for me to do at home. I received massage many times along with adjustments and that really helped.The office staff is friendly and great! I am in and out quickly always with kind words!

Dr. Walkerwicz is just great! I began seeing her early in my pregnancy in 2014. She is very knowledgeable as well as friendly, welcoming, and compassionate. She is excellent with children, which I especially appreciate, as she now adjusts both my 3 year old and my 6 month old.The staff there is equally wonderful. I really appreciate that I am often able to make appointments on short notice. Ive been seeing Dr. W for more than 10 years and I highly recommend her to anyone seeking chiropractic care and/or a general improvement to their health.I am a person who doesnt respond well to the typical method of chiropractic adjustment (which I jokingly refer to as yank and slam). While that method is effective, I tend to be sore for several days after. After moving to Nashville, I sought a chiropractor who specializes in low-impact techniques. Our 2 month old started to act like he was in extream discomfort. The pediatrician just kept saying he would grow out of it. Took him to Dr. W and within 10 minutes she told us what was wrong and had him back to a smiling baby again in one visit. She is so awesome I set up an appointment for myself as well.
