The staff here were very understanding, helpful, patient and efficient! I love the staff here and will be coming back again. They understood the value, importance and impact the glasses and prescription would have on my daily life and that was important to me in my optical decision.

The Target optical team provided all facets of professionalism and patience. The optical test was thorough and painless. The information provided was valuable. When it came time to choose the frames, the staff was helpful and provided plenty of choices.

Great experience overall. Eye dr. was wonderful. My only concern was that on the first visit there to see the doctor and pick out glasses, the small store had 8-10 people inside it and I didnt feel comfortable. The employee that was there helping out for the day did a great job staying calm during a rush and was very pleasant. I just think its still important to social distance

I like the eye doctor and the employees just fine. Every time I have an appointment I have to wait an extra half hour- full hour just to get my appointment started. I dont have time to constantly wait for something I was SCHEDULED to do at a specific time. Ive been trying to get a contacts fitting for weeks now, and its just been a huge hassle.

Excellent service at the Target in Brea, CA off Birch St. The Dr. made sure I was fully satisfied during my exam to get my prescription right. The glasses I selected are well built and at a great price. I like the warranty option you can have in case you break your glasses. One pair arrived within a few days and the other the following week because I had more stuff added to it. I did not get any headaches using them for the first time and none since I have gotten them which was over a month ago. Thanks!

Optical store: i went in to ask how much my contacts lenses would costs. When the clerk gave me the price I asked if that included the 20% for new contact customers and she didnt know anything about it nor did she try to find out. The sign by the escalator had the sign.

I went in today, The optometrist here is very sweet. It was a very good experience. I’ve never had an eye exam before and she made everything very comfortable. I’m really glad I came to Breas target optical! Can’t wait for my new glasses !

Dr Yu is the best optometrist Ive been to. She is professional and very personable. Very skilled and knowledgeable in all aspects of her field. Testing is very thorough and accurate. She answered all my questions and explained everything about my eye health. Thank you Dr Yu for being my optometrist. Target is lucky to have such a qualified optometrist working for them.

First of all, either they are a lying or don’t know about classes.Second, their customer service is really bad if something goes wrong.We returned a sunglasses because the darkness of the lenses were totally different than We ordered based on their explanation.After we returned it, we had a problem with our insurance because the reversing claim on our returned purchase didn’t go through well.So I contacted Target asked them when they reversed the claim to our insurance company. However they kept saying that they did everything what they had to do. I asked the same exact question more than 10 times. But they totally ignored my question and answered same thing over and over like answering machine.Especially if you have VSP, do not go Target, they are out of network provider. They can not help you anything if anything goes wrong.
