Professional, personable, and efficient staff. All procedures were explained clearly and completed quickly. Sales associate, Lan, helped with frames and appropriate discounts/insurance reimbursement.

Michelle and Wendy and Lan were very helpful. They made my experience great. Michelle was very helpful when it came to choosing the perfect pair of glasses that would suet me. Wendy and Lan provided great customer service at all times. Everyone was vey caring and friendly.

This place is very unprofessional and unethical, they lied to us that they are within our insurance network and cheated us to do our exam there. And it tooks us weeks before they mail the billing to get the out-of-network reimbursement. Causing us not able to make our glasses from our in network vendors.
