I really enjoyed my visit with Dr. Ortiz. She took the time to understand my concerns and spent time discussing options with me. She made me feel very comfortable and thats something I appreciate very much in a medical provider. All staff I interacted with were kind as well!

She was great! She listened to me and gave her best responses. She treated me with kindness ( and I was not such a great patient) and I left with a solution I can live with. Five stars with pleasure!

My experience was very positive. I was very nervous about having surgical procedure in pandemic times. However the waiting area was socially distanced and everyone was required to wear a mask.The nurses were very attentive and kind. I felt like I was in very good hands. Dr. Saeed has been my doctor since I moved to Florida from New York just after 9/11. He is caring, concerned and thorough. I would not trust this procedure to any other doctor.Thank you for the smooth transition.

Amazing...my mother had an endoscopy and a colonoscopy performed yesterday morning...she was extremely nervous and today she cant say enough wonderful things about the staff, the facility and the service. From the moment we arrived to the moment we departed everything was top notch. The pleasing demeanor of everyone made us both feel extremely comfortable and safe. Was extremely pleased with the treatment I received from Dr. Saeed, and the nurses at the Brandon Surgical Center. There was a delay in getting me in for the colonoscopy but other than that all went well. This was my 4th colonoscopy with Dr. Saeed so you can see I have the utmost confidence in Dr. Saeed and his team.

Very knowledgeable caring & compassionate as we’re all staff. Mailed paperwork so could be completed completely at home before appointment. Only complaint was they were running late, but that’s to be expected in the medical community when you are the last appointment of the day.

For the past two years I have been to the hospital 9 times. I have had tons of follow up appointments. She was the first person to seem as if they actually cared. She fixed my medication and I am doing much better.

We had an excellent experience with Jennifer Jordan! She is extremely knowledgeable and offered clear medical explanations throughout our visit with a well-planned course of action. The practice is clean, the medical staff is very friendly and organized and the wait time was under 5 minutes! Highly recommend!

Great Doctor Very Happy With His Bed Side Manner & Procedure

From checking to exit treatment from the nursing staff was excellent. Procedure done professionally and on schedule.

Terrible. I only saw nurse Jennifer Jordan who was rude and rush/guessed that I had irritable bowel syndrome. After following her regimen I was concerned that it was something else. They were super rude, hung up on me multiple times. I just wanted some help and an alternative opinion. I went to Tampa general emergency room where I found out I have stage 3 colorectal cancer and they were/are very helpful. I went to your practice for help. All I got was an unpleasant experience, enough for me to write this review. Again terrible.(I noticed all the low key attitude Jennifer and a few others had)

If I could give it more stars I would. EVERYONE was fantastic. I love the way Dr Saeed treats his patients

Staff was great! Did not wait long to be escorted to the examination room. My impression of Dr. D is that he seems like a “CHILL” Dr. Very easy to talk to. Explained the process in a manner not to “SPOOK” me (lol, I’m a wimp when it comes to surgeries). Felt as if I were talking to a friend thus putting me at ease regarding the future procedure.

Ms. Jordan was very attentive to my situation about an upcoming procedure. Because of a recent hospital stay she was focused about my stay and asked many questions about my problems so that during the upcoming procedure the Dr would have as much information as possible to determine any outline conditions that may exist. Explained preperation procedures. Very professional and caring demeanor. Not rushed at all during visit and I felt comfortable answering her questions.

Dr. Joyce Ortiz was very professional and caring, she listened and answered my questions clearly. She sent me every test possible, so that we know what is going on.

Very pleased with office staff and professionals. No wait. Very clear understanding of whats happening. I hope future visits will be the same. 😎

Dr D is the one Dr I’ve been totally at ease with in all my years. He’s kind and compassionate and genuine. His evaluation feels more like a chat than an interrogation. He is excellent at putting it all together. Not to mention that he found my cancer during a colonoscopy years ago and I’m still here to tell the story. Love that man!

