Dr. Ngo was terrific. She was very warm and kind while Kayla up front was receptive and friendly.The whole process to get an exam was easy and quick. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

The staff was so friendly and helpful! Customer service alone would have us all come back and send our friends and family. The Doctor, Dr. Hu, was kind and took the time to make us feel comfortable, answer all of our questions and made us feel welcome. Absolutely outstanding in every area. I normally do not respond to these, however, their service was exceptional and needed to be recognized.

It was great! The receptionist was very nice and made me feel happy while waiting for my eyes to dilate (she also suggested the perfect sunglasses!). Doctor Yu was very helpful, clear, and taught me a lot about my eyes. Honestly one of my favorite eye doctor appointments ever and Ive been to a lot.

The dr was the best! So nice and kind and fast. I would highly recommend target optical! The entire staff was so friendly as well.

Dr Yanna is hands down the best optometrist I’ve seen in 15 years. Treats me and her patients with such empathy and kindness. There needs to be more optometrists like her! She’s amazing and I like that she takes her time and is very thorough. Wonderful experience!

I really thought Yanna did an excellent job. She seemed to have mastered all of the gadgets she used to make her determinations about what lens and astigmatism adjustment was needed. Very competent. High attention to detail and perception for instance opening the contact lens packet for me to try on the new prescription as I had just washed my hands and I would then be handling it with unsanitized fingers if I touched the outside of the case. Details matter.

Dr. Yu was great! She was very nice and very thorough. She listened to my concerns and recommended a new brand of contacts for me that so far I love.

Doctor Yu is one of the most considerate, thoughtful and informative doctors I’ve ever met. I went on last week to get my initial eye exam and I had to go back yesterday for my contact fitting/training. Dr. Yu is hands down the best optometrist i have ever been too. Dr. Yu is the best eye doctor I have ever gone to. Many times I avoided my appointments because of the frustration I face during my appointments since my eyes are so bad. After explaining my frustrations to Dr. Yu, she took the time to explain to me why the tests work the way they do and why optometrists perform their tests in such a way, and it helped me feel much more comfortable with them because I used to feel like Drs were trying to test me and see if I was lying about which letters I saw better..... They all look the same. Dr. Yu is extremely patient, and informative. Because of that, I truly look forward to my appointments with her. She makes them educational and that makes it fun for me. I get to learn why my problems occur, how they came about, and also get to find the solution to my eye issues with her. I will always recommend anyone that I know that needs to see an optometrist to Dr. Yu for always treating me like a human and not just a patient/client!
