He’s sweet and to the point . You can get an appt fairly quick and they are always on time . Staff is nice as well. I think he is great , he gets to the point

Saddened to say that this Dr. asked me 3 times in the 1st visit if I had tried Miralax. Please take notes. I am neither stupid nor untruthful with the results of any medicine or product I try. I will not say I tried something when I have not. I will not say something did not work when actually it did. I would not go to a Drs office if I didnt want help.

I have had one appt and an endoscopy so far from dr Prasad. I will admit that the lack of office hours and small office noted in the reviews had me a bit worried but these days people expect that they are entitled to exactly everything they want (not need) from drs and others and that just makes for nasty people making unnecessary negative reviews. I am not devaluing anyones experience with this dr as that is how thy feel however most reviews detail a lack of office decor or wait time etc which is simply not a big deal when it comes to a drs office. I went in for my consult after being diagnosed by my regular Dr with liver fibrosis. Dr Prasad looked over any paperwork they sent him and even took a look at my phone when I had pulled up my recent bloodwork results and medical history. Based on that he ordered a few tests which I anticipated. Dr prasad was very to the point with no extra questions or extra time which I really appreciate. I just had my endoscopy performed by him less than a week ago and during preop and post op he was very short and to the point explaining only what he needed to without any extra chit chat. I ended up having to be dilated during the procedure which nurses expected me to have some mild complications from afterward but they all agreed that I was in wonderful hands and dr Prasad was great at doing his job. I honestly had no side affects from the procedure and was happy with his performance. I can say that I believe these bad reviews are from people that maybe like a dr that talks a little more or has a cheesy bedside manner and thats ok but again I just want a good dr that does his job and that is all I need. Dr prasad is that kind of dr and i am looking forward to working further with him regarding my health and am confident that he will help me . Thanks!

Whats the point of having a appt if you dont honor it. If im 10min late I be forced to reschedule but its ok to take us 45min after our appt time...unacceptable. value my time like I valued yours

Awful awful awful FIND A DIFFERENT DR.

Had not visited this doctor in about three years. I had to take my mom to him a couple of weeks ago. Nothing has changed. The office has the feel of something temporary. Patient files are stacked in boxes on wire, temporary looking shelves. The office was backed up with patients. When I signed in, I noticed that there were triple bookings for several different time slots. We had to wait again for over an hour before we were seen. Apparently, the office manager, his wife, triple books him. I will never visit this doctor again, ever.

‼‼‼‼‼‼DONT NOT COME HERE‼‼‼‼‼‼If your reading all the negative comments they are true 100%!!! This place is horrible & the place looks sketchy as fu*k.. I was there waiting 30 minutes until the lady finally noticed my name on the paper & I asked how much longer till Im seen she told me to wait because shes by herself (thats not my problem!) So I proceed to wait & the lady call me back to the room & in the room was a little ass counter, 2 chairs & a table you would use for a party (did NOT look professional at all!!!) When I finally see dr prasad he asked me whats wrong so I go on to tell him my problem & how it started he seem to not care, I have gallstones by the way & my doctor referred me to him. He asked if I have pain I said no (when I do have pain they last a few hours & my pain is a 10) he wanted to do 4 procedures like putting a camera down my mouth (obviously asleep) blood work to check something cant remember & medicine, I ask the medicine that hes prescribing me is it ok to take while breastfeeding & he said it shouldnt do nothing & thats when I lost it he seem like he wasnt if sure about it & Im not about to harm my baby with a drug!! I WILL NOT BE RETURNING OR FOLLOW UP WITH THEM!!‼‼Save your time & do not I mean do not come here‼‼‼

Made an appt with this Doctor and had to call to cancel because of scheduling problems. The unprofessional receptionist told me to hold on and she proceeded to take another call, with another doctors office, and was discussing another patient with them, all the while the line was open with me! So much for patient privacy.When I told her that her actions werent professional she told me that she had me on mute! I guess she doesnt know the difference between hold and mute?! She then tried to put me on hold, and completely disconnected the call.I am so GLAD I cancelled my appt especially after seeing this total lack of professionalism from this Doctors staff.

Dr Prasad is a great Doctor, straight to the point and doesnt give you the run around.

Absolutely the sketchiest doctor’s office I’ve been inside. Looks and feels like a temporary location even though the only employee I encountered said they’ve been in this location for years. She was handling both the front office duties and also took my weight/blood pressure/symptoms for the chart.Every expense was spared in furnishings and decorations. Cardboard bankers boxes were on wire shelving in lieu of actual filing cabinets for patient charts.Doctor spent less than 2 minutes with me and scheduled a procedure. It is plainly obvious to me why this was the only local gastroenterologist without a 4+ week wait for new patients.I will not be returning.****update***Be advised they don’t accept credit cards for payment, only cash or check, adding to the sketchiness factor.

Was called by office staff to come in early and then waited THREE HOURS for Prasad to work through the 6 patients stacked up in front of me. Hospital nursing staff was not surprised, as he apparently does this weekly. Find someone with more integrity.

Horrible place and people, never go here. Enough said