Exceptional care throughout my entire medical procedure. The nurses, anastegiolis and administrative personnel were all too notch professionals. Dr. Saeed ensured I was completely informed on my procedure and answered any and all questions. After my medical procedure, Dr. Sawed ensured I was aware and understood the results. Jennifer Jordan, APRN, impressed me with her professionalism, empathy, thoroughness and near encyclopedia grasp of my condition. She made numerous suggestions and recommendations, all of which I intend to follow, and she addressed every question that I posed in a thoughtful, considerate manner.Too often practitioners and medical offices rush patients through on a strict timeline, leaving little space for patients to fit in follow-up questions. Dr Farruhk Saeed is caring and personable. He explains things in terms you can understand. You do NOT feel like he is in a rush. He asked if I had questions both before snd after my procedure. I would say the only down side is that he is a busy Dr and you may have to wait for an appointment with him personally.

I saw Ms. Jennifer Jordan, the Nurse Practitioner, and she was thorough in explaining the procedure, the reasons, and how it would work. The flow through to scheduling was excellent. I would highly recommend this practice!!

Dr. Dastgir is the best. His team was once again (3rd time) extremely thorough and professional. They leave nothing to chance and exhibit a positive mood throughout the different stages leading up to the colonoscopy. Afterwards the findings are discussed and questions are answered with a confidence that makes a patient feel hes been well cared for. Kudos again to him and his team.

First, I hated the prep. Thats the only part that needs fine tuned. Other than that, everything was very good. Jennifer, Nancy, Peaches, Heather and the girls at the front desk were great! The first visit was phenomenal. Marti Jackson took great care of me. She listened to what I had to say and we had an actual discussion about a plan of action for my care, rather than being talked down to as some providers do. It was entirely down hill from there. Waiting for results after a procedure took the full 14 days, business days mind you, so absolutely nothing was done in the mean time to help me deal with my symptoms. Finally after a call they told me to take some OTC meds.After religiously taking the medication for three months and seeing only minor improvement I saw them again. I went in, waited about 30 mins and the provider said okay whats up, I explained my situation, they said okay Im going to refer you to have x done and we go from there. Left the room and never returned. The nurse came in and said heres your referral for x, schedule it and when we have the results well call you. I was so disappointed and paid so much just to be told go do this thing and well call you.

Very irritating when told I could not go back with my elderly grandparent that can barely walk and has a walker and dementia but then another patient was allowed to have his wife go back....I understand with covid but come on rules should apply to everyone not just certain people and the receptionist was kinda rude about it...

Martie always takes time to listen to any issues I want to discuss and to provide me with possible solutions. i was very satisfied with my visit.

You visit a dr when you are sick hoping they can make you feel better. The nurse practitioner literally walked in the door, told me there was nothing they could do for me and the dr would not even see me. If you can’t trust a dr to help find out what is wrong with you then who do you turn to? I left feeling absolutely hopeless.

The staff was friendly, and there was no delay when it was time for my appointment, I was taken right in.

Dr.Saeed was great, so was Peaches, Tom C (anesthesiologist ) was wonderful

Front office staff is amazing, the rest...no thank you, I wont be back. The nurse, the LPN Jennifer was extremely rude and condescending on my follow up after getting an upper GI. I had questions that I wasnt given an opportunity to ask. Prior to the upper GI I tried NUMEROUS times to reach the nurse because I couldnt get them all done prior to procedure and she (think her name is Shawna, not sure), pretty much said.... you are on your own. I can be on my own in Tampa, not Brandon. Dr did a great job, front desk...amazing...the rest..hard pass for me

Jennifer Jordan ARNP was very thorough. She answered all my questions. She was compassionate and very helpful. She gave me samples of a laxative to take for me to try and if it works, she will write a prescription for me. She said for me to call her back to let her know. I need to make some changes on certain foods I eat and walk every day around the block.

It was nearly impossible to get my appointment for a colonoscopy. I tried email, with minimum success, and telephone with no success. I finally went in to the office after emailing all of the scanned documents. After 2 trips and a bit of persistence I was able to make an appointment. I have since tried to get an appointment for my wife, and have been passed off to at least 4 people in the office and still dont have an appointment.Let me be clear .... Dr. Saeed is very good, and once I was in the Brandon Surgery Center all went very well. My procedure went well and Dr. Saeed spent time with me to explain the results of the procedure.DDA just needs a total revamp of their office staff.
